Um alojamento muito bom e bem localizado, perto do centro comercial Menlyn que até pudemos caminhar. A área pareceu segura e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Acomodaram o nosso pedido de deixar a bagagem antes da hora do check-in e depois do check-out quando queriamos passear pela cidade.

Por vezes a recepção fica sem atendente. Precisamos de ferro e não estava ninguém a vista para pedir e também essa ausência fazia demorar no atendimento do portão quando não tínhamos as chaves.

The floor can be improved by putting carpert or tiles.The shower doesn't drain water well. The kitchen can be improved as well with cooking facilities

The staff is very friendly,it's always nice to book in the wild it's very convincing for us as we travel a lot and it's very quiet

Everything was okay, except that the previous guests left the left over plates in the microwave,the sheets were not changed ,the shower was not cleaned, 😞,the host to verify after the house keeper that all will and ready for the next guest

The Location is perfect.

The people are so noisy after 10 pm . The facilities are still been worked on. My room number 6 every time after cleaning the door wasn't locked.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. Overall, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming feel of the room.

The biggest issue was that there was no hot water from 7 PM until 9 AM the following morning. I also sent a message about the issue but unfortunately did not receive a response. This was disappointing, as I would have appreciated some communication or assistance during my stay.

Great service from the staff, walking distance to the mall and very clean rooms.

I. Staff preparing meals without head gear. 2. Serving meals whilst wearing yesterday,'s clothes. Definitely, unhyegenic. 3. Rooms cold, not facing sunny side and yet no extra blackets, no heaters and worse off, its ceramic tile without carpets on the bed sides. 4. Dining area not appealing requires extra care, moreso its an eating area.

They treated with utmost respect, the staff was very friendly, and the place is situated in a great neighborhood.

Not having multiple options on their breakfast menu. They should really look in to this. My pillow cases had make up that I had worn the previous day, meaning they Ddnt change linen. Also the electricity tripping and plugs to the kettle and microwave not working.

The servicing of the room was very poor and also the quality of breakfast poor. Did not have brown bread and its not the first time. Putting Ricoffy into Jacobs bottle is giving a false impression that they serve quality coffee. First night I had only 1 towel in the room and on the 3rd night there was no towel in the room. I requested for an ironing board and iron on the first night and those items were never cleared off my room for the 3 days of my stay.

That it’s clean

We didn’t like the fact that there was an electricity fault and as people coming from far there was no communication. Secondly we had to wait a long time for breakfast to be prepared.

Exceeded my expectations. Great value for money. So easy to access. Rooms are spacious. Staff was amazing 😍😍

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. And I liked the extra large king bed

The rooms were not clean, the coffee cups were dirty, only one half roll of toilet paper, and one towel. The breakfast was the worst and you have to pay for more options. Breakfast area was also dirty and no waiters, just kitchen staff.

You need to consider carports at the backyard parking because of the tree leaves falling onto cars. Your tea station: separate used tea/coffee mugs and teaspoons. Breakfast/kitchen staff wasn't friendly only room service/ housekeeping staff was friendly.

1.The cup and saucer were not clean, they had stains 2. The shower was not clean, the shower Wall tile had black grime and the floor corners of the shower were dirty 3.There was one small carpet in the bedroom, your feet land on the floor when you get off the bed 4. There was stains on the bedding 5.The bedroom sliding door was not locking, I couldn't sleep peacefully coz I was worried 6. There was a dodgy shampoo in some dirty refill bottle. No hand soap 7. The shower water doesn't flow in the drain, I was standing in a pool of my dirty water when I was showering 8. No shower carper, u land on the bare floor after bathing

The location is excellent BUT amenities were disappointing.

One of the rooms didn’t had a shower like in advertising pictures, one towel were torn, old and washed out, ceilings were damaged, excessive mould on bathroom ceiling, shower door in one room weren’t closing properly(loose), fridge were dirty inside.
