The experience was terrible from start to finish. The AC wasn’t working, the staff was unhelpful, and the room quality was far below expectations. The suite was advertised as accommodating up to 3 guests, and I specifically booked for 3 adults, but the space was clearly not suitable for that. I had also requested an extra bed at the time of booking, but it was never provided — not even as a paid option. The lack of support and poor service made the stay extremely frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth it.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026I was pleasantly surprised by what was offered compared to what I expected when I booked. Considering it was closer to the bus stand, my expectations were quite low. Everything from the check-in experience to the quality of the rooms (which were noticeably clean) impressed me. Compared to other properties, the price was slightly higher, but features like the rooms, bathroom, parking, and responsiveness to minor issues when we called reception made them stand out. They have an in-house restaurant, but we didn’t opt for breakfast since we were there for a function, so we just had milk.
If I really have to complain, it would be the beds—they are very soft and squishy, which is typical of hotel beds.

The sheets have some old stains on them and it feels uncomfortable to use stained sheets. Room service can be very slow and may take some reminders.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Very clean, amenities were modern and room/bathroom decor was tasteful. Restaurant was also good, though strangely the North Indian cuisine was better than the South Indian. All in all, a comfortable stay.
Room service was slow: they took more than 2 hours to provide an extra bed even though it was specified in the booking. Possibly this was due to the hotel having full occupancy.

While breakfast is not included, its restaurant serves all meals at very reasonable rates. The quality of food is very good. It is a clean place, suitable for a comfortable but not luxurious stay. Good value for money.
Room facilities are spartan. A small TV with a set-top box, a cupboard with a few hangers and a telephone are provided. Toiletries are available on demand but not standard issue.

Though it was AC room, they used to switch of the AC after midnight thinking that we will not know since we are fast asleep. One night they restored it after complaint, Second night telling that mechanic is not there they did not restore the AC.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Excellent hotel, centrally located on the main road, very neat and clean , ample parking, high value for money and the best part is the panjurli restaurant inside the hotel - they serve the best north indian food in south of India , I live in Bangalore for last 15 years and never had such a nice authentic north food in south , kudos to the chef.
