Très bel établissement, bungalow spacieux et dont l'esthétique est vraiment sympa. Espaces extérieurs très propres et bien aménagés. Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et délicieux ! Zar est charmant et toujours prêt à donner des conseils avisés ou aider pour des réservations de transport, la jeune femme en stage dans l'établissement a également été très accueillante.

De gros travaux tout autour de l'hôtel ont passablement altéré la tranquillité des lieux, et quelques voisins très bruyants la nuit (musique forte et tardive) sont les seuls points négatifs à relever pendant notre séjour. Un peu éloigné du centre et des commerces même si c'est tout à fait faisable à pied.

Die Anlage war sehr schön und top gepflegt. Auch die Bungalows sehr schön. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit Badminton oder Volleyball zu spielen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff make this place feel like home. The gardens are beautiful, the bedrooms are comfy and trendy, the food and steak night are great and overall it is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is also fantastic for the kids. Plenty of other activities to do also. I love also how flexible the staff are, letting us check in early and check out later. Very professional, helpful and friendly.

Indépendant de leur volonté, la ville est en pleine construction ce qui génère quelques nuisances en journée.

Tout petit hôtel très mignon. Pas loin de certaines plages et du centre de Kuta (Nous avons loué des scooters directement avec l’hôtel et ça c’est bien passé ) . Personnel très agréable.

Ce n’est pas de leur faute mais il y a plusieurs ressort en construction très près et du coup beaucoup de bruit entre 9h et 17h. Pensez au boule quies pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger car il peut y avoir du bruit la nuit (chiens qui aboient, route et un peu la mosquée au loin) Service restauration un peu lent mais ça c’est propre à l’Indonésie…

La chambre était très propre. La salle de bain est très jolie. Peu de chambre dans l’hôtel donc très intimiste, personnel aux petits soins. La stagiaire était adorable. Elle parlait français donc un petit plus pour nous.

Le toit en paille ne permet pas une bonne isolation donc beaucoup de bruit extérieur (chien, coq, scoot). Le service de linge est un peu long, nous avons du attendre deux jours pour récupérer nos vêtements.

Everything. What a beautiful stay we had. My partner and I stayed two nights in the Lembah bungalow. The bed was large and comfy, I loved the deco and the outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was a fantastic add on to chill out in the morning. The staff was lovely and friendly and the general manager, Zar, very attentive. They have a restaurant on site with a la carte menu and a special steak night on Thursday. We were offered a delicious refreshing welcome drink on our arrival, which was very well received and appreciated the nice touch. Overall, the resort exceeded my expectations. I would stay again and I'd recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall, I had a really good stay here. The property is beautiful, very aesthetically designed, and feels well maintained. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A special shout-out to Zar, who genuinely made the stay much more convenient. Whether it was helping us book cabs, arranging scooters, or assisting with anything else we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. Hospitality here is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. The breakfast was good, and the food overall was satisfactory. The pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. There is a construction site next to the property, but honestly, it wasn't something that bothered us much. Also, as of July 2026, the road leading to the property is still under development. That said, we had absolutely no trouble reaching it on a scooter, even with two people riding. Hopefully, once the road work is complete, the experience will be even better. The location is also convenient. It's close enough to the busy streets of Kuta while still being away from the noise, and it's just a short ride from the beach.

The only thing I felt could be improved was the bedding. The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and cushion covers looked a bit worn out and didn't feel as fresh as they should have. Even the sofa had a few visible stains. It's not a deal breaker, and I'm sure room service would help if you asked, but I do think replacing or refreshing the linens would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a property I'd definitely recommend if you're staying around Kuta. Fix the bedding, and this place would easily be an exceptional stay.

La proximité avec le restaurant d’à côté, un des soirs c’était la fête et la musique était à fond, c’était très très bruyant. Le bungalow est très sympa mais un peu petit et pas beaucoup de rangement pour les affaires.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf. Wij hebben hier onze eerste 5 nachten doorgebracht met ons gezin van 4. Bedden liggen goed, badkamer buiten is heerlijk. Het huisje vond ik groter dan dat ik vooraf vanaf de foto's had verwacht. Dochters sliepen boven ook prima. Het personeel doet alles voor je. Zo vriendelijk. We hebben 2 scooters gehuurd om de omgeving te verkennen. De weg naar het centrum toe is onverhard maar dat is maar een klein stukje. Ik heb daar voor het eerst scooter gereden en als je dat rustig doet en goed oplet gaat dat prima. De wegen verder in Lombok zijn verder echt goed. De meiden hebben ook genoten van het verblijf, heerlijk ontbijt en het zwembad. Cocktails zijn ook echt een aanrader. Dankjulliewel lieve mensen!

Een parel dichtbij Kuta. Geweldig en zoals op de foto’s. Uitgebreide ontbijt (en lunch/diner) mogelijkheden. Het huisje was te schattig en had alles wat we wilden!

De locatie kan wat minder zijn, lopen naar de hoofdstraat van Kuta kan net, maar ‘s avonds is het pad erg donker en met regen te modderig om te lopen. Wel bied de accommodatie Taxi’s aan die je kunnen brengen!

Tiu Oasis really was an Oasis for us to escape to from the busyness of Kuta. The Vila was next level beautiful. We had a private pool in our courtyard which was a lovely treat. That said as it was low season there was only one other booking so we had the large outdoor pool area to ourselves also. There was scope to eat at the bar for dinner or take a 20 min walk through nature to a fabulous restaurant on the main road for a lovely meal and the best Pina Coladas on holiday :) Breakfast in was fabulous on day 2. If going to Kuta I highly recommend this tranquil, beautifully appointed villa. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Everything was amazing

The accommodation is really nice and unique and really thought out overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned everyday with no problems.

The accommodation is up a dirt track road which became really slippy when it rained and when using a motorbike was quite difficult. It’s noticeable to see that the area around the accommodation is being built on, there was construction works going on directly behind the accommodation which meant drilling from 8am-5pm daily, this meant we couldn’t enjoy the accommodation and pool area which was a shame because this is the reason we booked here. I expect this construction to continue for the upcoming months so expect a lot of noise if you’re staying. We understood this isn’t the accommodation fault however we wish we were informed before booking/arriving as we would have changed our plans and not stayed there. Apart from this issue, the accommodation is fantastic. We stayed in one of the cottage’s and is one of the most unique places we’ve stayed across 10 months travelling.

Wij verbleven in oktober vijf nachten bij Tiu Oasis. Op de foto’s oogt de accommodatie ruim en open, maar in werkelijkheid bleek het geheel een stuk kleiner dan verwacht. Dat was in het begin even wennen. Wel moet gezegd: het ziet er allemaal prachtig en nieuw uit – de afwerking en stijl zijn modern en sfeervol, wat meteen een fijne indruk geeft. Positief is dat het huren van een scooter heel eenvoudig en voordelig te regelen is – ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen!

Wij verbleven in een bungalow voor vier personen. De indeling is charmant, al is de ruimte wat beperkt. Het tweepersoonsbed op de vide is knus, maar onhandig geplaatst: je kunt er niet goed omheen lopen, waardoor één persoon altijd over de ander heen moet. Ook is er beneden weinig plek voor koffers. De airco bleek lastig te reguleren: beneden erg koud, terwijl het boven juist warm bleef. Dat zorgde helaas voor wat minder goede nachten. Ook is er in de omgeving momenteel bouwactiviteit, waardoor je soms vroeg wakker wordt van geluiden. Het ontbijt is lekker en het is fijn dat je van de kaart kunt kiezen. Wel duurde het uitserveren soms erg lang (tot een uur) en werden er af en toe foutjes gemaakt in de bestelling – bijvoorbeeld bij glutenvrije gerechten. Zelfs als we de avond ervoor onze bestelling en tijd doorgaven, liep het soms nog niet soepel. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet hun best, al merkten we dat ze soms nog wat onervaren zijn: veel werd nagevraagd bij collega’s. Ook praktisch gezien kan er nog wat verbeterd worden, zoals het gebrek aan wisselgeld of het feit dat onze was wat klam en te laat werd teruggegeven. Een minpunt was dat we in de buitenbadkamer last hadden van ratten. Ondanks dat we dit hebben gemeld, werd er helaas niets mee gedaan. We raden aan om niets eetbaars of open zeepjes buiten te laten liggen. Al met al is Tiu Oasis een prachtige, moderne locatie met veel potentie. De uitstraling, sfeer en vriendelijkheid van het personeel maken het een prettige plek om te verblijven. Als er nog gewerkt wordt aan het ongedierteprobleem en de training van het personeel, dan is dit absoluut een accommodatie die we in de toekomst graag aanbevelen.

El hotel es igual que se puede ver en las fotos. El personal es super amable y servicial. El desayuno cuando está incluido tienes para elegir tres desayunos muy completos y deliciosos. Una experiencia para repetir y aconsejo que vengáis. Mil gracias por todo y por vuestra amabilidad, nos hemos sentido como en casa. ☺️

Por poner una pega, y no es del hotel propiamente dicho. Nos llamaron a un chofer, y para la distancia que no es nada larga, nos cobró muchísimo. Negociar el precio antes y que no os pase igual. Andando es poco, pero nosotros vamos con un niño, y por eso cogimos driver. Sino la opción de moto también está muy bien.

The breakfast was fine.

The experience at this property was deeply disappointing. The air conditioner in our room did not work, and the staff showed no concern, casually telling us it would only be fixed the next day, after we were already due to leave, without offering any alternative. The so-called outdoor shower faces directly onto the street and a construction site, with a broken and poorly maintained fence that fails to provide any privacy. Cleanliness was only superficial; while the room appeared tidy at first glance, long-term maintenance was clearly neglected, with stains on the toilet, shower, and even on the bed sheets. The,overall condition of the property is poor, although it was clearly once built with care, it is now falling apart due to negligent upkeep. Guest service is practically nonexistent: when we arrived for breakfast, no one came to take our order until we walked into the kitchen and asked for assistance. Ultimately, the value for money here is extremely low, especially considering that in Kuta Lombok there are far better options that are well maintained and treat guests with proper hospitality.

Sehr idyllisch und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, gesprächig, höflich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in einer Oase. Das Essen ist ebenfalls lecker. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Zudem wurde uns in allen Belangen wie z.B. Organisieren eines Surf-Kurses, Scooters oder Transports geholfen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Scooter, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Die Fahrt beträgt ungefähr 8-10 Minuten.

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen! Das einzige, was man bemängeln kann ist die Strecke von 5 Minuten zwischen der Unterkunft und der Hauptstraße. Es ist nicht asphaltiert und wenn man kein sicherer Fahrer ist, ist Vorsicht geboten. Aber es ist machbar und hier wird aber bereits gebaut.

It’s out of town by a long way so you need your own transport. We used a driver from the hotel who ripped us off to take us one night. Curtains are paper thin and our plunge pool was really dirty. Quite expensive for what you actually got, so wouldn’t return

Tiu Oasis is a small really beautiful resort. Everything is stylish. The staff is great! They arranged for a free yoga class and a ride for me. The breakfast was good and we’ve had some great cocktails.

Beautiful small boutique accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly. We hired our motorbike from them which was very convenient. You can walk to the main road it’s approx 10 minutes, 15-20 minutes to beach and western style cafes/ restaurants. We drove to most surf beaches and the roads are amazing with hardly any traffic. We love Kuta Lombok and will definitely be back! 🌴☀️💋

Leuke huisjes op het eerste gezicht. Ruime kamers. Op zich met taxi of scooter dicht bij de restaurants in Kuta. John is de driver die je overal naartoe brengt en heeft het echt goed gedaan. Super geïnteresseerd en altijd op tijd.

Alles was net niet schoon en na een aantal jaar zichtbaar nauwelijks/geen onderhoud gedateerd. Vieze natte badmat, handdoeken met vlekken, muren moeten echt worden geschilderd, schimmel langs de wasbak. De mensen die er werken doen enorm hun best en zijn vriendelijk, maar je merkt dat management ontbreekt. Er zit geen warmte in de hele setting. De eigenaar kwam op de eerste dag van ons verblijf op het terrein maar naast een korte groet geen enkele interesse. Beetje klinisch allemaal. Duidelijk een investering zonder hospitality ambities. Als je alleen een dak boven je hoofd wil prima. Maar de Indonesische gastvrijheid heeft meer te bieden dan dit.

We loved the little huts - they were very comfortable. The pool was nice and the kids loved jumping from the steps. The staff were lovely too and the breakfast good with a great choice. I was a bit worried about the location when booking as we weren’t planning to rent a car or bike but this wasn’t a problem at all. We had a lovely driver called Ebry that the hotel recommended. Walking to the main road was also ok.

We stayed in one of the villas for one night and although nice it needs a bit of maintenance and an upgrade. A minor thing but the sinks in both the huts and the villa could have been cleaned better and needed a deep clean (a lot of brown muck on the drain).

We stayed for 7 nights in one of the villas at Tiu Oasis. At first glance, it’s a beautiful and intimate hotel. Definitely very photogenic and Instagram-worthy. However, upon entering the villa, we immediately noticed it wasn’t very clean. It looked fine on the surface, but the floors felt dirty, the tile grout was grimy, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, visible mold around the toilet, and stains on some of the towels. The place could really use a deep clean, followed by consistent upkeep. We were traveling as a couple with our 13-year-old son and therefore used the sofa bed downstairs. Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable place to sleep. The roller blinds on the front window let in a lot of light, and the other windows didn’t have any curtains at all, making it hard to call this a proper sleeping space. In our opinion, the villa is more suitable for 2 people. The villa is attached to another unit and very poorly soundproofed. Combined with the single-pane windows, you can hear everything from both inside and outside. Location-wise: the property is down a bumpy dirt road, but it’s manageable by scooter, which we could easily rent directly from the villa. There’s a lot of construction going on in the area, but we didn’t find it too disruptive. The swimmingpool and area was amazing and clean. Never crowded. Breakfast is an area that could definitely be improved. The coffee was not great, the yogurt on our last day had gone bad, and the juices were so diluted they barely had any flavor. The pain au chocolat was delecious on the other hand. And the guy who made the breakfast always very kind! On a positive note, the staff deserve a 10/10. They were incredibly kind and helpful. When our son’s beloved stuffed animal accidentally got taken with the laundry, one of the staff members went out of their way to retrieve it late in the evening which we truly appreciated. Overall, we give our stay a 6.5/10. Our 13-year-old son gives it an 8 😉.

Super lieve mensen, mooi huisje, rustige accomodatie fijne bedden. Geweldig ontbijt! Echt alles top! Met 1 kind en 2 volwassenen, perfect te doen. Heel behulpzaam, binnen een paar minuten stonden er scooters, de was werd voor een goede kiloprijs geregeld. Zwembad ook schoon en fijne relaxte plek. Huur zeker een scooter om de stranden in de buurt te verkennen!

Als je iets moet zeggen om rekening mee te houden (wij hadden er geen problemen mee) de weg ernaartoe is ‘bumpy’ maar gewoon te doen met scooter. Ik zou het zeker nog een X boeken!

Nada no me aloje en él era inviable por estar cerrado por obras.

El alojamiento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Para empezar estaba cerrado y en obras. Llegamos y solo había obreros. Nadie de la propiedad. No sabían que veníamos. Cuando la reserva llevaba hecha desde hacía dos meses. Nos tuvieron casi dos horas esperando. Y encima pretendían que nos quedáramos a dormir durante 7 días en un sitio cerrado para el público por sus obras y sucio. Finalmente tuvimos que buscar otras villas. Todo esto sin ayuda ni de la propiedad que lo único que hizo fue cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita(después de mucha insistencia nuestra).Y mucho menos de Booking al cual llamamos 3 veces para nada. La peor experiencia en Asia que he tenido. Y llevo recorriendo el sudeste asiático más de 7 años.

At first sight it looked beautiful. The pools were nice and the place was spacious.

The details and finishings are not well maintained. The shower drain was dirty, the towels smelled clean but were discolored and contained visible spots, on the walls along the air conditioner the paint was discolored.. Was definitely not the worst, but could’ve been way better.

Le cadre est magnifique, au calme, le petit déjeuner proposé (en supplément) est vraiment pas mal et le personnel est très accueillant.

La route est en travaux donc attention si vous louez un scooter, la route est très glissante pendant la saison des pluies. Les prix du menu sont hors taxes donc pensez à les ajouter.
