Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet sowie sauber und das Bett war bequem. Wir fanden die Lage sehr gut, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof ist und daher alles gut erreichbar ist.

Clean room, good interiors and lighting. It is good compared to others in this area. We stored our luggage after check out without any issue. Central location on the main street, getting an Uber was easy, and the staff can also stop a tuk-tuk for you. The night was quiet and the Wi-Fi worked well.

My late-night arrival was much easier after a long flight as reception was open and the check-in process was smooth even at midnight. It is a simple, budget-friendly option with good amenities, cleanliness, and very helpful staff. The location was near the shopping street and also close to the main attractions.

Had an excellent stay at Hotel The Pearl. Location is perfect - 2 min walk from New Delhi Railway Station and metro. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean, neat and had all basic amenities. AC and WiFi worked well. Felt safe and comfortable. Great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers!

La fermeture de la fenêtre était cassée, impossible de la fermer, donc aucune sécurité ! C'est inadmissible, ma chambre était au 1er étage, le long d'une rue très bruyante avec plein de chiens qui aboyaient la nuit, n'importe qui aurait pu pénétrer par la fenêtre !!! J'avais demandé une chambre dans les étages supérieurs au calme et cette chambre qu'on m'a donnée était au premier étage avec fenêtre donnant sur une petite rue bruyante. Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre beaucoup plus tôt que l'horaire demandé, j'étais sous la douche quand on me l'a apporté à 6h55 le matin au lieu de 7h30. Le personnel à l'accueil a oublié de me demander mon passeport, ils m'ont appelé le lendemain quand j'étais à l'aéroport pour demander que je leur envoie une copie, c'est très imprudent d'envoyer ces documents confidentiels par WhatsApp à un hôtel, on n'a aucune influence ni contrôle sur l'usage qu'ils en feront !

Hotel’s location was good and central, few minutes drive from the famous tourist spots of Delhi city. My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for all my work tasks.

Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. Wij zijn super fijn behandeld en de service was heel goed! Ook als er dingen niet goed waren, moesten wij maar bellen naar de receptie en er werd zo snel mogelijk iets aan gedaan. Buiten dat het personeel heel vriendelijk was voor ons deden zij ook alles voor ons en onze kinderen (wij hoeften maar om iets te vragen en wij hadden het binnen no-time in onze handen). Het voelde zelfs als familie aan. De kinderen voelden zich thuis waardoor het verblijf nog fijner werd. Wij hebben hier met een grote familie van 20 a 25 personen verbleven. En zelfs voor zo een grote groep was niks te gek.

Wij hadden soms geen warm water, wat voor de kinderen in het begin lastig was maar dit werd snel opgelost.

Room had good natural light and was spacious and quite like the pictures. I had to keep my luggage until the evening, and they safely kept my belongings until I returned.

We liked the service a lot. Very helping staff. The food was good. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast was nice because it was not too spicy. The hotel surrounding was a plus and shopping areas are within Risksha distance. All by all a 10 for this hotel.

De service was top! Het voelt als een familie waar je verblijft. Als je wat nodig hebt staat het personeel altijd voor je klaar. Niets is te gek! Het personeel probeert het uiterste van het uiterste om je te helpen. Wij verbleven hier met een groep van 20 mensen. Waarbij wij ook 2 kleine kinderen hadden. Hiermee w rd altijd rekening gehouden. Het personeel hielp ons met alles. Ons verblijf was gericht op winkelen voor een bruiloft. Na 1,5 week zijn wij verhuisd naar een ander hotel omdat deze dichterbij de bruiloftlocatie was. Helaas beviel dit niet en hebben wij midden in de nacht dit hotel gebeld om te kijken of wij weer terecht konden. Dit was totaal geen probleem. Toen wij midden in de nacht aankwamen hebben zij ons uitmuntend weer ontvangen, geholpen en ons comfortabel laten voelen. Ik raad iedereen aan dat als ze een hotel zoeken in deze omgeving, om hier naar toe te komen!

Er zijn in mijn mening geen minpunten. Het enige is dat er eens de koelkast niet werkte. Maar dit werd ook gelijk opgelost. Dus eigenlijk geen minpunten.

De service. Het personeel deed er alles aan om ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Niets was te gek om te doen voor hen. Wij waren hier voor het shoppen van kleding voor mijn huwelijk. Na 1,5 week zijn wij verhuisd naar een andere locatie omdat die dichterbij de trouwlocatie was. Alleen dit beviel totaal niet. Wij hebben midden in de nacht dit hotel gebeld of zij ons konden helpen. Dit kon gelijk. Zij hebben ons midden in de nacht weer met open armen ontvangen, geholpen, gerustgesteld en een veilig gevoel gegeven. (We kwamen heel emotioneel terug van het andere hotel, wegens problemen.) Als we eten, drinken, spullen of wat dan ook nodig hadden maakten het personeel dit helemaal mogelijk. Zeker een aanrader als je in deze omgeving wil verblijven! Ontbijt was goed!

Er zijn geen minpunten. Het enige was dat er een keer de koelkast in de kamer het niet deed. Maar dit hebben ze gelijk opgelost.

hotel was decently clean although a bit older. it was a comfortable enough stay for a short stay. I also want to note that the receptionist during checkout was kind, which I appreciated after a mixed experience

I booked this hotel based on the reviews, but it didn't quiet live up to the expectations. Transportation was a challenge, Ubers often took 10+ minutes for someone to accept the ride. the street out front is very congested and drivers don't seem eager to come to this location. The receptionist who checked us in was not very friendly and while I initially brushed it off, a later interaction made it hard to ignore. Breakfast is extremely limited with basic items like papaya, toast and a banana brought to your room. All the other hotels we stayed at had a large breakfast spread and a dining area. After placing a breakfast order, I received a call back asking what I wanted for breakfast from the initial receptionist. When I tried to clarify to avoid a duplicate order, the receptionist abruptly yelled at me saying "what do you want!" I was shocked to be spoken in that way as a paying guest. Maybe in your culture its okay to speak to a woman like that, but not a paying woman in your hotel. It made me seriously consider leaving early, but with only one night left and a tight schedule, we stayed. I had my husband take all future calls as I refused to speak to that man. My husband even tried to ask him a question later and one of his sweet staff members understand his question right away and tried to help, but the receptionist kept interrupting him as he continued to say the wrong thing until we could finally get him to understand. Your receptionist needs hospitality training if this hotel wants to keep guests happy.

Сам отель хорош - новый чистый, комфортные кровати, просторные номера. Завтрак - так себе, но все необходимое есть: мюсли, яйца, иогурт, бананы, рис и бобовые намазки очень острые - особо не полакомишься, но голодным не останешься. Расположение очень удобное - рядом ЖД вокзал, улица с магазинами, где можно безбоязненно ч-л приобрести, а для тех, кто посмел ее - огромный подземный Молл.

Немного разочаровало отношение персонала: при внешней радушности и предупредительности полное равнодушие к жильцам. На второй день что-то случилось с кухней и завтрак не подавали. Никто не предупредил, не предложил каких-то вариантов замены. Пришлось самим расспрашивать и просить хотя бы банан и иогурт. Принесли в номер. При заселении сказали, что дают нам номер лучше и просторнее, но и денег взяли больше за это. Тоже неприятный штрих. В условиях бронирования был заявлен бесплатный трансфер в/из аэропорта. Мы приехали из Агры на ЖД вокзал и на нашу просьбу встретить, ответили - ловите такси. Ну, ок, думаем, может только из аэропорта положено встречать...По отъезде опять обратились с просьбой отвезти в аэропорт. Ответ- 1500рупий. Тут уж мы давай им демонстрировать наше бронирование, объяснять, что бесплатно обещали. Тогда они согласились. Тоже неприятно.

The hotel was modern and the rooms were well equipped. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge , also I had a balcony . Only a short Tuk Tuk away from the main centre . Abhizekit Panday the manager and Raja and all rhe staff were very help with information i required .

I did not like anything about the property.

It was situated in a busy almost industrial part of Delhi most of the shops selling hardware. Breakfast was pathetic and I asked for a bathmat and they sent me a door mat. The hot water was on only from 4am until 1 pm and on the day I left which was 5:30 I went to have a shower at 4:40 no hot water, I asked for a hand towel they sent me one and I looked at the label it said Gleneagles Hospital Johor, which is in Malaysia. Whoever at booking.com gave this hotel a 9:1 should be shot or they must be bribed or blind.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel The Pearl. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help or have a nice conversation. They really make you feel welcome. The breakfast is good and well organized. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I did not experience any noise during my stay, which made it very relaxing. One small point for improvement: sometimes staff members stay in one of the rooms and smoke there, which can occasionally be noticeable. Overall, I had a very nice stay. Thank you to the team at Hotel The Pearl for the hospitality.

The staff, fantastic accommodating and would go above and beyond

The location was good and convenient for getting around the city. It was relatively easy to reach central areas of New Delhi.

The room was extremely noisy and poorly insulated. You could clearly hear conversations, footsteps and other noises from the corridor and nearby rooms. The air conditioning did not work properly. Hot water in the shower was very unreliable, sometimes there was hot water and sometimes not. Room service was inconsistent and not always available. Communication with the staff was difficult as very few spoke English. Overall the service felt unprofessional. Breakfast was a buffet only on the first day; the remaining days everything had to be ordered from an à la carte menu instead (even tho it was included in the booking) which was unexpected and poorly organized. We checked out early to a different hotel to not ruin our vacation.

Good modern hotel in walking distance to busy New Delhi train station. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our requests for them to accept parcels and hold bags between our two visits. Nice food.

Bella la hall dell’hotel…. Bella la camera spaziosa ma senza finestra e purtroppo dava sulla strada( rumore tutta la notte) e si deve dormire con i tappi! Ma la cosa più allucinante e’ che la stanza 302 e’ sotto la cucina e quindi rumori continui per tutta la notte. Se fossimo rimasti a dormire anche la seconda notte ci saremmo fatti cambiare la stanza! Bello veramente il bagno con vetro nella doccia.. set cortesia con patatine noccioline caffe te! L’hotel e’ valido per 2/3 notti! Comodo il letto. buona la colazione e pure la cena. Wifi inesistente!

We were given double room instead of our booked triple room upon check-in. We requested for a change and the triple room given was dusty and not so clean. The Paharganj area is so dirty and dusty. The traffic was horrible. It was difficult for us to get a Uber and Bharat Taxi from that area during our stay.

I felt my stay at hotel the pearl was very comfortable and the staff (Raj and others) were very helpful. I went to delhi to run delhi marathon from Jawahar stadium and took the decision to book hotel the pearl instead of stressing about finding accommodation near the run. This was a great decision. While I was worried about traveling alone, hotel the pearl made it really easy for me. They had wake up alarm, booked the cab, helped with early dinner and were even accommodative of a slight extension of checkout time to take a short nap! The food is good and the room has good facilities. I would strongly recommend it.
