Uptown Eco Hotel

Close to the city centre, spacious rooms, very nice bathroom.

Employer didn't speak a word of english. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The whole night there was a low mechanic sound, probably coming from the outer unit of the AC, so unfortunately we couldn't sleep well. Parking is in front of the building isn't free.

The room is so spacious and well maintained. Located in the heart of Kuala Terengganu and walking distance to Pasar Payang and Masjid Terengganu.

There is no comfortable sofa to rest at living hall. The TV are using anthena and thus not working properly. It is good it can hv smart tv. No proper dinnerware provided despite big cabinet.

Bed was Hard as a rock, considered staying an extra night but instead moved around the corner to another place as bed to uncomfortable which meant minimal sleep.

The accommodation was fine, but The staff’s attitude was disappointing. Their communication with customers was rude and disrespectful. Even if they believed a customer had violated a policy, they should have explained it professionally instead of accusing the customer of cheating. I felt embarrassed and disrespected by the way I was treated.

Enviroment clean and smell goods

Appartement très spacieux, très bienn equipé en centre ville et à proximité des lieux à visiter.

Situé au niveau d'un grand carrefour, bruit incessant des mobylettes avec leur pot d'échappement trafiqué. Mais vers 22h30/23h on peut dormir tranquille.

Suite de 4 chambres parfaite pour un groupe de 7. Propre et plutôt jolie avec les boiseries. 2 salles de douche, balcon sur une des chambres et espace central avec grande table pour se réunir. Très bien pour une étape à Kuala Terengganu.

Un des lits doubles est pourvu d'un matelas en coco, c'est vraiment très dur. La climatisation est un peu bruyante.

We arrived at 2:30 and asked if we can check in early. The staff insisted that we wait until 3:00 PM to check in. Probably the room was not ready.

The room was spacious.feel at home.the bed seperated with the living room and kitchen.have agood sleep as the bed was comfy and had a quiet night sleep eventhough it in the city center.walking distance to near pasar payang.at night if you're dont want to go far from your hotel, you can check local food at the bus station nearby for supper.😁.no photos needed as what advertised is exactly the same when you enter the property.we are coming back this july!!!!

The place is very comfortable, the living room is very spacious, the dining table is also very large, the bedroom is very neat and romantic, suitable for those who like that kind of situation, the room is large and neat and clean. Near the payang market, only 5 to 7 minutes walk to it. Paid parking by the hour max RM10 per day is very suitable for walking around.If you park on the side of the road, the fee is according to the Municipal Council price, it is cheaper.

Hot water, dining table/bench, iron, location is just opposite the market. Parking is convenient.

No sink outside of the bathroom. Only 1 pillow/person and was too high for the neck. Not enough plug points.

Overall it’s worth to stay. The room very spacious with classic decoration. I love the room concept.

It’s good if hotel can provide reserved parking. No secure parking. Guest need to park on the side of road and quite far from the hotel. Staff on duty should be on standby mode. Understood it’s night but still you have to answer the guest query. Not just blue tick the whatapps message.

The staff kept sending several times annoying warning messages about not to to check-in more than capacity . At one point, It sounded like a threat.

Classic Malay setting, very comfy, the water pressure was superb, very spacious, if only there's a small wooden couch it'll be perfect 10 owh and i love the coconut husk mattress..

A tv with android stick would be nice to boost up entertainment wise.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It can fit a family of five, but need to bring mattress. Check in process was smooth since we arrived late, the owner gave instruction to check in. Location is superb, nearby Kg China, 2 mins to Pasar Payang, Kg Nina, Hiliran, Payar Bunga Square, 5 min drive to Mayang Mall, Jambatan Angkat.

Everything is good and perfect. Nothing that I dislike.

Super stay for family The property very clean

Staff named Umar, if not mistaken, was a very good and helpful person. He made you felt welcomed, showed genuine interests in assisting (additional card access for instance), so jovial........simply an amazing character.

Small toilet bidet leaking badly and should be repaired immediately (water is a very precious commodity), table runner also due for washing.

Most of the plug points are quite high. Need to call the hotel since reception is only available 3-6PM. On second day, the aircond in the room was leaking and water was dripping that wet the clothes on the drying rack. There was also water line dripping from the ceiling in the toilet.

The information regarding the extra guest policy was only shared after the booking was confirmed and payment had already been made. Furthermore, even in the follow-up email, the specific charges were not clearly stated. During check-in, I was then requested to make additional payment for extra guests, which came as a surprise as this was not transparently communicated beforehand. For clarity, I had booked the room based on the information available at the time, and any additional charges should have been clearly disclosed prior to confirmation and payment. The lack of upfront transparency has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
