I stayed for one night, welcome was very friendly. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. Henlo is a great host and gave me advise on where to go for lunch and dinner, I even got a lunchbag when I departed which was lovely. Wifi was great (I had some work to do). I will be back when in the area!

The unit is well equipped and comfortable. Heaters in the rooms, kitchen and bathroom made it nice and cosy during our winter stay. Some wood and firelighters was provided. Heaters in the rooms were switched on before our arrival, making it a warm welcome. There was enough soaps, shower gels and dishwashing liquid for our entire stay. The hosts were very accommodating.

The staff went out of their way to assist us and were so warm and kind. Our room was clean, comfortable, tidy and well appointed. The comunal facilities are great with a fire place in the lounge and a communal kitchen. We were touched by the 'brekkie bags' we were given as we left.

We could hear every time people walked or put something down in the room above ours. This led to a very disturbed night's sleep. Although the management knows about this, it would seem that little has been done to rectify it. Maybe ask for an upstairs room. Parking inside was also a problem.

La atención de la propietaria fue INCREÍBLE. De esas cosas que has de valorar positivamente, porque su atención, cercanía, trato y los servicios que nos dio superaron las expectativas y la media habitual. La habitación estaba genial, y todas las instalacioens super acogedoras. Además, su ubicación es ideal, a 2 minutos andando de la calle principal.

Had an amazing experience and stay

The location was a block away from the main road, which made walking down very easy. The property was exactly as described, which is what we wanted. The team were friendly and helpful for the whole stay. At night it got a bit cold, but the lovely wood fireplace made a massive difference.

Let me start by saying, none of the below things impacted our stay. The wifi signal was weak which impacted how we watched the streaming TV in the evening. There were 2 chairs, no sofa, which was a bit uncomfortable to watch a the TV. The curtains by the door fit the curtain rail snugly, which made opening and closing the curtains difficult.

Wir waren hier spontan für einen Zwischenstopp. Der Ort liegt wunderschön im Grünen und eignet sich für schöne Spaziergänge. Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit einem großen komfortablen Bad, mit tollen Shampoos und Seifen. Wir durften später auschecken und erhielten sogar noch eine Frühstücksbag!!

It had everything that we needed and more. The house was clean, warm and homey. Cleaning services came in daily.

The towels were a little bit dirty. Although they were washed, there were old brown stains on some of them.

A perfect stop over in lovely Dullstroom. A beautiful room and communal areas for relaxing in - with TV, comfy chairs and access to coffees etc. Dulstroom is very safe, but Cinzaco has secure gates too. Within walking distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect!

Helga was super friendly and accommodating, we were welcomed after a long drive with a friendly face and she made sure we knew where to go around town. When we left we were surprised with a little take away breakfast. We’ll definitely be back, thank you Cinzaco team.

Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und haben in Dullstroom auf dem Rückweg vom Kruger Nationalpark nach Johannesburg übernachtet. Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt. Das Zimmer hat alles was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ebenfalls konnten wir weitere angrenzende Zimmer (Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich mit Kaffee und Tee, sowie eine Küche) nutzen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben. Unterkunft und Ort sind toll.

Très bon accueil avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Chambre confortable avec un espace commun agréable. Le petit plus du petit déjeuner à emporter fut très appréciable.

La pulizia, la cortesia e la professionalità. Anche se ho dormito solo una notte, questi sono dettagli che noti il primo minuto. Inoltre partendo presto il mattino seguente, ci hanno fatto trovare un pocket breakfast da portarci via. Sono gesti squisiti che premiano la professionalità. Bravi.. continuate così.. il posto è meraviglioso e siete attenti a tante cose. Saluti Fabio

Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus nicht voll war. Könnte eng werden

Der Standort der Unterkunft war super, da fussläufig zwei Restaurants in der Nähe waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und es gab am Morgen nach der Übernachtung sogar ein kleines Breki Bag. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser fanden wir super. Das Auto konnte sicher unter einem Carport parkiert werden.

Hospitality and friendliness- Helga is an amazing host

We were travelling with our pet and did not get any feedback from Cinzaco or Booking.com that the accommodation we had originally booked was not their pet friendly accommodation. We had to pay and extra R400 to get the pet friendly accommodation which thank goodness was still available. The first we heard from Cinzaco was on the day we were due to arrive asking our time of arrival. Spent about 15 minutes at reception trying to sort out the booking. Lady at reception was very apologetic and friendly but certainly wasn't her fault.

The property is homely and very comfortable. In case of it getting cold there are options for getting warm including a fireplace and heaters. It is a nice space to spend evenings.

The ground floor units suffer from creaks when occupants of the higher floor move about. The top floor is built on wood so it transmits strains and creaks. (Ask to stay upstairs ;-))

Everything was perfect – we had such a wonderful stay! The owner provided us with all the information we needed, gave us a free upgrade, and even prepared a lunch box for our check-out. One of the highlights was the twin shower – I’ve never experienced a double shower before, and the idea of putting two showers side by side is just amazing. And we saw the total moon eclipses.
