Exhaust Fan in Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, wurde aber nächsten Tag repariert in Badewann / Toillette, es war keinen kleiner Khulschrank in einem Zimmer und wurde auch installiert!. Zwischen Zimmer hat der Schloß nicht funktionert aber wurde nächsten Tag repariert, solche Umstände, könnten vorher daiese Dinge reperariern nicht erst nach Kundenanfragen!

The hotel is good. Staff members of hotel looking so active. When i entered in the room, the room was cleaned properly. The environment of hotel was peaceful which i liked most. There was no disturbance.

Nothing to like about this property. The 4 star rating is fake.

Unkept property. Cockroach infested room allocated. Not clean. Old and worn out towel. Poorly maintained bathrooms. Road facing room very noisy. We took 3 rooms for my family. In one of the rooms ACI did not work for a day. In another room fan regulator was not working. Hotel located in a shabby area of Old Delhi.

Nothing, totally terrible

Everything from staff, room, no cleanliness, terrible smell. Something as little as teabags were not provided. Also the two receptionist were the worst people ever. They have the absolute attitude as if they are paying us to stay and not vice versa. For any issues with our rooms, they just said take it or leave it. For basic services, the answer was still no, took 2 hours for just one tissue roll.

At the time of Check-In I was 1hr.15min early, so I asked for early check-in, but I was told my booked room is still occupied they can upgrade my room @900/- extra per day & give that room right now. They showed me the upgraded room (it's the same room I booked as shown in the photos) so I understood they were scamming me. I told them NO & said will wait for 1 hrs in the lobby. On hearing this, they gave me the same room with early check-in as complimentary upgrade on condition that I give them 5* rating. It's very unprofessional of them.
