The breakfast was exceptional. The spa was fabulous and I got a great massage. The beds were super comfortable!

Breakfast was amazing, we loved our room with a double balcony. Great value for the money.

Excellent hotel - can’t recommend enough. Very helpful and attentive staff with the personal touch. We arrived on my birthday and had a card and handmade chocolates waiting. The same waitress looked after us every day (big shout out to Elisa!!) and instantly knew our preferences. The food was just amazing - among the best we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect for exploring Val Gardena - we used the complimentary bus tickets every day. There’s so much to do in the area - lots within walking distance as well. Cable cars, lifts, walking etc - scenery is just stunning. Back at the hotel, the spa was fantastic. The pools are quite small but perfectly fine. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with all that you needed provided. Would happily return any time.

Such a lovely hotel! Room was spacious , clean and comfortable, staff were all lovely and the location was great! The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner. Spa is a good size and treatments were fantastic, again staff were lovely and everything was very fairly priced (treatments, drinks, dinner…) Would definitely come back!

The only real issue was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise I found it weird that they didn’t ask you to sign receipts for spend during your stay (bar, spa, dinner etc), not sure what would have happened if we had disputed anything (thankfully was all correct!)

Very friendly, nice location, very comfortabel room. We liked our stay!! Breakfast 10/10. Can recommend everybody!

Everything comes at a cost. Not even a bottle of water is complementary. There were 3 coffee capsules given for 3 of us for 2 nights. When I asked to replenish that on 2nd night, that was charged as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. The personnel were professional and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The overall setting is beautiful and well-maintained, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Furthermore, the restaurant was absolutely superb; the quality of the food and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-tier experience.

The staff especially Ivan (?) was knowledgeable about hiking and conditions, that was very important to us. The wellness center was also very welcomed. Having a balcony was great

Balcony furniture should have been nicer and more comfortable for a place of your quality. Also parking is too tight, need more options close by.

Breakfast was great- extensive buffet and custom eggs/omelette sand choice of coffee. Desk staff was very helpful regarding hikes and busses…. Pool and sauna and steam room were nice.

We had a heat spell so we had too close the shades during the day and open the windows at night.

Gastvrijheid van het personeel boven de verwachting. Heerlijk, uitgebreid, zeer gevarieerd ontbijt, dineren op de hoogste niveau zelfs voor iemand met gluten en lactose intolerantie. En de ligging: de mooiste passen gereden en wandelroutes meegemaakt. Wij komen zeker terug!

Lage & Frühstück

Zimmer altmodisch. Spa im Keller, kein Tageslicht, keine Möglichkeit der frischen Luft. Relax Bereich im Spa seltsam angeordnet und gedrängt. Selbst stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer wird einem berechnet. 280€ / Nacht zzgl. Kurtaxe way to much für das was es ist.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. - DZ sehr sauber und top eingerichtet - Spa und Wellnessbereich sind wunderschön - Restaurant ist überragend, die Küche hat einen Stern verdient... 👍 - das Servicepersonal war äußerst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt... 👍👍👍 - wir waren hinsichtlich der SellaRonda vor Ort und kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder!!!!!

There could be more power outlets in the room. Hotel bus should not only take skiers to the slopes but also pick them there. To be fair it was made twice on our request.

В нашем номере не было кофе машины, а у друзей была . На ресепшен сказали, что для категории полу люкс кофемашина не предусмотрена .

We stayed at the Savoy hotel in the Dolomites and were truly impressed. The level of service is outstanding: attentive staff and a feeling that everything is well organized from check-in to dinner. A special thank-you to our waiter, Alexander — a rare combination of professionalism, tact, and genuine care. He made every dinner feel especially pleasant. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need, and housekeeping is consistently thorough and high quality. The spa area is excellent: five different saunas/steam rooms, and the pool that extends outdoors is a real highlight after a day in the mountains. Skiers will also appreciate the convenient ski storage room — very practical and comfortable. Breakfasts were the best we’ve had (and we travel a lot): great variety, top-quality products, and a lovely presentation. Dinners were equally impressive — delicious, varied, and complemented by an extensive wine selection. Savoy is definitely a place we’d love to return to.

The whole stay was perfect, from beginning to end. Friendly staff, the most comfortable room with everything you could think off for making you relax and wind down after a long day hiking. Breakfast was superb, my kind of breakfast. So many healthy choices including some naughty treats. Would definitely recommend.

The room and the bed was very comfy, the spa facilities very good. The hotel wasn't crowded, there was always a table for breakfast and dinner, both of which are excellent by the way. The location is amazing, real ski in / ski out. Staff is polite and very helpful.

There's nothing not to be liked in this place. Perhaps the wifi could be better but you should be skiing anyway.

Слишком долгое обслуживание на ужине, по 35 минут ждёшь перемену блюд, из-за этого на ужин уходит по 3 часа с лишним (это некомфортно, особенно при полупансионе)

First- Food service staff was inattentive and not well trained. Often forgot drinks, or even to serve food at dinner. They Seemed overwhelmed even when the restaurant dining room want that busy. Secondly, for a « luxury » hotel as they self proclaim, the nickel and diming was over the top- we stayed for 7 nights in a suite. For example, one bottle of complimentary water was provided for the entire stay, if you wanted a nespresso coffee pod for the in room machine, that’s an additional 1.5€ each (they provided three in total to start you off). I’ve stayed in many luxury mountain hotels in the Alps, this was the first that charged for water and coffee pods. At breakfast a three item omelette is included, but if you wanted a 4th item- that’s 5€ more. Glad I only wanted cheese, mushrooms and bacon…if I had added tomato or onion- €5! There were other things like that, but the point is made with those examples. I like to stay in nice places, but it’s too much to expect that a luxury property is going to have so many little add ons. It is a huge turn off.

The hotel had a great breakfast. We appreciated breakfast started early so we could begin hiking. The pool was very nice and my kids also enjoyed the trampoline. The hotel provided a pass for public transportation which we used to get to a chairlift. Our hotel room was clean and spacious, with a separate room for the kids. We loved the balcony.

The room was warm at night, even with opening the windows. While the hotel is lovely, it was still quite costly.

The breakfast was brilliant! Absolutely loved the fresh fruits, cakes and granola. The eggs on order were also freshly prepared and delicious. Toby at the breakfast tables was most charming and helpful! The Spa was one of the best ones we've ever seen! So artistic and amazing! The lady who received us at the desk with dark hair was very helpful and printed free bus passes for us. The location was also great!

The staff could be more welcoming and friendly. It would be nice if they had name tags. The blonde lady at the front desk would literally give us one-line answers. No one offered us any information about tours, local sights except the most brief answers. Everything else was amazing but staff could definitely benefit from some training in charm and warmth. Did not feel very welcoming.

Tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit frischen Früchten, div. Brote etc. Auch der SPA und Wellness Bereich war nach einer langen Wanderung perfekt.

Apesar de ser mais saboroso o café servido, gosto quando há máquina de café no café da manhã para otimizar o tempo. Pegamos meia pensão, com janta inclusa, a janta estava muito boa, serviço excepcional, mas nos surpreendeu nas diretrizes do hotel haver dress code para o jantar, no qual não recomendava uso de tênis/calçado de trilha. Não tivemos problemas em utilizar tênis, afinal, era nossa única opção no momento. No entanto, nos sentimos constrangidos diante da possibilidade de que isso pudesse ser considerado inadequado.
