Hotel is consisted of several houses, all made "Santorini style", personal is very helpful and polite, it is clean and wi-fi is great. The view is also very nice. Es sitio es muy bonito, se ve cuidado y muy limpio. Las camas son cómodas.

La ubicación del hotel no es muy buena, tiene una de las carreteras principales en frente, por lo que hay ruido de coches dia y noche (en las fotos es dificil verlo, ya lo intentan esconder supongo). El desayuno bastante decepcionante, poca variedad (solo jamon y queso basicos, yogurt con cereales pasados, pizza (??), y croissants del super, para un 4 estrellas ni siquiera te preparan algo al momento, y había poca cantidad de embutido (parecía hecho para que cojas poco). La piscina es preciosa pero el agua está congelada, cuando en la playa estaba caliente. En los días que estuvimos no vimos a nadie bañarse. Es raro que te puedas bañar en la playa pero no en la piscina de lo fría que está. De nada sieve una piscina bonita si no puedes usarla. En la ducha sale muy poco agua, no se si es habitual en la isla (en otros hoteles no lo encontramos).

Personal con un trato espectacular! Disponibles para cualquier petición. Instalaciones nuevas y detalles que son de agradecer!

No pudimos disfrutar del bar de la piscina ya que no estuvo abierto en nuestra estancia.

Goed ontbijt, behulpzame en vriendelijke crew, geweldig zwembad.

Kamers kunnen met wat simpele acties comfortabeler worden, rekken in de douche voor handdoeken en kastruimte in de kamers. Coffeemaker en waterkoker in de kamer zou prettig zijn. Lokatie is niet erg centraal en er is geen openbaar vervoer dus als je geen eigen vervoer hebt ben je afhankelijk van prijzige taxis.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Es wirkt aber sehr geschäftsmäßig und es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich lecker, findet aber in einem komplett abgeschalteten Raum statt wo eine Terrasse wirklich schön wäre. Das Personal leistet seine Arbeit, aber ohne die sonst so bekannte Griechische Freundlichkeit.

Nagyon közel van Imeroviglihez, és Fírához, imádtuk a lokációt. Gyönyörű tisztaság, tágas terasz, kényelmes ágy. Útmenti, de mégsem hallottunk semmit, ami zavarna este. Nagyon ajánlom! A reggeli bőséges, és nagyon kedves mindenki. ❤️

The swimming pool was nice and quiet

Very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned and we found cockroaches. When we reported the problem, nobody at the hotel spoke English, so we were unable to communicate properly or get a solution. Definitely not recommended.

Muy buena ubicación. Hotel tranquilo, limpio y muy cómodo. El último día tuvimos que marcharnos a las 8h para el puerto (antes de que abriesen el desayuno) y el día anterior nos trajeron un picnic para que podamos desayunar tranquilos. Kristina muy atenta a todo. Lo recomendamos 100%

El buffet del desayuno con poca variedad. El bar de la piscina estuvo cerrado los 4 días de agosto que estuvimos.

Tutto. Servizio ottimo. Posizione perfetta (rispetto ai principali centri abitati), colazione buona e abbastanza fornita. Piscina con affaccio meraviglioso. Consigliato al 100%.

Da cama extra pois parecia de criança e era para um adulto… E o espaço do pequeno almoço está mal aproveitado, pois fica numa sala fechada e abafada, quando podiam pôr com vistas…

Rooms were as pictured nice and clean. The pool was beautiful. Jola was very helpful and always available for questions and to help !

Muy lindo el hotel. Buena ubicación, cerca de puntos importantes pero sin estar en el medio del caos turistico. La atención de Jola fue excelente! Nos acompaño y guio para que tengamos una hermosa experiencia

Instalações novas, modernas e amplas. Localização próxima aos pontos turísticos, estando de carro é excelente. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis. Nota 10 para Yola que nos esperou até tarde porque nosso vôo atrasou. Pediu comida pra nós e sempre estava disposta a nos auxiliar. Café da manhã excelente, preparado com carinho pela funcionária sempre gentil.

Definitivamente, não é um hotel 4 estrelas. A única funcionária prestativa é a recepcionista Kristina, que se esforça para acomodar os hóspedes. O restante é grosso, nem falam com você. Não há recepção durante o dia todo; não ajudam com as malas; quarto sujo, com poeira; água quente do banheiro é fraca, banho horrível; cama de casal eram 2 camas de solteiro lado a lado; etc. Poderia citar vários outros problemas. Isso não é uma acomodação 4 estrelas. Não caiam nesse golpe pega-turista.

Really nice hotel , must stay when in Santorini. They have a really beautiful with amazing views highly recommend. 10/10 service. Shoutout to Carolina and Tani for the amazing customer service they really made me feel welcomed.

I loved how clean and new the property was, the bedroom was big and had a very functional bathroom with a large shower. The best thing of all was how careful and kind the stuff was, Kristina is always nice ,available and ready to help with everything . The breakfast buffet was very good but mostly savoury. I would totally recommend this structure also for being 10 min (walk) away from Imerovigli town , for a quite and peaceful stay in santorini with breathtaking views. The pool area is clean and has everything you need.

Only bad aspect is the fact that the street in front of the hotel is very trafficked and poorly illuminated at night so you must be careful if you are interested in taking a walk to the town, but overall with a car it's a perfect location especially if you're interested in seeing the sunset and it's easy to reach thira and oia by car.

The room was a decent size, the location would be great if the restaurant and bar were open.

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and there were no bar facilities. We were advised there were no staff available for service.The restaurant appeared to have been closed for sometime. Due to location of the property and the mature age of some of the family we were travelling with, we had to arrange transport to other restaurants and bars etc for meals etc..which made the vacation more expensive than anticipated. On our second last day, part of the hotel lost power. We were transferred to another hotel, where we lost at least half a day relocating and had to transport our luggage down a substantial amount of steps.

- Poolbar hatte geschlossen - Klima hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert - Nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das wir gebucht haben (Beschreibung enthielt Balkon, wir haben das Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen) - kalte/unfreundliche Ausstrahlung der Empfangsdame während des gesamten Aufenthalts, sehr unprofessionelle Sprache (machte uns Vorwurf wieso wir nicht gleich gemeldet haben, dass die Klima nicht funktioniert obwohl sie auf unsere andere Nachricht nie geantwortet hat, ist spät oder gar nicht auf unsere Anfragen eingegangen, hat Booking.com keine Rückmeldung auf die Beschwerde wegen der Zimmerkategorie gegeben)

Facilidade de chegar com malas pesadas, considerando que a maioria do hotéis de Santorini possuem essa dificuldade. Bom atendimento, com orientações e indicações de passeios.

Dificil para chegar aos principais pontos da cidade sem carro. Ruas perigosas e caminhada longa. Vale muito a pena se estiver com carro.

Der Pool und die Aussicht waren wirklich schön. Dadurch das es nicht so viele Zimmer gibt, war es auch nie voll oder laut, man hatte stets das Gefühl alleine zu sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker.

Leider war die Bar bzw. das Restaurant für Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet. Die Lage hat ihren Charme, es ist direkt an einer Straße, leider ist der Fußweg zum nächsten Dorf durchaus ein wenig problematisch, aber mit Rücksicht auf den Verkehr ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Ziel.

The location is just on the outskirts of Imerovigli. There is a Carrefour within walking distance and the city center as well (you can take the main road, which is a bit dangerous, or backways, which are more scenic but longer—about 16 minutes there). The pool facility is nice. Rooms are basic, but modern and clean.

Bathrooms had a TERRIBLE sewage smell. We moved rooms as the sea view room was booked out for part of the stay. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money. You get a private terrace and a view, and it is quieter. The other rooms in my opinion, are pretty terrible. No privacy as windows face out to the main road and guests are walking by all day. During our stay, there was a group who had booked 16 rooms for a wedding. This group partied into the late and early hours of the night/morning every day/night. We (and other guests) complained to staff, who "talked to them sternly," but that was about it.... They continued to party and be disruptive. As they were the larger group, they were given preference, and not enough serious action was taken to ensure the comfort of the other guests. They monopolized the entire hotel and its facilities. For example, there weren't enough sun loungers for everyone, they dropped food in the pool, and left everything trashed. We didn't sleep for 3 nights as they were partying, screaming, fighting, and banging on the walls. Truly unacceptable that the hotel staff did almost nothing about it except for giving them a "talking to". The bathroom should stop using small disposable toiletries and replace them with refillables to be more sustainable.

The rooms and complex was clean breakfast good

The road outside was dangerous and there was no bar open we had to run the gauntlet to the supermarket to get drinks and snacks

Great location (800mts from Imerovigli center). Near the bus station to Fira or Oia. Private parking. Excelent bed and linen. Good infinity pool with a view (not for the caldera side!). Kristina is quite attentive and responsive!

Breakfast was served in the restaurant that has artificial light. I asked to eat on the tables by the pool and was authorized. There weren't too many varierty of choices for breakfast.

Lovely pool with comfy sun beds, clean and comfy room with air con, nice breakfast in and friendly staff.

The location is very hard to access without a car - wouldn’t particularly recommend unless you have one! Even walking to the shop is along the main road and feels dangerous. The pool bar/restaurant was closed during the day when we went - with no warning beforehand - which was a shame. (It was open for breakfast.) Also there was a smell of drains intermittently and the water went off mid shower one time!

Kristina was great! She’s such a big help with getting around. The property is also super clean!

There’s not much around it to walk to. So plan to need a ride most places but you have a nice quiet room to come back to.

Bardzo ladny i zadbany nieduzy hotel z super basenem i smacznymi sniadaniami. Idealne polozenie w centrum Santorini, ale w cichej i spokojnej okolicy co jest zdecydowanie zaleta. Super kontakt z Kristina z recepcji dzieki ktorej nasz pobyt byl idealny! Kontamt na whatsapp przed przyjazdem i moglismy nawet wczesniej otrzymac pokoj oraz pozostac na basenie po wymeldowaniu sie. Kristina byla zawsze usmiechnieta i miala duzo wzkazowek przydatnych w Santorini. Dzielujemy Krostinie i calej obsludze Pearl inn za wszoaniy pobyt!

Property was amazing. Kristina was fabulous in helping f with transport etc she really made the stay enjoyable.

Only thing was the pool bar was shut for the duration of our stay which was a little disappointing. But overall very enjoyable place to stay

Το πρωινό ήταν ελλιπές με πολύ λίγα προϊόντα! Δεν αντικαθιστούσαν τα σαπούνια και όλα τα αναλώσιμα είδη του δωματίου όπως καφέ ή τσάι! Μία από τις μέρες της διαμονής μας στο ξενοδοχείο βρήκαμε την πόρτα του δωματίου μας ανοιχτή χωρίς να μας δοθεί μία ικανοποιητική εξήγηση!

Camere belle ampie e un bel balconcino, esposto però su una delle strade principali per spostarsi da Imerovigli a Oia. La sera è molto tranquillo. Kristina, la receptionist è molto disponibile, sicuramente non ci ha fatto mancare nulla.

Location was perfect, great facilities, Kristina was very accomodating providing towels for the pool and water in the fridge. She also helped to organise a transfer to and from the airport which was a massive help!

Ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε από πληροφορίες και λεπτομέρειες ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει! Δεν έχω λόγια ειλικρινά ! Βάζω 5 αστέρια γιατί δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να βάλω 10!

Nice place, conveniently located close to Imerovigli and with plenty of parkig spaces. The view from our balcony on the first floor as well as from the pool was very good. Kristina was very accommodating and helpful and we really appreciated that they made an effort to check us in early as we had a very early flight.

There was a lot of hair on the bedroom and bathroom floor (perhaps the cleaning was a little rushed so that we could check in early, but a little more attention to this would not hurt). We only went for breakfast on the first day and then decided to skip it - the coffee wasn't great and some of the food items were kept under a heater and became quite dry.

We left the hotel one night before the booked time, even though nonrefundable, because it was a disaster. It is located in the middle of NOWHERE ... Coming out of the hotel to walk for 10 meters was equal to suicide ! with cars passing by in a crazy road with NO PEDESTRIAN WALK SPACE! We had to walk in the middle of a very dark and dangerous road! No light , No pedestrian walk side! We by all means risked our lives in those moments of walk ! The hotel is literally basic. Never a 4 star had been like this. The room was a dark den. Not even a proper window ! Facilities zero ! Not even a coffee machine ! only 2 little bottles of water just for the first day, and nothing after ! No 24h concierge which is compulsory for 4 star hotels. We were terribly thirsty the last night and asked for water by "whatsapp"!!! from the reception and were told there is no way to get any water till the morning! and we had to drink from the bathroom water which by the way is SALTY in Santorini. We were told 40 euros for a ride booked by the hotel, so 80 euros for way and back, but on the time to pay, we were asked to pay 100 euros instead because we paid by card not in cash ! while the normal price of taxis were 25-30 Euros for the same ride always by card. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . NEVER TO RETURN. RUN AWAY. We saw way better hotels and suits around in Imerovigli and Fira with wonderful caldera views , way better equipment and sometimes less price.

Location was good ,however the main road to imeeovigil is very busy with no footway ,so care is needed when walking at night ,the town is approximately 20 min walk with a steep road into the town ,however there is a dirt track footway in between the hotel and meli meli BB ,again its steep ,and then a cut through the hotel at the top

Limited bar service from the pool bar which only opens for a few hours from lunch to late afternoon, my advice is to purchase drinks from the supermarket on the main road and keep them in the rooms fridge ,allot cheaper as well

Struttura nuovissima con piscina vista mare. Personale super gentile e disponibile, colazione e pulizia top e posizione perfetta per girare l’isola. È stato un piacevole soggiorno, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Albergo nuovo, curato e in posizione ottimale per visitare tutta l’isola di Santorini. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile e le camere sempre pulite, così come l’area piscina e colazione.

Questo hotel e questo soggiorno saranno impossibili da dimenticare. Per la mia seconda volta a Santorini ho scelto questo hotel. E non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. È stato un soggiorno perfetto, indimenticabile, pieno di sorprese. Il Pearl Inn è l’hotel più bello che abbia mai visto. L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare tutta l’isola, a pochi passi dal centro stupendo dei Imerovigli. La zona è molto chic e soprattutto molto pacifica e tranquilla. La struttura è impeccabile, nuovissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. È pulitissima ed ogni giorno vengono effettuate le pulizie in camera. La colazione è deliziosa e molto varia, c’è tanta scelta ed è tutto ottimo. Fiore all’occhiello di tutta la struttura è la meravigliosa piscina infinity. Incredibilmente bella, con una vista magnifica. Vorrei però soprattutto spendere delle parole per Kristina. Cara Kristina, se la mia vacanza è stata un sogno è stato soprattutto per merito tuo e della tua impeccabile professionalità. Sei stata perfetta in tutto, non ho mai conosciuto una persona gentile, disponibile, educata e dolce come te. Grazie per le tue indicazioni, i tuoi consigli e la tua disponibilità in ogni momento. Persone come te non si dimenticano. Grazie di tutto. È stato un onore per me averti conosciuta ed aver alloggiato nella vostra struttura. Non vedo già l’ora di tornarci. Non abbiate dubbi. Scegliere questa struttura farà della vostra vacanza un sogno incredibile.

Struttura nuovissima con una piscina a sfioro molto bella e molto pulita la struttura si trova a 5 minuti con il motorino da Fira . Cristina è dolcissima e super disponibile pronta e attenta ad accogliere qualsiasi dubbio . Colazione continentale abbondante. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti ed è stata una esperienza meravigliosa . ❤️

It is at a but distance from the city. But nearby you can access the Fira-Oia walking route (which has breathtaking views).

Fui muito bem recebida pela Gerente do estabelecimento Kristina. Ela é muito gentil e amável. Voltarei mais vezes só pelo carinho dispensado de forma tão humana. Hotel fica localizado entre a estadra que dar acesso a Fira e Oia, tem um amplo estacionamento e também conta com o ponto de ônibus Bus Stop (2,00€) próximos

Tudo no hotel é maravilhoso, os quartos aconchegantes, piscina com uma vista do mar e do por do Sol encantador. O café da manhã extraordinária farto, eu não consegui comer tudo de tantas diversidade. Minha sugestão é o oferecer um café self-service, pra evitar desperdício de comida.

Excelente el lugar por sus instalaciones y sobre todo la atención y como lo segundo siempre es lo que marca la diferencia en una estadia quiero destacar que Kristina desde antes de nuestra llegada estuvo a total disposicion para ayudarnos, orientarnos y hacer nuestra estadia lo mas grata posible Las instalaciones son excelente, limpias, amplias y tranquilas. Esta en un punto central que te permite conocer los puntos turisticos con facilidad. Si volvemos, y espero asi sea, los visito nuevamente y no lo dudo

Very Modern property, looks even better in person. Was very impressed by the staff too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Thanos who was at the reception was fantastic. Anything we needed he was the man!

La colazione a buffet potrebbe essere migliorata. Camere non molto insonorizzate.

Struttura eccezionale. Le camere moderne, sempre pulite. Pulizia dei locali ottima. Il personale gentilissimo. Dorina alla reception di una gentilezza unica. Siamo stati coccolati dall’inizio del nostro soggiorno fino alla fine lasciandoci tutta la giornata del check out in piscina. Colazione super abbondante e variava tutte le mattine dal dolce al salato. La posizione molto centrale dove è facilmente raggiungibile qualsiasi meta dell’isola. È stato tutto meraviglioso.

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości oraz lokalizacja. Dwie możliwości dojścia do Imerovigli, jedna wzdłuż ulicy, a druga widokową drogą wzdłuż klifów na trasie pieszej (Fira-Oia). W pobliżu Carrefour oraz stacja benzynowa. 100 metrów od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowe do Oia. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, na słono i słodko. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ładny basen i strefa do relaksu. Największy atut to lokalizacja, w mojej ocenie Imerovigli jest dużo ładniejsze i spokojniejsze od Fira i Oia, odczuwalnie dużo mniej turystów, co pozwala nacieszyć się pięknymi widokami na pobliskie wyspy. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu.

Brak chodników wzdłuż ulicy, co bywa mało bezpieczne i komfortowe w drodze do sklepu i Imerovigli, szczególnie wieczorami gdzie w kilku miejscach nie ma latarni. Bliskość ulicy od okien i drzwi, ale nie było aż tak głośno.

Super lokalizacja, cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy Imerovigli jako miejsce pobytu na Santorini. Znacznie mniej tłoczne od Oia, a również piękne białe domki oraz piękne zachody słońca z widokiem na kalderę. Codziennie robiliśmy spacery do Firy, z której autobusem mogliśmy się dostać w każde miejsce (Kamari, Perissa, black, red, white beach z Akrotiri, Oia, lotnisko, port). Niedaleko sklep spożywczy, również knajpki z pitami. Hałas od ulicy nam nie przeszkadzał. Z basenu z pięknym widokiem na wschód słońca nie zdążyliśmy się nacieszyć, gdyż skupiliśmy się na zwiedzaniu wyspy. Śniadania smaczne, codziennie było też coś nowego ciepłego. Obsługa bardzo miła, dziękujemy za niespodziankę z okazji naszych zaręczyn. :)

This was a highly anticipated trip for us as it was our second time in Santorini. We initially wanted to stay in our original villa but it was booked up for our dates. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Pearl Inn. The service was amazing. I was initially greeted by Dorina who assisted me in getting my missing bag from the airport. I also want to thank Maria who was so kind and helped me book my spa treatment. They were both always ready help and give me advice. The breakfast was really nice and the venue was beautiful and clean. We were always greeted by Giorgios every morning. He went out of his way on our second day to make me a personalized breakfast without me even asking because there was an ingredient I don’t like. He remembered from this from the first day. Thank you so much! To end my stay, I received a massage from Olga. She did a really good job! Overall our stay was super relaxing and peaceful.
