L'hôtel est vieillot, la salle de douche est minuscule et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Impossible d’y poser les affaires de toilette. La vue sur la mer n'est possible qu'une fois sur le minuscule balcon, et que pour une personne à la fois ...

The location was perfect. In the hub of activities at the harbour. We had jaw-dropping views of the harbour and the constant flow of tourists. We'd go back to Lucia Hotel in a heartbeat. The concierge staff were very helpful.

Luidruchtige deuren, veel gasten vertrekken extreem vroeg om vlucht te halen. Sanitaire leidingen maken veel lawaai.

מלון ישן, הכל חשוך ונראה שעבר עליו 80 שנה בלי שיפוץ. שירותים ומקלחת קטנים בטירוף, יש אקו במסדרון וכל פעם שסוגרים את הדלת יש רעש מטורף, אפילו המנעולים של הדלתות הם מלפני 50 שנה.

Our room at Lucia had the most magnificent view of the harbour, plus a small balcony to view it all from.

Location was ideal, right in the midst of the old town, by the water. Restaurants just steps away.

The room was very small with little room to accommdate suitcases etc and to access one side of the bed.

We where looking to stay in an historic building with just only the small added modern updates, nothing fancy, just simple, relaxing, clean, we definitely got what we wanted! I didn't know how incredibly amazing our view would be, so opening the shutters was like opening up to a magical dream.The room itself was centered in front on the 3rd floor, so our balcony was just perfect,& perfect size for 2. We loved the simple amenities in the room,coffee, hot pot,tea,fridge with waters,lighting options on the bed frame where a great touch.We got exactly what we came for in this hotel.We chose the Lucia for it's historic charm, and experience. We don't expect a perfect silent room, so if you need that, this might not be for you. You'll hear the chatter & laughter below from other tourists and locals walking about, shopping or enjoying the eateries, which we loved! You'll encounter noises from the service trucks and thier crews early in the morning to restock the restraunts and tavernas for everyone.They work hard, I suggest going out on the balcony to observe how much hard work each day goes in so everyone can enjoy thier new day in Chania. Parking is not exactly easy, bc the hotel is situated in a pedestrian location. So be prepared for steet blocks and hard to find parking and some walking for any hotel at the waterfront.You'll see joggers and other early risers. We where especially stoked about the historic little elevator. We where mindful to go up single with our larger luggage.Those are the cool details we where looking for. The front desk staff was immensely helpful, and friendly.They have maps there, and our late night desk clerk detailed and used a pen to guide us on the map, not to mention, was personable & made us feel so welcomed.The skeleton key 🗝️ to open and lock your doors can be tricky, but this too is part of that historical experience, and enjoyed the simple challenges.

Not really a frowny face so much but our hair dryer was not working correctly. I forgot to let the front desk know. Hopefully the next guest will communicate this. 🙂

Location right on the front of the old town with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. Pleasant room and good value.

Everything was as expected. Anyone with a large amount of luggage should be aware that taxis can't get to the hotel street.

The location was fantastic as was the view. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, although a little dated. The hotel is on the main street so may or may not appeal if you are looking for something quieter.

The staff were ok but at times a little short and not sure if it was due to it being a busy period or if that is normal. Parking is an issue if you have a car, as you cant park in the old town easily.

Es ist eine sehr spartanische Einrichtung,die aber Alles bietet, was man braucht und sehr sauber ist. …und wer kommt schon nach Chania, um im Hotelzimmer zu verweilen?! Die Zimmer zum Hafen haben eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Leuchtturm und Abends kann man den bunten Treiben von oben aus zuschauen. Ein- und Auschecken ist auch super schnell und angenehm. Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Tatsächlich gab es nur einen Punkt, den wir kritisieren konnten und das ist eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Sie gab uns jedes Mal das Gefühl, wir seien unerwünscht oder sie ist einfach unfreundlich - das konnte man nicht differenzieren. Dafür waren die anderen Beiden, die wir kennenlernten, ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend, somit war man danach wieder besänftigt.

Amazing location, directly on the front of the old harbour. Perfect for a short stay, right in the thick of it. Room was of good size, with adequate facilities. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Chania.

If you're wanting a peaceful stay (we didn't, so we were fine!) be cautious as the noise from the restaurants below could be overwhelming.

Δεν έχουν θέα όλα τα δωμάτια.θεωρω πλήρωσα αρκετά για να βλέπω το στενό. Καθαριότητα ειδικά πετσέτες ανά δυο μέρες δεν το βρίσκω σωστό για θέμα υγιεινής. Και καλό θα ήταν να γίνει ανακαινηση

Hadde rom i 3. etasje, med veranda mot havna, og utsikten var helt fantastisk. Veldig god seng.

Litt dårlig belysning ved speil på badet, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å se når man for eksempel skulle barbere seg. Det var heller ikke dusjforheng, slik at det ble unødvendig vått rundt omkring på badet.

Nothing really stood out. The bathroom is a bit basic and small, but it's clean. Could be a bit loud at night, as the room is facing one of the old town's main streets.

The centrality and the price was good. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby

The noise! It is not hotels fault but some ppl have no consideration for the neighbors. The screaming children in the middle of the night... Poor babies were overtired but they should be comforted not kept outside the room for all hotel guests to wake up. The noise from outside was not the issue- good windows, at least in oir room. - the balkony guard door was shut stuck with only narrow slot to see the view, but no access. - if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, have in mind that taxi can only access the area only early in the morning (7-8 or 9, not sure). I would have appreciated the info clearly stated in booking.com.

The location is excellent, the beds are really comfy and even though the facilities are dated you can not fault it's cleanliness. It was spotless. We booked a Seaview room and I think everyone should. Stunning views and vibe.

My hairdryer was broken (but it's an old style, so I'm not surprised) but I didn't let it bother me and our balcony was small but when you're sat there in the midst of it all, you don't realise.

Room was a bit dated but the location more than makes up for that.

If you want to be in the middle of the action, this hotel is right there. It’s on the waterfront of the Old Port. Make sure to get a room with a view. Moved from small room in the back to larger room with partial view and good soundproof doors leading onto balcony. Very convenient for boat tours. Elevator was big plus.

Cars and taxis are not allowed to drive into the Old City - so travel light and be prepared to walk in. Also, the restaurants and stores stay open til midnight so be prepared to join the fun or bring good earplugs.

Pokój czysty, baaardzo blisko promenady, miła obsługa, przechowywania bagaży, można było bezpłatnie pozostawić bagaże na cały dzień, nie martwić się że cos zniknie, recepcja całodobowa. Rzut kamieniem do deptaka, pomimo bliskiej lokalizacji w pokoju było cicho.

O hotel fica na Old Town onde nao há acesso por carro. Fomos muito bem orientados a deixá-lo em um estacionamento público, e foi a melhor opção, pois nada ocorreu com ele em uma noite. Tínhamos uma pequena varanda com vista para o farol e o porto, a coisa mais linda!

An Absolute Gem in the Heart of Chania Location: 11/10! We stayed at Lucia Hotel for five nights and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! The location is absolutely perfect, right on Chania’s beautiful Venetian Harbour. Our balcony overlooked the harbour and the view was simply breathtaking — we could have sat there all day taking it in. It was picturesque perfection. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, but that view was definitely the highlight. Walking out of the hotel, we were immediately surrounded by the beautiful cobblestone alleyways of the Old Town, with charming little shops and restaurants everywhere. Turn right out of the hotel and you’re strolling along the harbour front, with restaurant after restaurant to choose from. There is such a wonderful atmosphere, both during the day and in the evening. And of course… gelato every day! 🍦😂 Chania itself was absolutely divine. We loved wandering the old streets, enjoying the harbour, discovering restaurants and simply soaking up the atmosphere. After five nights, we genuinely didn’t want to leave. If we return to Chania, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Lucia Hotel was perfect for us, and we would highly recommend it. ❤️🇬🇷

Old deco bathroom plastic shelf’s a bit outdated The bed too soft and uncomfortable for me TV much too small a bit like computer screen very high No Netflix Very noisy at night but closing the balcony doors take much noise out but then no fresh air so when hot air con must be used. The reception very dark and not look like you can use it like a lobby Lights much too bright for reading even if one turned on it’s like the whole place been lit So not good of you like to read at night and let your partner sleep

La location est idéale et le personnel est agréable

La qualité des chambres laisse à désirer si l’on part du point de vue que nous sommes en 2026. Tout est très ancien. On a demandé un jour à ce que personne n’entre dans la chambre (grâce à un écriteau) ce qui n’a pas été respecté. Ça ressemble en tout point à une violation de l’intimité. De plus, nous mettions la Clim avant de partir pour que la pièce soit fraîche à notre retour (sans abuser bien sûr, à 24 degrés). Cependant dès que nous rentrions cette dernière avait été éteinte. Concernant la qualité même de la chambre, une seule prise est disponible et elle se situe au niveau du bureau donc aucun moyen d’en utiliser au niveau du lit. Concernant la salle de bain qui sort tout droit d’un autre siècle, les toilettes coulaient. Ce qui a été réparé mais a recommencé à couler le lendemain. Pour se laver les cheveux avec la pression du pommeau de douche vous pouvez compter environ 25minutes. Et la douche est minuscule, on met de l’eau partout en se pliant pour se laver les jambes.

La pulizia, la signora Eleonora è una persona meravigliosa. Il nostro volo era in ritardo e ci ha aspettato fino a mezzanotte e mezza. La mattina ci ha fatto trovare una colazione squisita! Persona davvero speciale, grazie di tutto!

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Well worth the extra cost. Couldn't ask for a better view or location. There was coffee in the room and beach towels available from the desk. Room was modest but clean and well equipped.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, amazing view from our balcony. Really excellent air conditioning a bonus when it’s 33C🥵Also loved that they have a little library in the reception where you can leave a book and take one.

It would be nice if they served breakfast but that said there is an amazing place called Fresh point juice bar in the narrow street behind the hotel that does delicious breakfasts, coffees and all sorts of juices.

The hotel had a very good location, right in the heart of Chania’s Venetian Harbour. The view was wonderful. The cleaning lady was very kind and did an excellent job.

The reception staff, in general, were not very friendly. We had asked them to let us know if the room was ready earlier upon our arrival, as we had had a tiring journey. Of course, they never contacted us, so I had to call again myself to find out. Whenever we saw them upon arrival or departure, they did not speak to us. They were on their phones, sitting with their legs crossed, and seemed completely indifferent. When they handed us the keys on our last morning, they did not even wish us a safe journey home or say a simple “We hope you enjoyed your stay.” We only got a very dry “bye” under their breath. As for the room, it was poorly maintained. The skirting boards were coming off, the covers around the electrical sockets were loose, the toilet kept running and making noise, and so did the refrigerator. We had requested a double bed, and I had to call twice just to make sure we would at least have two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, they kept moving apart and would not stay in place. The bathtub had two different levels, which made it difficult to take a simple shower. Although the room had quite a few lights, it was still quite dark after sunset. Such a shame, because the location and the view were wonderful.

Fantastic location and we paid a little extra for a sea view which was definitely worth it. We arrived after midnight after a late flight so appreciated a late check in. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean room.

It’s obviously quite an old building and could do with a little updating. The bathroom was tiny but we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t really a problem for us.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ ωραία σε κεντρίκό σημέιο της περιοχής. Ειδικά το βράδυ για τις βόλτες στο λιμάνι. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο. Το δωμάτιο μασ ικονοποιητικό για τα βράδια που διανυκτερεύσαμε.

Δεν έχει χώρο στάθμευσης το ξενοδοχείο και πραγματικά είχαμε θέμα με το αυτοκίνητο μας.

Ett fantastiskt läge med underbar utsikt! Det finns allt man behöver i ”lägenheten”. Återkommer gärna.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Balkon was etwas blöd war. Lieber eines der Zimmer buchen, die zum Hafen zeigen. Das Geld lohnt sich.

The room was extremely old and very overpriced for what it offered. It felt more like an old hostel than a proper hotel. The lighting was very dim, and both the doors and the bathrooms looked outdated and in need of renovation. I would only recommend it for a one-night stay in an emergency, not for a longer or comfortable stay. The room had only two coffee cups and a kettle, and there were hardly any accessible power outlets. I actually had to charge my phone on just one side of the room because there were no convenient charging points elsewhere. The only pleasant part was the balcony, but even that was very small and narrow. Overall, the price was far too high for the condition, comfort, and facilities provided.

Stark renovierungsbedürftig! 1960er Stand. Zimmertüre geht von alleine auf wenn du nicht dauernd absperrst. Kaum Wasserdruck an Dusche und Waschbecken, beim duschen immer wieder heiß und kalt. Der Duschvorhang klebt an dir weil die Dusch winzig ist. WC Brille rutscht rum, defekt.
