Reviewed Oct 28, 2025Easy check-in, friendly staff. Good continental breakfast (this wasn't included in my room rate, but I paid separately for it). Excellent location in the town centre. Nice modern decor but retaining a touch of tradition.
My room wasn't serviced each day, although I did receive an apology for this. In fact I wasn't bothered and hadn't even given it a thought as many places don't service rooms since covid. Also, the central heating could have done with being on as the weather was rather chilly. The hotel bar wasn't operating, but I did receive a good recommendation for a bar nearby!

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025We were in a newly refurbished room, so the bathroom was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. For breakfast there was a good choice of high standard food. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She went "above and beyond" to make us welcome. Poperinge is worthy of a visit. The hotel is on one of the main streets and a short walk from the town square
Nothing. Parking is free overnight outside the hotel, but if you're leaving late next morning, you do need to pay the meter.
