The staff were friendly. The breakfast...oh my word! Absolutely one of the best hotels that we have stayed in.
We had breakfast at The Capital which was excellent.
All good
I did have breakfast there
Location - close to the shopping mall, parking is available. Very helpful staff. The room has all necessary amenities, except of washing liquid for the kitchen.
The room was very small, my expectations were 38 s.m, though the rooms size was around 18-20 sq.m. The room was on underground floor (RDC), people don't respect security rules, the locking door to the corridor was always opened.
Everything !!!
Less coffee options
The design of the room
That there weren’t any Wi-Fi instructions in the room, if at the reception forgot to tell me or I forgot to ask them. It should always be there instead of calling the reception
Great service and welcoming staff
Nothing
I loved everything with that place it was very close to the concert and it is so peaceful a very nice hotel with friendly staff mmmmmm getting speechless because everything it was top notch 👌 ❤️
Nothing bad I can state
Lifts were confusing from the parking basement. But it is a very small matter.

The small fridge
Everything, to be honest.
Nothing. All was perfect.
The security
The parking area. The security personnel at the parking lot are clueless about the parking bay numbers.
Very convenient and beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing
The waiting period for the lift. It either takes long or it is full but I am not complaining 💯
Everything close to the mall, along major routes

Location
Room a bit too crowded with furniture
The Capital Trilogy offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfectly complementing our experience at Menlyn Maine. We wanted to explore both properties, and I must say they are equally exceptional. A special mention goes to Mbalenhle at reception, a beautiful, warm, and sweet lady who ensured our check-in was seamless and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.
There was honestly very little to dislike. The property was well maintained, peaceful, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.
Everything from security outside to the receptionists they were so friendly and talk nice to us they directed us to the basement parking and the securities at basement were so helpful

Great location, close a variety of amenities
Poor communication, though they setup a WhatsApp immediately after booking they failed to advise guests timeously. In the morning there was mayhem at the “closed” restaurant which seemed to be under refurbishment. No one bothered to notify or attend to the guests and give advice to this effect; we sought it ourselves. We were redirected to the other establishment for breakfast 😫
The hotel is very safe. It is clean and worth the price
There was an elevator that didn't work
Everything was on point
Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was the first time we had an A-la-cart menu to choose from, rather than a buffet for the warm breakfast. The food was fantastic. The restaurant is on the the 16th floor which offers some really good views of PTA. The room was well appointed, very neat and modern.
I loved the room. The most amount of storage I have come across for a standard room. Koi on sixteenth good restaurant lovely views. Easy menu. Good quality food and beverages. Cleaning of rooms and room service fantastic. Your bath products aromatic and sensual. Nokuthula at the front desk was welcoming and warm.
Unfortunately after a late night out I was awakened to arguing at 7 an from the hotel corridors. Perhaps speaks to the formula of The residence apartments and hotel. I as a customer coming for a hotel experience my expectations were for a serene experience. Now I cant speak to for residence seeing revolving faces in their corridors to me it doesn't give me a 'home' feeling. One of front desk attendants was/is standoffish. I got the impression we were bothering her. I didn't get her name. (I think at least 3 studs in each ear). The pigeons at the pool on the sixteenth floor nesting in the water. Unsanitary and no wonder no one plunged.
Just excellent on everything

Love everything
It is very close and convenient to SunBet Arena
It was very busy on our arrival same day as BoyzllMen concert One of the lifts was out of order, this made waiting for the lift very long and tlering They should have sorted the lift before the weekend

Cleanliness
Staff confusing my booking with private booking. Lack of attention to detail
There was a small noticeable brownish stain on the bed sheet…Other than that it was excellent
THE BOOKING IN PROCESS AT 2PM IS ABSOULUTE CHAOS. THIS NEEDS TO BE STAGERRED AND STARTING EARLIER TO AVOID REDICULOUS QUEUS
Beautiful and easy to access

Close to Sunbet Arena; clean, nice room
Breakfast at “16th Floor” completely unacceptable. Get there at 9 to place orders. Poor service overall. Told at 10am “ it’s still going to be a while; we’re very busy. Maybe you should try another place”
Clean
Long queue to check in. Main lobby only one lift was working.
Always a favorite

Lovely clean fresh rooms Comfy beds New amenities Helpful friendly staff
Keycard for everything! 4 doors and elevator just to get to room. Front gate staff not very helpful for residents on checkin. No single beds or family accomodation. Pool not heated
It was clean and staff were friendly.
It was a bit noisy. Could hear noise from upstairs and next door. So not very soundproof.
The view and cleanliness
None
I didn’t like that breakfast was in another building, just inconvenient - but the property and surroundings were great! Security and parking entrance is so uninterested in his job. Wow.
We did not have the breakfast
We were on the ground floor and didn’t feel very safe as people on the street had access to the rooms if they jumped the rails
It was a walking distance to Sunbet Areana, where I attended an awesome concert. The room was super clean! I laughed when I saw what was written on the shampoo and conditioner, lol. Close to the shopping center! I really enjoy my stay.
