Room was very clean and good beds, big balcony. No breakfast, workers didn't talk any. Beach was quite near.

Chania has very bad cat issue, there is lot of cats nobody care. I asked help for sick cats, nobody cared. Thats why I wont ever go to Greece again.

Hotel is great, 100m from beach the best beach in Chania, very clean and tidy, every day they clean your room (change towels and sheets).

They have refrigerator but they do not have freezer compartment, the refrigerator is also a bit small, but it works perfectly, just remeber to turn it on.

Clean ,comfortable hotel ,excellent location,close to the beach ,restaurants,groceries.

Very clean and fully renovated place, room was tidy and nice looking with ac, fridge and a cute balcony. Beds were really comfy and the rooms look just like in the pictures (not obvious on Crete…) Towels were soft and bathroom cosmetics smelled well. The staff was very friendly, especially the older man working a night shift. We found the area very nice, 5mins walk from the beach, parking lot next to the property only for guests with big pomegranate tree and local cats serving as security guards ;-) great value for money

Posizione comoda, 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio disponibile (sia dell’hotel, sia in strada). Pulizia impeccabile della stanza.

Stanza 101, con la reception accanto. Zona di passaggio per nulla silenziosa e una notte il telefono della reception ha suonato per molto tempo disturbandoci. In bagno non c’è nessuna mensola per appoggiare le cose. Accanto al rubinetto del lavandino c’è il posto per un bicchiere per mettere spazzolino e dentifricio e il resto abbiamo dovuto appoggiarlo man mano sopra alla tavoletta del wc. Anche dentro alla doccia non c’è nessuna mensola e abbiamo dovuto tenere le cose a terra. Ci è sembrato che i servizi non fossero adeguati al costo del pernottamento ma basterebbe comunque poco per migliorarli

Buon Hotel, ottima posizione con comodo parcheggio privato, sia per visitare le famose spiagge nelle vicinanze che per andare a piedi in centro tramite il vicino lungo mare. Camera ok , con tutto l' essenziale per un breve soggiorno, staff cordiale

La posizione è ottima, soprattutto se dal centro si usa un monopattino (altrimenti 20 min di passeggiata), ci sono vari bakery e ristoranti vicino e anche la presenza di un parcheggio privato è molto comodo! lo staff gentile è sempre presente.

Il lavandino e la doccia sono un po’ piccoli, ma ci si adatta!

The room is of a decent size, cleaned daily, with towels changed every other day. Location is great - 3 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center. The parking is free.

The bed could be comfier, as it is esentially two single beds pushed together. The noise from cleaning staff is rather loud in the morning as the doors and walls are paper thin.

The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast.

The male staff member didn't look happy; perhaps he doesn't like Asians.

Boa localização, perto da praia e do centro. Atenção dos trabalhadores foi excelente. Muito limpo e fazem faxina todo dia!

Everything was great! It’s a very nice hotel with all the necessary amenities. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided regularly. Super location, just a 2 min walk from Nea Chora Beach and about a 12–15 min walk from the Old Town. Free on-site parking is another big plus.

I would only suggest if they can provide breakfast (prepaid or post paid) but it would be nice as it is already a small garden bar on site.

It was newly renovated with a nice design and comfortable furniture. Close to the beach (2 min walk) and fairly close to the old town (20 min walk). Staff was really nice. There was free parking.

It would have been nice to have breakfast there, that was the only thing missing from our stay.

Tutto!! La struttura si trova vicinissima al centro raggiungibile a piedi con 15 minuti di camminata e dispone di un parcheggio privato gratuito, di una ventina di posti. La struttura è nuovissima e tenuta molto molto bene: camere ampie con balcone, aria condizionata, frigo e bagno privato! La biancheria, salvo emergenze, viene sostituita igni due giorni. Tutto super pulito!! Lo staff è il pezzo forte: super disponibili, gentili, simpatici e si fanno in quattro se avete un problema per aiutarvi a risolverlo. L'albergo dispone inoltre di numerose escursioni prenotabili direttamente con loro (noi abbiamo fatto Balos - fabtasticaaaa!!): balos, falasarna, museo archeologico ad heraclion ecc... Per me rapporto qualità prezzo toppp!! Consigliato!

The staff were really lovely people, always willing to help you out. The room was regularly cleaned and they were very creative presenting the towels in different patterns. The location was fabulous as very close to beach and easy to walk into the beautiful old town.

Would be nice to have more facilities in the downstairs seating section but it wasn't a problem as plenty to find around the beach section.

Absolute worst experience i have ever had in my life.

The staff was so rude and wouldn’t let us check in when we had agreed to check in late at night because of our flight landed at midnight, but he wasn’t interested in what i had ti say or any proof i showed him, he had the nastiest attitude and verbally attacked us and we were basically homeless for one whole night. They didn’t change the sheets or covers, only folded them but never washed. Shampoo they wouldn’t give us because they only give 2 per week (1 time use small bottles) They shouted at our friend for waiting outside because he had a different hotel, they made him wait across the street. Absolute vile and disgusting behaviour from a horrible hotel, AVOID!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

La camera era pulitissima, appena pitturata e la struttura era in una zona silenziosa. Per chi ha bisogno di riposo è il top perché di notte c'era un gran silenzio.

Le porte sbattevano dalle 9 alle 16 perché per assurdo non si chiudevano le maniglie . Quindi porte nuove ma con maniglie difettate o rotte? Sta di fatto che tra le donne delle pulizie che spostavano i letti tutti i giorni e le porte che c'erano da sbattere per riuscire a chiudere......tanto si dormiva di notte, tanto si doveva uscire velocemente dalla camera di giorno per non impazzire dal rumore.

El personal no era demasiado amable. El primer día en recepción no nos dejaban hacer el check in indicando que habíamos cancelado la reserva y sin comprobar nada más ( aún cuando le enseñamos el justificante de Booking y el pago en el banco). Tuvimos que llamar a Booking y ellos tuvieron que ponerse en contacto con el hotel indicándoles que había una cancelación anterior pero una reserva pagada posteriormente. Creo que deberían comprobar todo lo necesario antes de indicar a los clientes que no hay reserva haciéndote pasar un mal rato sin hacer ellos ninguna comprobación

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was always spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh and new. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or resolve any issues. Parking was convenient, the area was quiet, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Camera ampia e completamente rinnovata, letto molto comodo, ottima illuminazione, bagno con box doccia, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, terrazza ampia dotata di stendino. Comodissimo parcheggio privato per chi è in auto, un lusso considerando che Chania è una città molto caotica e può diventare davvero un problema trovare un posto auto (dall'hotel si va in centro a piedi, circa 20 min circa di passeggiata lungomare). La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (parcheggio incluso), assolutamente consigliata!

Assenza di cassaforte e di bollitore/tazze per farsi un caffè/thè in camera (l'ho chiesto e gentilmente mi è stato fornito senza problemi). Trattandosi di una struttura che non offre la possibilità di fare colazione in loco, suggerisco di prevedere il bollitore in ogni stanza.

Rooms are recently renovated. Location closed to the beach (2 min away, walking), restaurants, Old Town (15 min away walking), a supermarket ( 10 min away walking), airport (25-30 min by car). Nice staff, daily cleaning ( even nice surprises with particular towel arrangements), generous parking

Regardless of all the below, i would still book this hotel if needed, as the overall experience is a positive one, but the points below are good to know for future guests The rooms are not very noise-proof; one can hear the traffic from corridors and the doors being closed by tourists that are not very silent Pillows -depends on taste, but i considered them too hard It could have been useful to have a small amenity in the room like an electric kettle to make a quick coffee; for mornings, though the bar dowstairs can offer a basic range of beverages

Very nice hotel in one of the best areas of Chania. Easy access to the beach, old town, market, restaurants etc. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. All staff polite and smiling. Very important is also the fact that it has a big parking area. I would definitely choose it again.

E o locație frumoasă , patul confortabil , foarte curat Balcon Locația foarte bună , la 2 minute pe jos de plajă(Nea Chora Chania) zone de plajă cu șezlonguri , o faleză frumoasă cu restaurante și marea unde se vede și apusul ! La 20 de minute de mers pe jos până în orașul vechi Chania un oraș superb cu străduțe înguste , faleza , farul , plin de restaurante și magazine ! Aproape de aeroportul Chania 30 de minute aproximativ ( depinde de trafic ) Și de plaja Marathi de lângă aeroport O plajă minunată ! Recomand :)

Il personale il più delle volte non era nella reception. Stanno seduti al fresco nel giardino. Poco professionale. Nonostante abbia gli spazi per servizio breakfast, la struttura non offre tale servizio.

Nessuna dotazione in stanza, neanche un bollitore e al bar dell’hotel si poteva avere solo un caffè la mattina, non hanno neanche il latte.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my appointment. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and the beach, which made it very convenient. The atmosphere was lovely, and everything was well organized. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to visit again.

Richtig Toll. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und man ist fast direkt am Strand wo man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Sehr sauber und höfliches Personal!

Le manque de WiFi

Situé à 20' à pied du old town et à 200m de la plage et des restaurants. Petite terrasse. La dame de l' accueil était agréable et il y a un ascenseur.

Pas de petit déjeuner. On peut demander un café mais nous avons trouvé mesquin de nous le faire payer 2€. Le vieux monsieur de l' accueil n' est pas agréable. Il soupire quand on lui demande un café le matin, et son "café" à 2€ n' est autre que du nescafé de base! La dame au moins nous avait fait un vrai bon café américain. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop épais et nous ont donné mal aux cervicales. De + il y avait plein de cheveux noirs et de la poussière dessus ! Pas de micro ondes, juste un mini bar.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν δίπλα στην θάλασσα και σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση με το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει και πάρκιγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και με βοήθησε σε ότι και αν ζήτησα.

Ακουγόταν έντονη φασαρία από διπλανό δωμάτιο πολύ αργά την νύχτα, χωρίς να γίνει κάποια παρατήρηση.
