This was my 3rd stay, i felt like the beds were abit uncomfortable and we ended up with spine aches. Plus rooms were not maintained

Staff were very friendly and supportive.

Bathrooms can be cleaner. I booked three rooms, one of the bathrooms was kind of smelly.

Highly attentive and courteous staff.location is the best. Everything is super close and convenient. They have the best coffee too. Perfect value for money.

Slightly more attention to detail in the rooms will make this even better. Like better curtains, doormats etc. Simple upgrades.

Every close to Hirikatiya Beach Staff was friendly Overall experience is good but I'm not sure the place is worth for the price we paid.

Location is excellent, right beside the beach, room is also very spacious and clean.

Alles! Wir haben sogar dreimal verlängert, weil wir das Hotel und den Ort so geliebt haben. Das Personal ist unfassbar lieb, hat uns immer alles möglich gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Such die Location ist perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum, ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

I like that time rooms had individual balconies. In the morning the monkeys just played right in front of your face that was amazing.The location was very good.

The room is simple but well designed for a beach area. A few steps from the beach, very centrally located, with easy access to eateries, it's fantastic that way. It's quiet and peaceful and the only disturbance, which is temporary surely, is the construction work done at the back. At night there was some sand offloading or some work of that sorts but it created minimal discomfort.

Paid a very reasonable price (in off season). Very accomodating staff for a late check out. Epic location - right next to the beach and short walk to cafes/restaurants.

Very dated and in need of upgrading. Bins not emptied at all in our room. Had to ask for a broom to sweep our room. Cleaning was supposed to be alternate days. Water and toilet paper not replenished. No matress covers and linen old. We made the most of it but were not comfortable. Dampness on wall in bathroom significant. Didn't see staff at all during our visit. We only want to be honest, but sadly we would not recommend.

I believe the hotel needs to upgrade the overall colour palette to more modern hues. It feels outdated.

Well located in Hiriketiya and good value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodated us with a last minute booking.

Wi-Fi was patchy and there was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Best location near beach

A wonderful hotel to stay. We went with out kids and the rooms were good size and comfortable. Everything was working as it should including the AC. Location is superb if you want t visit the beach as its only 5mins walk from the hotel. Loads of restaurants to eat day and night. All in all a very good place and highly recommend.

Virkelig god lokation og rene værelser. Personalet var søde og lod os tjekke ind før tid.

Der var virkelig lydt og meget støj fra vejen. Værelserne var slidte og afløbet på badeværelset var tilkoblet flere værelser så det larmede og lugtede. Ikke velegnet når man rejser med små børn. Strømmen gik under vores ophold og var væk i næsten 10 timer hvilket resulterede i et meget varmt værelse og det var umuligt at sove. Hotellet har ingen nødgenerator ligesom de omkringliggende hoteller har.

The staff was really friendly! Also, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the location is perfect: 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Only point of improvement: maybe some more space to put your clothing (closet/shelves) and hooks for towels in the bathroom. Just small things.

Great location right in the centre of Hiriketiya. The rooms are spacious with big beds and well working AC. Basic amenities but everything you need for a comfortable stay and staff were welcoming!

De locatie is top, vlakbij het strand. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel, met een goed werkende airco en een prima balkon.

Toen we aankwamen gaf het personeel aan dat ze ons korting wilden geven omdat ze een actie hadden. Ze zouden dan aan booking.com doorgeven dat er een 'no-show' was. Toen wij aangaven dat we dan dubbel zouden betalen omdat de kosten dan op de creditcard komen én contant betaald zouden worden, gaven ze aan dat dat niet zo is, hoewel dit duidelijk in de voorwaarden staat. We zijn hiet niet mee akkoord gegaan.

Das Hotel liegt sehr sehr zentral, wodurch alles super erreichbar ist. Wir haben das Hotel sehr spontan und spät gebucht & auch das war garkein Problem.

Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Aber uns wurde eine Reinigung angeboten, das war super!

Big light rooms with huge bed. Staff were really friendy & so helpful - Chani found out about buses to Ella for me, drove me to bus stop in his tuk tuk & waited for the bus with me, couldn't of done more to help.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer, dessen Fenster leider nur auf den öffentlichen Gang hinaus geht. Daher Vorhänge immer geschlossen und nie wirklich Tageslicht. Das war im Vorhinein nicht ganz ersichtlich. Sonst alles super.

Excellent hotel located a 2 minute walk away from Hiriketiya beach and on the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Staff were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special.

Great location, directly across the road from Hiriketiya beach. Friendly staff who helped us organise taxis etc. Good sized room with great AC.

Daily cleaning (rather then every 2nd day) would be nice as there was always sand from being at the beach in the rooms. The rooms weren't very sound proof so could hear people in other rooms. Not a problem with some good ear plugs but worth noting.

Rooms are not spacious and had no coffee or tea for a $80-100 room :( Also had water bottles filled with tap water which shouldn’t be for calibre of the place and its price tag

big, air-conditioned room in an unbeatable location. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to have proper amenities in the room (including what looked like a great hairdryer which is hard to find in Sri Lanka… though it was missing the adapter to actually use it!). No pool, but honestly for the price you can't complain. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. After having to leave our first hostel immediately as we didn’t feel safe, the team welcomed us in without hesitation, which we were incredibly grateful for and instantly put us at ease. The location is unbeatable - just moments from the beach, with everything in Hiriketiya within easy walking distance, yet it still felt relaxed and peaceful. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and everything we needed for a really easy stay. What really made it special though was the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, which made such a difference and gave the place a really lovely, relaxed vibe. They were also very accommodating, kindly allowing us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, location and genuinely kind hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Honestly, very little to fault. If anything, the door had a slight gap, but it didn’t cause any issues at all and we still felt completely safe throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was great, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The location was quite conveniently located. Less than 5 minutes walk from the bay. Quite a few eating places around as well. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Best location, across from beach and many great venues

The hotel has nice clean and big rooms, the aircon works very well, the bathroom is spacious, and the location is very good with a one minute walk to the beach and close to lots of resturants.

Nothing bad at all, but the bathroom is a wet bathroom with no shower curtain (not a problem but can be improved). There are a couple of chairs at the resturant but nowhere you would really hangout to relax in.

Loved the location as it was super central, rooms were fine and had everything we needed. Helpful and polite staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The only issue we had was sand everywhere- mainly from surfing and getting it everywhere but there was no way to clean it - wouldn’t mind a broom in the room and also a fresh change of towels.
