Reviewed Feb 10, 2026I only stayed for a few hours in between getting off a train in the early hours of the morning and catching a bus, but it was comfortable, clean and secure. The location was great, a short walk from the bus station. The bed was very comfortable and the shower great.
Although I had liaised with the hotel about my late arrival, when I initially arrived I was first told I had no reservation. However once it was confirmed that I did, the staff were polite and helpful.

The booking was done for 3 rooms with 4001 rupee, they charged us more than that. That too for 2 rooms they charged 3100 I don’t know y. Booking means it’s booking, after our work completes we will check in. I checked in at mid night 2 for that they charged us more. Very worst and non predictable service,

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025I had booked two rooms in the hotel via Booking.com. I called the hotel , two days prior to confirm my booking and requested if I had to pay a deposit. The hotel confirmed my booking and clearly said (over the phone) that I can pay at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception said, they tried contacting me (I was travelling) on the day of my stay. Since they could not reach me, they had given the rooms to another walk in customer. The reception categorically said, there were no more rooms and I had to find another hotel to stay the night.

Drinking water was provided only on the day we arrived, when the same was asked for next day we were told that it will be charged extra. Actually in other hotels where we stayed earlier we use to get 2 L of drinking water on each day. But here it was only 1 L of bottle.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024It is a new building - so all the available facilities were clean. We booked for 2 standard rooms and wanted them nearby. However, in one of the room, there was a bad smell and the source could not be identified. So they upgraded both the rooms to a bigger one. They could have asked to pay the difference charge for one room which was ok but they didnot do it. Customer satisfaction was more important to them.
There are no restaurants nearby. Recommended if you have your own vehicle as it is away from heart of city.

Nothing is available near hotel. You need drive 1-2 km for a good food place. Room service is actually Zomato delivery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not really a Family hotel. The day we stayed, whole night party by some bachelorette and they turned Non smoking hotel in to an Arabic smoke place. Leaving us no choice but to vacate the hotel next day. Unfortunately staff was apologetic but looks to be uncontrollable by them.
