Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Ein sehr schönes Appartement, helles Zimmer, ruhige Umgebung, keine 100 m vom See entfernt, mit Bademöglichkeit. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für wenige Tage braucht. Kapselkaffeemaschine, auch Kapseln waren bereitgestellt. Schlüsselübergabe war persönlich und unkompliziert. Frau Ferreira wohnt im Haus. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilator vorhanden. Sehr wertvoll ist auch der Parkplatz, ansonsten gibt es dort keine im Ort. Iseltwald ist wirklich ein wunderschöner malerischer Ort. Mehrere Restaurants sind vorhanden.

Great views to enjoy from your room and the lake is only a short walk away. Close to lots of local walks and attractions. Convenient and easy parking. And you couldn't ask for a friendlier host!

The kitchen was well equipped (all necessary tools and utensils were available) and well stocked with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable. And the bathroom was clean and spacious. We even received a lovely box of chocolates upon arrival.

수건이 넉넉하지않아요. 103번버스가 자주 있지않아서 불편한 편이지만 일찍 귀가한다면 괜찮을듯해요. 막차가 8시59분인가 그랬어요.ost역기준

The apartment is equipped with some cooking utensils which you can buy some simple food from the supermarket and cook some simple meal and enjoy the scenery at the apartment.
If you have heavy luggage, you will need to carry up a few steps into the apartment.

She is so nice and has kept room and stay in perfect condition with everything inside. We even cooked inside as everything was there. She welcomed us with Lindt and flowers. And Iseltwald and location is straight out of dream. Would recommend this stay to everyone. Once in a lifetime experience

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025Helen's property was absolutely amazing. We had such a wonderful stay. The view from the room was unbelievable. It was such a peaceful area in Iseltwald. Helen was absolutely wonderful and welcomed us with open arms, which made the expeirnce ever greater. She also left us some welcome chocolates in the room which was an amazing touch to the entire experience. the bed was big enough and very comfortable, the room was big and the bonus was the kitchen which had all the cooking essentials needed. We would definitely stay here again and again on every visit.
Just a small suggestion to maybe also leave a small cooking oil bottle in the kitchen. it would be immesenly helpful for making breakfast eggs etc.

The location is away from the hustle bustle of cities, very serene and charming. Helen was such a gem, she also helped us with the guest pass for local Iseltwald buses. Highly recommend the stay to anyone looking for a nice romantic getaway!

The accommodation was just a five-minute walk from the bus stop, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, tea, some chocolate and a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessities for a few days. We also appreciated the variety of maps and information in the hallway and Interlaken travel cards which helped us discover activities nearby. The village view was breathtaking. There was a small store with everything we needed, and we even bought fresh milk from a local farm. In addition, we found a small fridges around the village where we could purchase a variety local cheese Helen’s advices were invaluable. Following her recommendations, we went on a hike that became one of the highlights of our trip—the trail around the lake led us to the stunning Giessbach Falls. The hike took about an hour and a half one way and it was so beautiful that we wished we had more time to explore the area again.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024Helen is a very nice host with a big smile on her face! The location of the apartment is absolutely stunning, for a proper Swiss experience you should definitely stay here! You have a beautiful lake view and your own garden in front of your apartment. The garden is very spacious and we had a good lay down on the sunbed when the weather was hot. Also I never had a bed in an apartment or hotel room before that was this much comfortable. I do have the tip to place a broom in the apartment. Many people come to this area to hike and walk and then you bring dirt inside, which you cannot sweep clean.
It’s very very humidity. Helen probably can’t do anything about that as everywhere in Iseltwald it’s like that. Because of this there is mold on the walls, bathroom ceiling and joints. You can also smell the mold every time you enter the room. Our clothes were even damp and smelled like mold. There were also some little cockroaches in the apartment but that’s probably because of that. Like I said, I don’t think that it can be really fixed in this area. The hygiene was overall fine but the edge by the window in the bathroom and the edge in the bath itself were not clean. Also the tap was leaking so the bottom drawer under the sink was full of water. It would also have been nice if the towels had been changed once, we had to do with our towels for 5 days, 4 nights.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2024Apartment Ferreira is a tourist destination by itself. Settled on a hill fronting a beautiful rock escarpment and an overlooking magnificent Lake Brienz, valley and mountain range beyond. Also, you feel that the apartment is your home away from home.
