Tolle Zimmer, EXTREM nettes Personal (Bar und ganz besonders beim Frühstück) und wahrscheinlich das beste Hotelfrühstück, das ich jemals hatte. Auch das Hotelrestaurant ist wirklich toll. Der abendliche Turndown Service war sehr angenehm.

Gym könnte etwas größer/besser ausgestattet sein

Fantastic location and attention to detail. All the staff we’re very friendly and it’s great to see that level of hospitality in the town. They have their own parking 200’ from the hotel if you rent a car. Thank you it made our trip!

The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic - super healthy and had local pastries (queijadas). Fresh fruits, nuts, berries - this boutique hotel was lovely and the staff were great too. The walk-in shower was also very nice and very accessible for those with mobility issues.

Our AC wasn't working the best, but because we felt OK, we didn't notify staff or switch rooms.

Classy, high standard in every detail. Room was comfortable and with all modern amenities. The breakfast area is beautifully decorated. Staff is excellent and customer oriented

My room was in the ground level in an area of the hotel where the windows are almost at the level of the street.

Piscina e spa punti un po’ più deboli ma del resto è il recupero di un edificio antico in mezzo alle vie del centro.

Hotel muito escuro. Fotografias dos quartos e da piscina enganam face à realidade. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Sauna e banho turco fechados. Staff pouco profissional, não atendem o telefone e dão indicações contraditórias.

Habitación junto a recepción por un lado y sobre la terraza por otro,aunque insonorización aceptable.

Muy céntrico, en estructura histórica, design muy bonito de las habitaciones y del hotel - de revista de interiorismo.

Piscina mínima y en manutención con pocas tumbonas; la habitación que nos tocó muy oscura; restaurante bueno pero servicio no a la altura. En general es muy buen hotel pero le falta atención en los detalles para ser un 5 estrellas.

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at Torel Terra Brava. The room was lovely with a very comfortable large bed. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delightful experience with attentive, friendly and helpful staff, an ample buffett as well as a breakfast menu one could order from. There was an indoor and outdoor pool which unfortunately given there was so much to see and do on Terceira we didn't have time to use. The whole experience was one of understated elegance. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again.

The hotel was gorgeous and very niche! We felt very welcomed by the staff and the bar tender was especially kind. The room was very cozy and well decorated, making it feel a step above most hotel rooms. The location was everything! So walkable.

We did not know there was parking for the hotel (and ended up with tickets). I think conveying that at check in would have helped.

Simplesmente fantástico estes Hotel. Preço/qualidade ao mais alto nível. Pequeno almoço fantástico e com um atendimento personalizado top 👌 destaco o rapaz de cabo verde no pequeno almoço (muito simpático). O Spa pequeno mas muito acolhedor.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your warm, appreciative tone: We had a truly lovely experience at the hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed. After settling into our room, we enjoyed some time at the beautifully appointed bar, where Pedro, an exceptional mixologist, crafted outstanding cocktails. We then took advantage of the wonderful spa facilities, enjoying the pool, steam room, and sauna. Later, at 7:30, we dined in the restaurant and were treated to a beautifully prepared meal showcasing the incredible local ingredients and flavors of the Azores. Isaac was a wonderful waiter who guided us through the menu and helped us choose some excellent dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience in the heart of historic Angra. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

L'hôtel était parfait, le meilleur qu'on est fait sur Terceira et Pico. Le personnel était très sympathique, le petit déjeuner super bon et la chambre parfaite. Je recommande vivement (l'hôtel est très bien placé dans Angra do Heroismo aussi).

Gostámos de tudo sem exceção! Atendimento, conforto, limpeza, localização… Pormenores muito bem pensados.

Falhou o transfer! Contudo foram elegantes, pagaram o taxi (ida) e fizeram upgrade no quarto.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was so genuinely caring that by the end of my stay, I was left with a tender, friendly warmth, long hugs, and a reluctance to say goodbye. The entire restaurant staff, including the chef, receptionists, and housekeeping staff, were so attentive and caring. Jose, in particular, was like an old friend. The entire interior, the room amenities, the toiletries, the pillow menu, the bedding, the restaurant, the lobby, and the gym—everything was of the highest quality. The breakfast, the sparkling wine from the mainland's own winery, and the dinners in the restaurant, which only opens at 7:30 PM, is open three to four hours a day, five days a week, and the chef comes out to serve your meal—all of it was fantastically delicious. Rooms were sometimes cleaned twice a day, and every request and issue was resolved within minutes. It's a rare occasion when the staff often anticipates a guest's needs, providing exceptional service.

Just some small things: tighten the toilet paper holder evenly, remove the plaque around the door inside the shower
