Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Wat een droomplek is dit! Het hotel is prachtig onderhouden, het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en de kamer was werkelijk subliem. We hadden uitzicht op het meer en het kasteel. Ook hebben ze ligstoeltjes op de steiger voor de deur staan waar je gebruik van kunt maken. We hebben er ook gedineerd en dat was erg smaakvol. De auto konden we dichtbij parkeren.

اللي بالاستقبال / تقول ان موية الدش لازم ما تطلع المويه إلى ارضية الحمام .. وانا وش دخلني إذا ما عندكم تصريف للمويه .. ( هذي النقطه اللي ما حبيتها ) وايضا تقول ان عليها غرامه 1000 فرنك إلى 5 الاف فرنك / جدا ما حبيت هالسالفه / ومطلعه لي ورقة مكتوبه بالإنجليزي وبالعربي ولا تقول وقع عليها وايضاً القطور لم يكن متنوع / يعني مش حالك وايضاً مافي عوازل / تسمع الناس اللي تمشي فوقك وجنبك أنا أشوف ليله بالغلط تسكن فيه

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Hotel Châlet Du Lac ist sehr schön gelegen. Mein Zimmer war grosszügig bemessen, das Bad sauber. An der Rezeption wurde ich erwartet. Das Check-in war speditiv, sehr freundlich.
Wie viele Hotels in der Region versprüht es des Charme aus den 80-er Jahren. Teppichboden im Zimmer muss für mich nicht sein. Preis / Leistung; na ja; etwas teuer, wahrscheinlich der Lage und den asiatischen Touristen geschuldet.

The mattress was very firm and either the walls were very thin or other guests were shouting and don’t know how to close doors properly as there were constant slams.

Elegimos la habitación sin vistas, porque no quedaba otra, pensando que no tendría vistas al lago pero nuestra sorpresa fue que era un semisótano, con una rampa de hierba delante de la ventana, casi sin luz, y con ninguna reforma desde hace muchos años. Vimos otras habitaciones y ninguna tenía el baño tan viejo y pequeño como el de la habitación número 6. El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, dando al lago, en un entorno maravilloso. La habitación es de lo peor en lo que he estado a un precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

Booked a room 4 months in advance, yet we were given a room right up the back. It had no veiw, no AC, no fans, poor lighting, outdated furniture, had to open the windows to get a tiny bit of air with no screens which we left open all night at the risk of someone climbing in the window. The air in the room and in hallways stunk of stale cigarettes. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner being a Tuesday night, breakfast could have had a lot more options. For the price of this, we expected a lot more as we would never pay this amount for poor accommodation.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Spectacular all around. This is a scene from a movie. The landscape is stunning. Incredible staff, very clean, great restaurant, breakfast included. A store (with limited hours) about 5-10 min walk for basics. We got the more budget rooms without view and still had a little terrace on one of them to enjoy food. We were there in a heat wave and were given a fan but being very light PJs for summer as no AC. Hotel provided a free steamboat ride on Saturday evening

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location, view, and food exceeded our expectaions. Nice wooded walking paths from the hotel that go next to the the lake with beautiful views of the mountains as well as the castle.
We were surprised by the popularity of Iseltwald but is certainly understandable. We knew of no air conditioning at the hotel but it would have been nice if fans were available in the rooms.

・空調がない（せめて扇風機を置いてほしい） ・網戸がなく夜は特に窓を開けておけない(虫が入るから) ・6号室は湖と逆サイドの地面ビューで窓のすぐ下が地面 ・大きなスタンドライトの電気が点かない ・ドライヤーの風量が弱い＆ずっと押し続ける仕様で大変 ・洗面所使用後に自動でつく換気扇がうるさい ・寝てる時に点けておける暗めのライトがない

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich in bester Lage in Iseltwald. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Hotel ist gut geführt und das Personal ist nett. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend.
Grundsätzlich gab es nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat. Die Kissen im Bett sind zu weich. Das war aber kein grosses Problem.

Su baño pequeño y la tina estaba muy alta y nos costaba trabajo entrar y salir, además peligroso, la ducha no se podía subir la regadera y estaba muy incomoda para lavarse la cabeza

Im Zimmer gab es leider keine Tassen oder Kaffee/Tee zur Auswahl. Aber das war das einzige was gefehlt hat, ansonsten war das Zimmer wunderschön mit eigenem Balkon und Blick auf den See.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Las vistas desde la habitacion. La tranquilidad del hotel. Tenias libertad para salir y entrar cuando quisieras. Es una pasada la ubicacion, es verdad que te tienes que mover mucho en coche, pero si quieres relax merece la pena.
Que no tenia nevera y ningun ventilador. Pasamos calor.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Kouzelný Alpský hotel v překrásném prostředí na břehu jezera. V případě že zrovna kuchyně nevaří, je možnost se najíst v okolí, parkování za domem.
Chybí klimatizace, náš pokoj asi jako jediný měl okno zároveň s trávníkem (pod úrovní terénu) a větrání bylo skoro nemožné (možnost že vám tam v noci vleze kočka a pod.) Velké vedro celou noc. Jiné pokoje s tím určitě problém nemají.

Schade, dass die Küche für das Abendessen bereits um 20:15 Uhr schliesst. Unbedingt vorher ankommen.
