Prime location if you want to be in the middle of town and socialize.. The rooms are quite modern and have everything you need for a short breakaway. Check-in and check-out is really easy. The hosts are always open for communication.

If you are looking for a peaceful breakaway, this might not be for you. It is more of a hotel-vibe, so you will hear some of the adjacent guests. The steps to the upper floor are quite steep, so take note if this is a challenge for you.

An Absolute Gem in Dullstroom⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend Sleep@84 highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was truly exceptional. The hosts are fantastic with communication, making sure everything was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, and they provided everything we could possibly need, including fresh water and clean towels. But what truly set them apart and showed they go above and beyond was finding our electric blankets already heated up for us when we walked in. Such a thoughtful and cozy touch in the Dullstroom chill. If you're looking for a comfortable, impeccably clean, and deeply welcoming place to stay in Dullstroom, look no further than Sleep@84. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Sleep@84. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. The electric blanket was a thoughtful touch and made a huge difference on the cold night. The host communicated clearly throughout the stay and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Dullstroom and Sleep84 was a perfect spot for us. The unit was small, but had everything that we required. It was a chilly weekend and the electric blankets definitely did the trick to keep us all warm

The kitchen was more of a kitchenette and not really suited for self catering. But it served the purpose that we needed it for.

Good Location

I booked a double room apartment - for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. When we arrived at 5pm we were allocated a double bed with a sleeper couch that wasn't big enough for one teenager, let alone 2. I was told that's all they had - If it wasn't suitable I could get a refund and find somewhere else to stay. We were travelling with friends who weren't able to make it, so we used their room. Ther room had a single bed and a pull out mattress. This was big enough for my family of 4 but when you pull the mattress out, you cannot enter the bathroom door without standing on it. Less than ideal and no offer to compensate us the difference between the apartment we booked and the room we were given. Shower drain was blocked, shower head blocked. When the TV was switched oof it still had a bright glare. Room was cold.

The location was perfect for an overnight stay.

The room was freezing cold with a wall heater. It was very small for a 4 sleeper and there was no extra blankets in the freezing cold. They gave us extra throws. My kids froze and couldn't sleep. Eventually I put one on my bed and squeezed in with 1 to keep her warm. 2 ppl had a quick shower and then 2 had cold showers. Was not happy with a cold night and not even a hot shower. An unpleasant experience. The location is perfect. Just room 6 is small and cold.

The location of the room was great. Access to the keys were fairly simple and I had no problems to get the keys. It was great to see that the bed had an electric blanket, and the heater also helped against the cold.

Although the room was clean, the throw on the bed was very clearly not clean. There was no light switches close to bed, so I had to go to the door to switch off the lights. The walls are also EXTREMELY thin, and you can hear all kinds of things that happening there.

It was a little chilly, there was a radiator in the room but it really needed putting on prior to arrival.

I loved the downstairs room. It was comfortable, warm and quiet. Sonja was super helpful and friendly.

Well situated in the town. Walking distance to most of the nice shops and eateries. Room has heater and electric blankets. Limited DSTV bouquet.

Communication and check-in felt impersonal. Messages are generic and even contains placeholder text like [INSERT GUIDEBOOK URL HERE]. No personal contact during check-in. Everything works with codes. The room (room 6) was tidy but felt too “used”. There is a nasty stain on the orange chair and the throw on the bed was very frayed.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the shower pressure and heat was wonderful. In the centre of town so we were able to walk everywhere

Staff weren't very friendly on arrival and had no idea who we were or which rooms we were staying in. They kept telling us that we needed to tell them which rooms we were in. We did also think that the 2 room apartment was more private (separate rooms) and that it would have a second bed. My 20 year old son slept on the couch and hung over the edge as it was so short and not very comfortable Another heater on the other side of the room would have been wonderful as the heat did not extend there

Um bom quarto, no centro da cidade com restaurantes, lojas, e tudo ao redor a cidade é um charme. Ficamos somente uma noite de passagem e ele cumpre muito bem o papel de ter um lugar quentinho, limpo, e seguro para um parada breve. Boa cama, com aquecimento o que ajuda bastante pois faz frio a noite, chuveiro quente e com boa pressão. Simples de entrar e sair, com self check-in.

After receiving a message about the crime in the area, was so scared because we were traveling at night. But I got a sense of relief when Petal maps said 'ur destination is on the left' 😂. Close to the road, has restaurants nearby(walking distance), extremely cold however sleep@84 has this great heater that makes one forget that their in emakhazeni municipality. One thing that I liked most was that we booked late around 17h00 and arrived just after 19h30 to find our room fully prepared.

The location was perfectly central. The braai area was great.

The no noise policy after 20:00. I think 22:00 is a more reasonable time, especially over weekends. We still had a great time.

The room & bed is comfortable & has great water pressure in the shower

No breakfast offered. Location was awesome- close to everything. great for 3 ladies travelling alone. Safe parking for vehicle.

We booked the 3 × single bed option, expecting three proper single beds, but instead received two singles and a sleeper couch. This felt unfair when splitting the bill equally. The interleading door between Room 9 and Room 10 also offered poor noise containment.

We had some loud neighbors and could hear every conversation due to the extra door I felt privacy is not that great.

Bed was comfortable. Facilities was clean and kitchen were well equiped for our stay.

Noise - generator - through the night which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Facile à trouver , parking fermé et sécurisé . Nous n’étions que 2 clients dans l’établissement donc très calme . Tout était très bien pour nous qui passions pour une nuit . Les indications reçues avant notre arrivée nous ont permis d’être autonomes .

Great location, easy to access, room is exactly what someone needs to break up a journey and love how they put small things as a personal touch, water bottles on arrival was a great thing.

It's way to hot to put electric blankets on, a fan would be a great idea for the rooms... Way to hot at night which then makes it uncomfortable

Arrived to an unflushed toilet, to then find out it was broken. You can hear everything your neighbours say, very loud and noisy. It was ok for a one night pit stop but def not amazing.

Room got very cold late evening/mid morning due to winter. Tiles were very cold. Perhaps more carpets in the room in will help the chill

Toaster in room. Big mat in the room we kept tripping as the corners have lifted. Toilet seat was damaged. Workers outside were very loud outside our room so we had to keep our curtains closed

No hand wash soap or toilet spray provided, and visitors don't travel with these

Everything else was perfect. Glad there was heating and electric heated blankets. Also got complimentary bottle of water which was very nice. Enjoyed the stay very much.

One of the rooms had a terrible odor- as if boerewors had been cooked in the room and not cleaned/aired. Two of the rooms only had one towel despite being reserved for two people.

The location of this establishment is excellent, offering easy access to various dining options. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the cleaning staff were friendly.

We found the bed to be uncomfortable. There is an issue with the showers drainage.
