Que el personal de reservaciones forzozamente pide datos personales los cuales no son ncesarios ya que muchas veces los colaboradores van de trabajo y su informacion es confidecncial y al informarles de esto responden muy groseros definitivamente cambaire de propiedad habiendo cantidad de hoteles cercanos no pueden darse el lujo de ser asi de prepotentes y soberbios

Closeness to Parque Fundidora, MacroPlaza and Casa de Panque, as well as the adjoining modest neighborhood and its stores and eateries. It’s my third time staying at this site.

La ubicación del hotel fue espectacular, tos el equipo del hotel son super amables y siempre pendientes de si necesitas algo, las camas son muy cómodas y es fácil caminar hacia barrio antiguo o paseo Santa Lucia. Sin duda volvería a elegir esta opción de hospedaje.

No hay servicio de TV por cable, solo TV abierta. No hay estacionamiento. No hay alberca. Se requieren mejoras en algunas instalaciones de habitación.

el hotel no ofrece desayuno, pudimos desayunar en un cafe cercano. la habitacion es amplia y comoda. El hotel esta ubicado en la zona antigua de la ciudad, por lo tanto cerca de varios lugares de interes. te pudes desplazar caminando facilmente.

Que donde parece una vez hubo una piscina han puesto un reservatorio de agua y la piscina esta con agua sucia, nada estetico ni saludable.

La ubicación del hotel es muy cercana a varios puntos como museos, Macroplaza, paseo Santa Lucía.

Nada, muy buen hospedaje no hubo queja.

Hotel Antigua was a great place to stay safe, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of all the main attractions in Barrio Antigua (your step count will thank you). The decor was charming, the hot water actually stayed hot (a true vacation luxury), and the shower pressure could probably power a small car. The room also came with A/C, a mini fridge, and a microwave basically everything you need to feel like a well-equipped traveler.

There’s open Wi-Fi available, but I decided to live on the edge and *not* test its security skills. My only gripe? The glass front door. Yes, there’s a curtain for privacy… but once you leave, closing it properly becomes an Olympic-level challenge thanks to the door placement. So unless you enjoy giving random passersby a sneak peek of your luggage situation, it’s a bit awkward.

Cada vez que visitamos MTY nos hospedamos aquí, pero la habitación de esta ocasión no la conocíamos. Nos encantó, tiene terraza con mesa y sillas exteriores, comedor para cuatro personas, muy bien equipada, y súper higiénica.

This place is as the name suggests, Antique. My room even had the original adobe walls, you could see horsehair and feathers embedded in the bricks, but under glass. Very clean, very comfortable bed - which I am picky about - optimum location for seeing the old town and the Parque Fundadora, a huge green space with arts and museums. I brought my own conditioner, as other reviewers noted none is provided. And even though I had a street-facing room, it was quiet at night.

The wifi was not always great. This was only an issue though on work meetings where I had 15 people on a video call.

Clean and comfrotable and well located neat the canal and old town. Limited facilities but plenty of breakfast / coffee areas in the neighbourhood. Great option if you don't spend much time in the hotel and just want a convenient place to sleep.

Confusing check-in as the property is split into 3 buildings but resolved very quickly.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available through Whatsapp. I didn't even have to check in at a reception desk. They did everything virtually. It was super convenient and easy, especially with the language difference. The location was excellent. Walking distance from local restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Very homely experience without it feeling like a tourist trap.

Amenities are somewhat limited. Expect to pack all of your toiletries, because the hotel will not be able to provide it. They will give a bar hand soap and a bottle of shampoo. Also, pack a loofah or a sponge, because all of the wash cloths are hand towel size. However, there are a ton of OXXO stores nearby where you can purchase toiletries. We were sad that the pool was closed, because it looked amazing from the pictures. But we were too busy exploring Monterrey to even have time to swim.

The location is perfect it is a few steps from restaurants and the famous Paseo de Santa Lucía. The room was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned, and the staff was really nice and they responded really fast when we contacted them by What's App.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the door doesn't have a curtain, so in the morning when the sun rises also your room gets a lot of light so you might wake up earlier than expected.

Great location in the ancient barrio, right next to St. Lucia canal which has a lot to offer. Easy access to a convenience store.

It was a small cute hotel. Made the experience more romantic.

Very beautifully furnished. Good location. There is a great restaurant nearby, Casa de Panque which I highly recommend is closely and open all day. Great for breakfast but for other meals as well.

No heat in the room that I could find...I could be wrong. It is on a bit of a sketchy street with construction but in a good location.

No contact with anyone. All done over What’s App. Felt rushed in the morning. Cleaners waiting to clean room at 10:45am Sunday morning, check out at noon. Pictures on site must be of another room.

Breakfast not included. Location nice close to the river, but not many restaurants close by that we could tell.

Only one small bottle of water for two people. No coffee pods for the coffee maker, just a few instant coffee packets. We only had contact with a human because we couldn’t figure out the “ contactless” entry to the front door and the room. Everything else was through texts. I didnt Like that but they were very prompt when responding to our request for an Uber. We didn’t try requesting anything else, such as water or coffee. We were only there for one night as a stopover for a flight home.

Kind of a strange little place. Everything is electronic so I never saw one person. I did not see anyone who was staying there and no one was working there. They send you codes to get in. Everything a person could need was available in the very clean and well-designed room. The location was very good, a short walk to the fun pedestrian area with restaurants, and in another direction the city center. It was an unbelievable value.

Kind of lonely. No food available. But one can't have everything at that price.

Great location, close to MacroPlaza, museums, Barrio Antiguo, restaurants, etc.. The room was very nice. The bathroom was super spacious. The nearby "house restaurant" - La Casa del Panqué - is a wonderful quaint gem - staff, location, food choices and quality. I also loved its proximity to a nearby neighborhood with a grocery store and outdoor food vendors.

My only disappointment was that the hotel was doing a small remodel that was just outside of my room. I would have appreciated notification from the staff, just a heads up. Still, it had no effect on the enjoyment of my room and my stay; and the construction guys were quite kind and mindful of my coming and going.

Location, location, location! Hotels Antigua Santa Lucia in Barrio Antiguo is the very epitome of a boutique hotel. The property is well appointed. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and assorted cultural events. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and courteous. On a side note, there is a delicious little bar/cafe just across the way: La Casa del Panque -- from breakfast to a late-night cap. Already recommended Hotels Antigua to our most persnickety of friends.

The instructions to get to the right place were confusing. When booked, it is not clear that there are three properties called Hotel Antigua on the same block. It would be better to say so, and explain which one is being booked (e.g. north side, etc). Pool was out of service.

Comfy room, great location, walking distance to main attractions. Very low-key.

Parking was a bit of a puzzle at times, but possible. Pool was closed.
