Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel was really good. The room was big and extremely clean. We asked for a baby bed for our son and it was already there at our arrival. A particular mention to the delicious breakfast. There was a little of everything and I've really appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a nice touch. They gave us also some nice turistic tips
If I really need to find some pitfalls, the entrance to the hotel is through some stairs. This make it problematic for people with babies that cannot walk and for people that have walking issues. Also there is no AC. We didn't have any issue since the weather was chill enough, but it would be unfeasible to sleep here during hot periods

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Location was excellent, right in the heart of Giethoorn, on the main walking path of the village, room was spacious, breakfast was also good! We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was quite tasty and good in portion.
I expected the room to have an air conditioning system. It was extremely hot and humid. The property asked us to open the window. But it was not enough. Also, there were spider net just outside the window and hence, we could not open the window as much as we wanted. The furniture in the room were quite basic and minimum for 2 adults and one kid. It needs improvement.
