En si, el hotel está lindo y tiene buen servicio.

Nos dijeron que la alberca abria a las 8:30 am, todos los dias que estuvimos ahi, desde las 7:30 am habia niños gritando y despertando a todo el hotel, nadie les dijo que se callaran, nadie les dijo que mo gritaran, entonces fue muy desagradable estarte despertando y no poder descansar bien porque nadie puso orden.

La struttura presenta camere confortevoli che affacciano sul cortile interno, molto tranquillo e piacevole con piscina e vegetazione. Qui c’è la gentilezza di poter avere una colazione europea non contemplata dalla prenotazione. Il personale super disponibile ha dato indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno che è stato impeccabile.

Que permiten el acceso a la alberca muy tarde, 9.30 de la mañana y que encontré una cucaracha en mi habitacion.

Está ubicado NO muy cerca de la ciudad pero a 100 mts de un Bus para ir a conocerla. El Desayuno a mi gusto y costumbre aceptable

La privacidad y tranquilidad del hotel

Nos hubiera gustado un servicio de restaurante (aunque sea básico) y que el material de lis trabajos de ampliación o remodelacion estuvieran ocultos

No fue del agrado que al ser el chek out a las 12:00 horas, hayan cortado el agua antes, y si así es el servicio no estaba demás que nos hubiesen informado al respecto.

Nos facilitaron todo, ambiente familiar, muy tranquilo para descansar, el horario de la alberca amplió, tienen un espacio común para poder dejar comida para cenar o desayunar y también ayuda a planear horarios.

Una noche un perrito de una habitación ladrando a media noche… por suerte no duró tanto, pero si nos sacó de onda.

- nice hotel to look at, spacious rooms - free breakfast which they don’t mention (toast and cereal) think they would get more people stay here if they mentioned breakfast - didn’t go in the pool but it is nice and clean - parking on site which is locked

- its not super easy to get inside, the door is always locked so you have to wait for someone to come. Also to open the gate for the car, you have to find someone and ask them to open it to get inside and out - there’s no beds by the pool, which is why I didn’t use it. We actually booked the hotel so we could chill but then couldn’t - the staff don’t speak a word of English which can be difficult. The guy watering the plants at 10pm threw water directly through our window and onto our belongings… he had no idea so I showed him and he shrugged his shoulders and went to get the mop (the same one they used in the toilets by the pool..)

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged the American breakfast lovingly in the pool bar area in the morning. Great value for money.

Lovely little oasis in a busy city. Accommodated a very late check in for us. Staff extremely kind and friendly. Room very comfortable. Would stay again.

Liked everything except barking dogs in neighbourhood overnight!!!

Super friendly host, free and safe parking in front of the door, breakfast offered for free which we had not counted on, nice veranda to chill in the evening, cosy atmosphere, well decorated. We made the famous boat tour! Great place to stay!

Quiet location, helpful staff and cleanliness of property

When we arrived, we checked in, we were traviling with our pets, they brought them a doggie bed for the room. They were so welcoming, and kind. This was a great stay.

Everything was great

A great couple of days here. The staff were really helpful and helped us out with some important documents that needed copying. The swimming pool was nice. The room was clean, well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a surprise as it isn’t mentioned and I don’t think everyone knew about it. I asked about it as I’d seen it in another review. It was basic and help yourself but perfectly adequate and much appreciated. Secure parking behind locked gates. There was also an open Netflix account. We don’t watch telly while we’re travelling but as we had a couple of rest days it was a nice way to relax.

I was disappointed that the 'restaurant' was only for breakfast. It should mention in the description that there is only breakfast service. I also booked the 'airport shuttle' for 3:30 am the next morning as I had a very early flight. They do not have a dedicated airport shuttle, only a taxi that they call if someone needs to go to the airport. Even though I had made a shuttle reservation, they called more than 2 taxis in the morning who refused to come. One driver finally agreed but, I was about 40 minutes late...quite stressful.

The hotel was very nice and cleaned and the front desk person was friendly. And we got to park our car inside for the night which was nice as well. For the price it's a nice hotel and nice pool you can swim in as well.

The location is a bitch sketchy especially at night but glad we got to park our car behind a locked gate.

Nothing to not like

Neat clean. Well kept property and the staff is lovely. They have an amazing (but simple) Meal menu but it works as good as any other. Excellent money value option !

Sometime the pool isn’t ready for go swim. But the staff would gladly prepared everything for us :)

We love this hotel, the staff is amazing. The rooms are great with queen size beds. Everything is very well done and very comfortable.

Not much not to like

The shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy. The pool is small but nice to cool off in, making for a nice little oasis in the city. The hotel grounds are pretty and decorated in a mix of modern and mission style architecture and furnishings. The front desk was able to call a reliable taxi to take us to the Tuxtla airport early in the morning.

The staff has to come unlock a gate with a key for you to leave the hotel grounds/building. No one could tell me how that was safe if there was a fire at the hotel. The area doesn't have a lot around it, there are a few restaurants. It was fairly quiet for being in the city.

Its a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. The staff is great and so is the breakfast.

The sink plugs very easily and there was only one very small trash can. The internet was a little slow.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, wonderful to wake up with the sing of the birds.

There is no mosquito net in the windows, I can’t open the windows. Also they rent two rooms with men drinking and using loud music with their doors opened.
