Walena Hotel

Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio

Ningún comentario a hacer

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The town itself is charming and the people are kind and inviting, which made our stay even more special. A truly pleasant and memorable experience.

El aseo y la atención

Lejos del Malecón y entorno muy ruidoso

Es muy centrico! En 5 minutos ya estaba en el aeropuerto

Las escaleras, deberian hacer como una rampa.

Bien

Great Breakfast and Friendly Service

The room was comfy and breakfast was really good

Excelente

Hotel is clean, at a central location. Staff very kind

excelente

Closer to the Airport and some places to eat. Cleanest rooms.

The height of the room was too short and entrance is very uncomfortable (I hit my head with the frame of the door). The bathroom is outside the room.

Excelente

Xx

Recepcionista poco amable

Really nice, safe and clean place

Great stay!

Excellent service and food I am happy with my stay there

Nothing at all!!! I will never book again at this hotel. They offer airport shuttle: lie, they don't offer such. They offered breakfast they did not deliver it.

The staff did not comply with any of our requests: we asked to have breakfast 10 minutes before the time and they said yes the afternoon before but then, the next morning, they did not deliver. Then when we asked for the shuttle they offered a taxi paid by us, so there was no shuttle as offered in booking by them.

Excelente todo

Very kind and helpful staff. The only bad thing is that we stayed on a Friday night, and it was extremely noisy with partying in the surrounding area

Excelente

Nice hotel near the airport

Very close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great service, great food and cleanliness

staff is great and close to airport

I love decompressing at Walena after spending some days in Guajira's desert. This is my second time at Walena. I got the room I requested. Check in was flawless, cold drinks were waiting in the minibar, air conditioning was a true bless. Clean bed and towels. Large bathroom. Anna Li was very welcoming and helpful. Next day breakfast was perfect and so was the taxi to the airport

Location is a bit noisy

The best part of the stay was the breakfast options and the homemade arepas. The staff was also very nice. For the price, there are not many other options that looked better.

The biggest problem is that the hotel is on a main road so there is significant noise in the evening and early morning. Internet was very spotty. There were three routers and at times none of them worked. The bathroom had several problems - there was a leak in the line that ran water into the toilet and that kept the floor wet; and the drainage from the air conditioner goes into the shower and at times it ran onto the floor. There was also a weird column from the floor to the ceiling which made it difficult to maneuver around the room.

Great place

Breakfast was great, simple but just right. They substituted an arepa for toast for me. The AC and room were great. Not much of a view from one of the groups rooms. The other room as very nice. Staff was great.

The transportation to the airport charged us, even though it was supposedly included. Location was fine for our needs. It's in front of the city soccer stadium. It's a bit of a walk to the beach.

The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel is located near the center. Very good breakfast!

The room was generally clean but we found some hair in the bed and in the shower.
