Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Ho soggiornato qui 6 notti. Il personale alla reception era molto cortese. Hanno sempre soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. Ho trovato molto utile il sevizio di lavanderia che ti riporta in 24 ore i tuoi vestiti ben puliti e stirati ad un basso prezzo. Ogni giorno puliscono le stanze. Ci sono anche degli snack e bottiglie di acqua in frigo (a 15 EGP) che risultano utili se non riesci ad andare a comprare uno snack. Ringrazio ancora tutto il personale. Di sicuro tornerò presto. Grazie di tutto.

They put snacks and water in the room without clearly explaining that they would be charged. When I checked out, they charged me 225 pounds. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice made me feel relaxed i would highly recommend this place if you want to relax quite 15 mins from the pyramids 20/25 mins to the city love the ginger cat family that greets you everytime you come in and out.
Overall the place was clean 👌

الصبح بس بيبقى فيه جرجرة من الستاف اللي بينضف الاوض ودي لحد نومه خفيف زيي مزعج اتمنى ياخدوا بالهم من الموضوع ده. وكمان الإضاءة ضعيفة في المكان ياريت لو تكون أقوى شوية.
