Espaces communs très très très sales. Traces d'urine partout. Pas de poubelle dans ma chambre. Ils disent que le linge est inclus, mais le savon ne l'est pas et l'étendoir est tellement rempli que beaucoup d'habits tombent du toit et se perdent dans le jardin.

Dirty pool,could not swim in it. Smoking in non-smoking areas stunk the place out. Smoke coming into room from under the door. Owner refused to give copy of form for visa extension = cost me $20 usd more for an agent.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not in an acceptable condition, particularly in terms of cleanliness and hygiene which looked super different from what were being listed in the app. After showering, my partner and I noticed hair and visible stains/discoloration on the bedding and pillowcases. The condition of the bed was very concerning and made us uncomfortable staying in the room. I have attached photos showing the condition we encountered. Because of this, I decided to leave immediately and did not stay the night. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I raised the issue, the response felt hostile and unhelpful, and no reasonable solution was offered. We were not offered a room change, proper assistance, or a refund despite the cleanliness concerns. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the combination of poor room hygiene and an unprofessional response from staff made this experience unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that the property improve its housekeeping standards and customer service I strongly would never recommend anyone to stay at this place or ever consider booking again in my life. It was disappointing and disheartening.

Not much to like. Didnt get the room we booked, then when questioned we were moved hotels with the same owner. The new place was very dirty and windows did not lock. Reviews say some pretty bad stuff too.

Je n’avais jamais vu une chambre dans un tel état, les toilettes, les draps, le sol, les meubles, tout était très très sale ( poussières, déchets, cheveux, poils, excréments…) Nous avons quitté l’hôtel et aucun remboursement possible… à fuir

Nothing - they didn’t have a room for us and refused to give us a refund. However there were monks in the pool which was quite cool.

Everything - the manager was incredibly rude, did not have a room for us despite us having booked in advance, refused to give us a refund then sent us to another location where the room stank of cigarette smoke.

Очень грязно. Меня заселили в номер, в котором не меняли постельное белье, волосы в ванной и на полу. Заставил персонал сменить постельное белье. После чего никто из персонала со мной даже не хотел здороваться, обиделись на то, что их заставили делать из работу. Ужасное впечатление. Люди забыли для чего они там работают. Бассейн ужасен, вода мутная, и грязная.

Absolutely nothing positive to say whatsoever!

The whole property was horrendous we had to leave it was so dirty and disgusting- including marks on the sheets, bed bugs, a smashed window going onto our balcony, rubbish on the floor, marks on the wall- the list could go on! The vibe also was unfriendly, cold and eery. I booked a double room where in the photos it showed huge windows however when we were showed to our room it was a claustrophobic box room with one window which looked onto the inside staircase- meaning no natural light! The sheets had disgusting marks all over them and long black hairs showing they had clearly not been properly cleaned, the room stank of smoke (and had cigarette burns on the sheets!!) and there was dirt and mould all over the walls and floor! We were then moved to a second room after compmainong where the situation was the exact same except we had a balcony, but the glass was smashed which was a complete safety hazard!

The bed shed were dirty and stained, brought many and were not cleaned without asking they collected back before setting it on bed Matteress was moldy, stained with yellow Umreliable power

No clean bedding material, the staff and front desk communication so I left without stayinh

The property was filthy . There was mold on the ceilings of the bedrooms and dirt on all the bed sheets. The staff were very very rude when it came to resolving the problems. We also experienced no water for a whole day. which included the toilet and showers. And also experienced no wifi in our room for both days and nights we stayed there.

L'appartement était grand, c'est très agréable lorsqu'on voyage en famille ou entre amis, il y avais 4 lit doubles. On avais aussi un grand balcon vu sur piscine.

I don’t like this property. I will never come back here again. Staff is so disrespectful and they don’t have manners to talk. They don’t cooperate with anything. even if I paid my booking already but staff asked me for extra money.

I liked absolutely nothing in this property!!

The management is extremely bad as when I arrived they said your room isn’t ready and something is broken in the kitchen. They offered me another room which was filthy and the kitchen stank as if a mouse rotten in there. Finally they gave me a room without a kitchen but but they didn’t offer any discount as I had paid for an apartment with a kitchen.

It was a Scam was not at all the place in the pictures it was down an ally where there were dirty dishes and the rooms smelled like cigarette and wasn't even made looked like someone just got out of it .. definitely not what was in the pictures..... Just a Scam just like Scambodia is known for
