Their quick and smooth check-in process made a great first impression, and I truly appreciated their flexibility and understanding during check-out, as they kindly gave me enough time to leave comfortably. Their friendly attitude, wonderful hospitality, and careful attention to requests really made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and for having such a professional and caring front desk team. I will certainly be happy to stay at your hotel again.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025I’ve been staying at this Hotel for over 10 years. Lots of memories :)) I love everything about it. Recently there has been some renovations and the staff are working hard to please the guests. Special thanks to Damiana ( Guest Relations ) and to Mr. Hang the front office manager. Looking forward to to my next stay!
Just a small thing and they said they’re taking care of it. The mixer of the shower doesn’t work properly, it’s either really hot or cold. Other than that .. everything is great

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025We stayed as a family of four (my wife, 15 years boy & girl, and I) in connecting rooms, which was perfect for us. The setup gave us plenty of space while still keeping the family close together. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our kids especially enjoyed the friendly service and the comfort of having their own space while still being connected to us. Overall, it was a wonderful family experience highly recommended for those traveling with children who want both comfort and convenience.
The only drawback was having to pay 150 EGP per night for parking, which really should be provided free of charge for guests,complimentary, or included in the room rate.

The entry process at the hotel was quite frustrating. When I ordered an Uber, the compound security asked the driver to hand over his driving license. Then, at the hotel gate, the guards requested the same license again, even though he had already left it at the first gate. As a result, the driver was not allowed to drop me at the hotel entrance, and I was forced to walk. On my return, the hotel guards once again insisted that I walk to the entrance instead of being dropped off directly. This practice feels both inconvenient and disrespectful to hotel guests.

Canlı müzikler ve diğerlerinin seçimi güzeldi. Kahvaltı çok olmasa da iyiydi. Odalar çok geniş ve balkon çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Banyo malzemeleri iyiydi. Otelin karşısında çok büyük lunapark var. Müzikleri çok güzel olmasa da erken kapandığı için rahatsız olmuyorsun. Güvenlik en üst seviyede. Evinde gibi hissetiyorsun. Alış veriş merkezlerine yakın. Biz kullanmadık ama servisleri var.
Yatak ve nevresimler daha iyi olabilir.

De keuken is arabisch georiënteerd Maar de verantwoordelijken maken het ( in mijn geva)l naar je zin Elke avond een gratis shuttle naar een van de modernste shopping malls van Caïro.
De weg er naartoe doet desolaat aan rondom het hotel is het best wel een egyptische woestijn. Maar door het groen beheer zie er niets van

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025Everything about this hotel is great. Staff are attentive and friendly. Facilities are always clean. Great variety of food options. Cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority. Internet access was very good.
The drive to get to the hotel was long and the fact that we kept getting stopped so that security could check the car and the drivers driving license was pointless.

Reviewed May 31, 2025The hotel is clean and relaxing. I liked the pillows and was able to sleep well. It has a shuttle bus to the mall of Egypt for shopping. The location is good if you want to stay around the 6th of October city.
The food was not bad but average. No bellman to carry luggage begore check in.
