Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Room – The room lacked comfort; the old, damaged mattress caused body aches. Please replace it with a new one. Location – Situated on a busy street with no dining options nearby. However, there are plenty of textile and clothing shops, as well as pharmacies, in the surrounding area. Elevator – There is no elevator facility at the hotel. The hotel should inform guests of this before they make a booking.
The dimly lit room atmosphere, the noise that disturbed the peace during the stay, and the lack of cleanliness around the hotel.

There was no lift. So had to climb the stairs to the room. Bathroom looks old though. And water too hot even when we put at the lowest temperature.

The room soundproofing is not good as the outside noise can be heard in the room. The bathroom does not provide toiletries, soap & shampoo. There's also a frequent water pumping sound can be heard in the room even if we did not use the toilet.

Things that I dont like about this hotels is no lift.. For people like me having knee problem..it is difficult for me to carry luggage until 2nd Floor. Family room should be on low level floor

The damp smell of the room because there is no window. Suggest to improve room ventilation.

La falta de respeto y los ruidos de madrugada de los huéspedes de habitaciones vecinas. Huéspedes faltos de urbanidad, tanto que desoian al personal del Hotel, cuando les llamaban la atención.

Namun perlu diperbaiki dari segi kemudahan lif kerana setakat ini hanya tangga disediakan, agak kurang sesuai untuk warga emas atau membawa bagasi berat.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Super zentral gelegen zum Busbahnhof aber auch China Town. War sauber und hatte alles was man für eine Nacht braucht - ist basic aber reicht voll aus :) Trotz, dass es an der Straße liegt, war es nachts nicht sehr laut und ich konnte gut schlafen.
