Sehr ruhig gelegen, ein bisschen vom eigentlichen Zentrum entfernt. Die Anlage ist sehr einladend, ein netter kleiner Poolbereich mit einer Bar, wo das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten, Sachen aufzuhängen und abzustellen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Auch das Bad ist modern mit einer geräumigen Dusche, bestens funktionierender Warmwasser-Aufbereitung und Haken, um Handtücher zu trocknen. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen privaten Sitzbereich und nochmals Möglichkeiten zum trocknen Badesachen. Es ist unkompliziert, Mopeds auszuleihen, wir durften unseres sogar länger behalten und Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Betreiber der Muni Residence sind ausgesprochen herzlich und liebenswert. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und können diese Anlage wärmstens empfehlen!

It is family run. Great welcome by two lovely ladies, refreshments etc and looked after me during my stay. Very clean, nice rooms. Hood location. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect. The room is nice and clean. It is a great place to relax and spend time during holiday especially it has pool for swimming. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I and my daughter had spent a pleasure day.

Het allermeest beviel me nog de familie. De gastvrijheid waarmee ze je ontvangen is ongelooflijk. Zelfs een sjaal gekregen als afscheidscadeautje, naast de bananenchips, rijstepap, welkomstdrankje en ga zo maar door! Heerlijk comfortabel bed en supermakkelijk een scooter gehuurd. Had me geen beter verblijf kunnen wensen.

Niets. Je kan de omgeving het beste bezoeken met de scooter of met een tour (tuk-tuk, auto). De bezienswaardigheden liggen ver uit elkaar.

Honestly when I say you feel instantly welcomed and at home, it's not an exaggeration. Kicked off with a pick up from the bus station that we hadn't even expected, we were literally looking at walking when we saw the driver with my name! Mun and her family are the sweetest people, we arrived and got a drink, fresh fruit, snacks and smiles from the get go. We arranged a full day tour through them and had a great driver and experience. The rooms are wonderful, very calming, no bugs inside, comfortable bed, good aircon, bathroom was large with great lighting and a good shower. There was a fridge in the room, plenty of storage options and even an electric diffuser to add to the spa feel. The pool area, while small, is lovely and the pool itself is clean. Location is also great! A 10 mins walk across the bridge to the main town for all food and drink options. I can't stress enough how lovely the people are. While waiting for our driver to leave, Mun gives us snacks and drinks, with no prompt or expectation. Genuinely sad to not have spent more time here.

The family were very welcoming and helpful and our stay was extremely comfortable. We loved the cakes and really valued the water bottles in the fridge at the end of a hot day.

The most friendly and welcoming stay, made my few days in Battambang a highlight of my time in Cambodia. So many small, thoughtful and unexpected gestures that truly have you feeling like a member of the family from a surprise tuk tuk pickup to a farewell gift and all the other moments between.

Hôtel tenu par une famille très gentille. Excellente literie. Chambre confortable avec petite terrasse privative devant. Jolie piscine. Très bien situé, au calme tout en étant dans le centre. Rencontre avec le chauffeur de Tuk Tuk, Monsieur Khem, qui nous a fait découvrir tous les environs de Battambang y compris les plantes et des ateliers familiaux locaux, parle bien anglais, gentil et avec un plaisant sens de l’humour

Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastfamilie. Zwischendurch gab es immer mal wieder frisches Obst und einen süßen Snack. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und alles sehr sauber. Die Lage war ruhig und fern ab vom Trubel, trotzdem war man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min im Zentrum. Wir hatten einen Abholservice von der Busstation durch Khem Ry. Mit ihm erlebten wir auch eine unvergessliche Tour zu allen Highlights. Der Ablauf wurde unseren Bedürfnissen individuell angepasst.

I felt home. The girls are super friendly and nice, they treat you like a member of the family. Room was clean and comfortable. There’s a lovely swimming pool where breakfast is served. The location is perfect to explore Battambang, with restaurants, bars and atm at walking distance.

Struttura accogliente a 15 minuti di passeggiata dal Mercato Centrale. Ci sono venuti a prendere in Tuk Tuk alla fermata dell’autobus senza che gli venisse chiesto, è stata una bella sorpresa. Camere grandi e pulite e ottima colazione con frutta, croissant e uova. Ho noleggiato da loro anche lo scooter per una giornata, super disponibili ed organizzate. La famiglia è veramente stupenda, tutte e tre le sorelle sono meravigliose e super disponibili. Sono il valore aggiunto della struttura. Lo consiglio a tutti

To je odlična nastanitev, ki je presegla vsa moja pričakovanja. Osebje hotela je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Sobe so bile čiste, postelje udobne in prostorne. Hotel ima krasen bazen, brisače zanj dobiš posebej in dovolili so nama kopanje dlje kot je bil bazen uradno odprt. Pri tem hotelu so pomembne majhne pozornosti, ki jih ne moreš prezreti. Ob prihodu sva z možem dobila dobrodošlico sok in sadje, na postelji naju je pričakala najina fotografija, ki so jo naredili ob prihodu in potem diskretno nastavili na posteljo. Kasneje so nama v sobo prinesli prigrizek in ob odhodu podarili spominček. Med bivanjem v hotelu je možna tudi brezplačna izposoja kolesa. Drago osebje, še enkrat se vam najlepše zahvaljujem za prijetno bivanje pri vas, želela bi si samo, da bi lahko ostala dlje. Želim vam vse dobro!

The property is very beautiful! The staff make you feel so welcome and like you are part of their family. They spoiled me! The bed was also soooo comfortable and the showers were hot! The rooms are a bit small but it’s not a big deal. The location is perfect too!

Very clean and comfortable stay, but what makes it outstanding - the service. You can’t even say it’s a service, because this people try to make it feel like home - even better. They go far and beyond with every aspect of your stay and that’s amazing. They take care of everything, transfer to/from hotel, tours around Battambang, welcome drink/fruits, small gifts everyday, anything you need - they can do this.

The property was stunning, the rooms were modern and clean. The staff were incredible. They surprised me by having a complimentary driver waiting to pick me up at the bus stop. Once at the property they greeted me with a welcome drink, dessert and fruit. They organised a full day tour with a driver January. He was the best, he had so much knowledge and I learnt and got to see so much. When I got back from my day trip they let me utilise a spare space to have a shower and relax before catching the night bus. I had the best experience here and cannot recommend it enough.

Un grand merci à Moon et à sa famille pour leur accueil des plus chaleureux. Une chambre spacieuse, une belle piscine pour se relaxer après nos journées d’excursion, et beaucoup de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison ! Un grand merci également à M. Khem Ry (+855 17 41 32 23), notre guide et chauffeur pendant ce séjour. Il nous a permis de véritablement découvrir Battambang et ses alentours, bien au-delà des lieux touristiques. Toujours souriant, bienveillant et disponible, il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle rencontre que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování při našem cestování Kambodžou. Velmi příjemný a nápomocný personál, krásný a čistý pokoj s pohodlnou postelí. Super lokalita v klidnější ulici, bezproblémové půjčení skútru přímo od ubytování a jako dárek domácí dortík/buchta přímo od majitelky - moc dobrá!

Snad jen snídaně byla trochu slabší, ale je volitelná.

Es ist ein familiengeführtes 3 Sterne Hotel und keine 4 Sterne Hotelkette und das merkt man in jeder Hinsicht. Die Familie zeichnet sich mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass sie sich mit den Bewertungen ständig versuchen zu verbessern. Ich habe mich in jedem Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und behalte die Unterkunft in bester Erinnerung. Das Hotel eignet sich besonders, wenn man die Stadt und Umgebung erkunden möchte.

Super schönes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer waren super schön, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Pool Anlage lädt zum entspannen an heißen Tagen ein. Wenn man mit ein bisschen laufen kein Problem hat ist die Lage auch sehr gut, man kann in 10 Minuten das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants erreichen. Die Unterkunft stellt auch kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung die man nutzen kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Heti saavuttuamme paikalle, peruimme varauksen ja menimme toiseen hotelliin. Vadtaanottajamne oli kyllä ystävällinen mutta hotellin ympäristö ja keittiö/ravintola ala-arvoisia joten lähdimme pois. Kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta.

The staff was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the wifi was very good. I have stayed in a few places in my time in Battambang, and I would say location, facilities, and staff were definitely a cut above the rest. It was a very homey feeling and as I travel a lot, it was the perfect amount of service without being overly pushy. They even provided a homemade afternoon snack even when I didn't request and a very nice homemade pack of healthy snacks for my travels back. Really, I would recommend Muni residence and spa and especially Moon for her outstanding service. Best value in Battambang.

We had the most wonderful stay at Muni Residence and Spa. This family run hotel exceeded our expectations. We were met at the bus station by tuk tuk (a nice surprise), greeted with drinks, fruit and snacks and had the best customer care ever. From the comfortable, clean, modern rooms to the homemade cakes they couldn’t do enough for us. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Battambang. Almost forget- they did our laundry and they even organised a ride back to the bus station!

Ze doen in alles hun best om de beste service te leveren. We zijn opgehaald bij busstation, kregen kleine lekkernijen. Checken of alles naar wens is.

Badkamer had een beetje een rioollucht. We hebben dat doorgegeven en ze ondernamen meteen actie. Zwembad zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit. Ontbijt is maar een optie, een westers ontbijt.

What a lovely family hotel with the sweetest family. The breakfast waa delicious and they helped me so kindly while I made a plan what to see in the area. The hotel feels like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly staff. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude made us feel at home and really made our trip even more enjoyable. It was a fabulous stay, nothing to complain about at all.

The staff were SO nice!! We were greeted with tea, and made sure that our stay was the best possible. Even though check-out is at 12, we were allowed to stay longer to enjoy the pool and even take a shower in the evening before going to our night bus. They have bikes to loan, free of charge, and very helpful with tips about local restaurants and such. 100% recommend!

Host lady from Muni family is just wonderful. Very attentive, welcoming, caring and flexible. We got welcome refreshment, after check out we were able to leave our luggage at the office. The staff is incredible ! They are all very welcoming and generous ! It’s really a 5 star service ! I’ve travelled in Cambodia for several weeks and I have to say that Muni had the most comfortable bed from all my previous accommodations (from backpacker hostels to 5 star hotels), the bed was soft and cozy. The location is also great ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients, avec une mention toute particulière pour Moon, qui a été une hôte formidable tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. La piscine est également un vrai plus : agréable, bien entretenue et parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et copieux. Nous avons aussi déjeuné plusieurs fois à l’hôtel et les plats étaient toujours délicieux. Autre avantage très appréciable : des vélos sont mis gratuitement à disposition des clients pour découvrir les environs. Enfin, l’hôtel propose gratuitement un service de prise en charge en tuk-tuk à la station de bus, ce qui rend l’arrivée particulièrement simple et confortable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Eine wirklich sehr nette Familie die diese kleine aber schöne Unterkunft betreibt. Sie Begrüßung war sehr herzlich mit einem kalten Tee. Ich habe sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade aufs Zimmer bekommen. Echt mega. :) Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bett äußerst bequem und ein großes helles Badezimmer. Im Zimmer befand sich dann noch Obst zum essen. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Der Pool war eine willkommene Abkühlung und man kann auch einen Roller über die Unterkunft buchen. Top 👍

I had a terrific stay. The family were wonderful hosts, very caring and considerate. They arranged for me to be picked up at the bus station and again as i left, I received little sweet treats every day, and got help with any questions. The bed was super comfortable, the room spotless with excellent AC. The area is lovely, very close to the river and nice cafes and restaurants, but quiet and safe. I cannot recommend enough.

Lovely family owned guesthouse with superbly attentive and friendly staff. We were upgraded as it’s my wife’s birthday and the room was spacious clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely too. We were picked up at the bus station for free - though the hotel is within easy walking distance of pretty much everything.

We hadden de luxe kamer met terras geboekt in het nieuwe gedeelte van de accommodatie. Heerlijke kamer met super comfortabel bed (bijna wennen na alle harde bedden die er vaak zijn in Azië 😉). Lekker zacht beddengoed en een perfecte badkamer met goede, warme douche. Alles was schoon en het terras fijn om te zitten na een dag rondtoeren in de omgeving. Het personeel was allerliefst en bracht ons elke avond een schaaltje met een lekker dessert. Er zijn gratis fietsen beschikbaar en de locatie is rustig en toch vlakbij het centrum. We zijn echt in de watten gelegd en kregen als verrassing een foto van ons op de fietsen en wat lekkers voor tijdens de busreis naar Phnom Penh mee.

La famille qui tient cet endroit est adorable, toujours disponible, et nous a surpris tout au long de notre séjour avec des petites attentions. L’emplacement est idéal. Nous remercions aussi chaleureusement Mr Khem Ry, chauffeur de tuk-tuk et guide partenaire de l’hôtel, pour sa gentillesse et toutes les explications intéressantes lors des tours que nous avons organisés avec lui. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons à Battambang !

Everything about our experience from the start u til the end was fantastic. The care taken by all the staff to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed was 10/10. Fresh fruit and cakes were given to us everyday and the bed was the comfiest we’ve had for sure! When we checked out we were sent along with gifts of fruit, a locally made purse and a picture of us from our day tour. A big shout out to our tuk tuk drivers too, Mr Khem Ry picked us up from the bus on our first night and he looked after us during our day tour, stopping to show us the local produce grown around Battambang. Mr Soon got us to our bus and chatted with us about the cities we are going to next and about himself and his family. Thank you to all the staff and we hope to be in Battambang again so we can stay at Muni again ❤️

Tout! Elles mettent le niveau très haut en terme de service, d’attention, de confort! Ça fait 5 mois qu’on voyage en en Asie et cet hôtel est le meilleur que nous ayons eu. Nous vous recommandons évidemment d’y séjourner sans aucune hésitation. Nous y aurions bien posé nos valises plus longtemps que 3 nuits. Bien entendu, les chambres sont propres, les pièces communes sont accueillantes et bien pensées, la piscine fait plaisir après les journées de visites et l’emplacement est idéal 👍 gros coup de cœur ❤️

La famille nous a accueilli dans l’hôtel avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Des fruits au quotidien, des conseils de visite et plein de petites attentions. Les lieux sont propres et la chambre était parfaite. Climatisée et confortable. La piscine était très sympa et calme. Nous avons passé la journée avec un guide recommandé par l’hôtel qui nous a créé une visite sur mesure des environs c’était super. Demandez Khem Ry et son touktouk Rolls Royce ! Super expérience à Battambang !

夜遅くに帰ってきたときに門が閉まっていて少しびっくりした。すぐに門番の方が起きて開けてくれたし、逆にセキュリティがしっかりしている印象をもった。

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Le lieu est superbe, l’accueil particulièrement chaleureux et rempli de petites attentions. On s’y sent immédiatement comme en famille, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. C’est une adresse incontournable à Battambang, et nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs grâce à toute la famille. Nous recommandons également Mr. Khem Ry pour les excursions en tuk-tuk : un guide exceptionnel, professionnel et très sympathique !

Exceptionnel, que ce soit les chambres ou la piscine derrière tout était parfait. Le petit plus c’était vraiment l’accueil des hôtes, elles étaient vraiment au petit soin tout le long de notre séjour avec des conseils pour les activités ou la restauration. Vous pouvez même réserver une journée en tuk tuk privé avec Mr Khem Ry qui est un guide incroyable il vous fait découvrir les alentours de Battambang avec toutes les choses à voir et vous emmenés dans les lieux peu touristiques encore merci. Posizionato a pochi metri dal lungo fiume il Muni Residence dispone di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno a Battambang. Non troverete solo stanze ampie, pulite e una bella piscina ma soprattutto un'accoglienza incredibile da parte della famiglia che gestisce la struttura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Un de nos meilleurs établissements depuis que nous voyageons en Asie :) L’accueil était remarquable et les petites attentions du personnel sont dignes d’un palace. Ils sont venus nous chercher à la station de bus sans que nous le demandions. On a eu le droit à des photos imprimées de nos sorties et à une petite collation en arrivant le premier jour :) On a beaucoup apprécié la qualité du personnel et surtout l’expérience client. La chambre est super confortable, propre et il y a une très bonne qualité des draps (chose rare au Cambodge). À noter : l’emplacement est parfait et ils organisent des visites à la journée ou demi journée, nous avons pris l’option après midi et on a eu un chauffeur super sympa qui nous a emmené à tous les endroits à voir (gros gros plus pour les chauves souris) ! :) Je recommande vivement cet endroit !!!

We loved our stay here. The staff are amazing it really felt like a home away from home. They were so helpful and made us feel so welcome and special. We also did a tuk tuk tour around Battambang including the bat caves and local farms and temples, with Mr Khem Ry through the hotel and he was so informative and made the day for us.

The room we stayed in was perfect for our 2 night stay. Bed was really comfortable. The pool was really nice and clean. The family who own Muni residence are so friendly and helpful, that was our favourite part about staying here, how welcome and at home they made us feel. They gave us some fresh fruit and a drink on arrival and some other snacks during our stay which was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place within the centre of Battambang with most helpful and attentive people. A lot of bonuses during the stay. And refreshing pool. Keep on growing!

Je crois que c’est le meilleur accueil que j’ai reçu depuis que je suis au Cambodge Les filles ont été pleine de gentillesse, ont été disponible et très généreuse. Elle vous gâte de jour en jour (je n’en dirais pas plus pour ne pas gâcher les surprises) La chambre était propre et le lit très spacieux et confortable Je me suis sentie comme à la maison

We absolutely loved our stay at Muni! From the moment we got there we immediately felt the care they have for their guests. We were greeted with fruit and dessert, which was delicious, and they made sure that everything in our room was perfect! Their attention to detail went all the way till our departure when they sent us off with even more fruit! Everyone was so sweet and kind to us we are sad to leave! We wish we could stay longer! We would also like to give a special shout out to Mr. Khem Ry! He was our driver provided by Muni to give us a tour to the bat cave, bamboo train, and other local sights. He was excellent and very knowledgeable about Battambang especially the local plants and fruits! We highly recommend requesting him!

There is a good reason the reviews of Muni Residence & Spa are so high. It is because it stands out from the rest. This family-run hotel exudes love, kindness and exceptional service! Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and warm. I was greeted with fresh fruit and juice at check-in, I was provided great advice for navigating Battambang, the meals they prepared were delicious and filling, and the gift and snacks they gave me at check-out were very thoughtful! A big shout-out to Moon for arranging to have the bus to Siem Reap pick me up right at the hotel ❤️ I would also strongly recommend the tuktuk driver I used during my stay at Battambang, Soon +855 96 695 0145. He had a great command of English and was also a wonderful guide. My room was very nice with a comfy bed and an excellent bathroom. Great water pressure! Loved the towel folded into a swan and the flower petals on the bed!

Everything. Wonderful family run hotel Lovely room, bathroom was perfect. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast by the pool. I was so sad to leave.

the family that owns the hotel is super friendly! the place is nice and quiet! they always gave us something tasty after our return back to the hotel, that was really sweet! the swimming pool is very clean and refreshing. We loved our stay here!
