Beautiful views and beautiful people running the hotel. We felt so well cared for and will definitely come back again
Nothing
Tutto ok
The views were outstanding, you just left the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast behind you and relaxed. The food was excellent and the staff amazing. Nothing was a bother.
Nothing really. It would have be heaven on earth if they had a plung pool but you just go down to Minori for a swim in the sea
The experience was amazing! They treat you as you were visiting a five star hotel and this made my stay very comfortable!
The breakfast, though, is quite basic. One day I was lucky and the chef was around so he fried trash eggs for me. The mosquito flew in my room and it is still aching after three days, better keep those windows closed.
A lovely and peaceful hotel with fabulous views over the Amalfi Coast from the restaurant/terrace. It is in an excellent location in Ravello, with just a short walk to the central square (and with buses to Amalfi nearby). The food at dinner was great, and the hosts were friendly and kind so we felt very well-looked-after! The decor is fairly basic and a little dated, but very comfortable and clean. Ravello is a very pretty town and, whilst still bustling in the centre, is a quieter alternative to staying in Amalfi.
Ottima posizione: centrale e defilata nello stesso tempo. Bellissimi i fiori freschi sui tavoli a colazione.
I couldn’t say enough glowing things about our stay here. The staff were excellent. Very kind, attentive, and personable. Any small requests or needs were met with friendliness and immediate attention. You’ll feel like you know everyone by name by the time you leave. You’ll know from the moment you walk through the open-air entry to the breaktaking flower garden and views off the terrace ahead that you chose the right hotel. The room had a little balcony over the garden with majestic cliff-top views of Minori and Maiori and the Mediterranean Sea. The romantic dinner at their in-house restaurant overlooking the coast more than a thousand feet below was fantastic as well. Perfect location to explore the Amalfi coast beaches during the day and then retire to the cliff views at night. My wife and I could not have enjoyed our stay more.
We loved Tony. He was so helpful for everything we needed to do. The rooms are clean and service was great. The walk to the square was convenient.
Wish there was access to a pool.
We had the pleasure of staying for a few days in the authentic Hotel Parsifal. The hospitality is fantastic, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. We thank you all, Sig. Antonio, Leonardo and Luciano, for the warm welcome in your family-run hotel, where we created so many beautiful memories. We could always ask for information, daily arrangements, it was never too much trouble for you, and you were always enthusiastic and very helpful, We felt welcomed in a very special way. The charming and beautiful Hotel Parsifal will always remain in our memory as very calm, peaceful, and cozy, and the food was delicious. The view from our lovely room was breathtaking. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very friendly and attentive. For us, it was a very pleasant and positive experience that we will cherish. The Amalfi Coast, with one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, will always remain very dear to us. Once again, thank you for everything and we wish you and your family all the very best. Maria and Hubert Belgium
We have visited this jewel of a family run hotel several times over the last 10 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The atmosphere is really relaxing and nothing is too much trouble. The views from the hotel are outstanding and it is wonderfully located for walks further afield or just chilling in Ravello. Dining on the balcony overlooking the sea, mountains and Minori and Maori what’s not to love? Already booked for next year and can’t wait!

I actually left this hotel shortly after checking in period I have messaged customer service of booking.com several times about this issue and waiting a response
Accoglienza alberghiera impeccabile e rara. Edificio storico rispettato e suggestivo
Niente
We stay there from May 15 till May 20, 2026. Very nice authentic place. Good service. Amazing view.
Sounds really cute, old convent with great view. However: Plus: Location - great views Parking available - they will take your car to the car park so you don't have to deal with the traffic. Staff - every single person was so nice and helpful, except we did have a seating problem with our dinner reservation that they were not accommodating about Minus: Pillows - flat foam Beds - uncomfortable Towels - seemed like the castoffs that should be retired Bath mat - old throw rugs that were cut in half Bathroom smell - strong smell of sewer gas, had to keep the door closed Breakfast - not great, a lot of boxed items like cereal and crackers No elevator
I have never written a negative review, but I felt I needed to share my experience because this stay was so disappointing and ultimately forced me to pay for another hotel during my trip. Upon check-in, the woman at reception was kind but very rushed. She took me up several flights of stairs, opened the room door, slid my bag inside, and essentially said, “See you later.” There was no explanation of the room or hotel features. I walked in and was immediately shocked. The room itself felt more like an extremely cramped and claustrophobic space than a hotel room. The bed was a very small single bed setup that appeared to be more like a daybed or corner couch with a mattress placed on top. It did not resemble a standard hotel bed at all and felt more like improvised furniture than an actual bed intended for comfort. As a solo traveler nearing the end of a trip through Italy, it felt completely inadequate. The balcony, which was presented as a major selling feature, was approximately two feet deep and barely usable. The bathroom was extremely small — smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. As a woman who is 5'11", I could barely fit in the shower. The showerhead hit around neck level, meaning I practically would have had to squat to shower comfortably. The location was also difficult. I understand the Amalfi Coast involves stairs, hills, and cobblestone streets — that’s part of the experience. But there are much better options in Ravello that are significantly closer to the main square and more convenient. The amount of uphill and downhill walking required from this location became exhausting. I tried to make it work, but there was absolutely no way I could spend four nights there, let alone finish a three-week trip through Italy in that room. I couldn't even imagine unpacking. The room also was not as clean as I expected. I didn’t take detailed photos of everything, but the shower caulking was peeling and there were dead bugs in parts of the room. I understand bugs can happen when a balcony door is open, but combined with everything else it added to the feeling that the room was not well maintained. The biggest issue was that this room was not represented accurately online. I had originally booked a different room category and emailed beforehand asking whether a sea-view room was available. I was told yes, that it was a single room, and there would be no additional charge. At the time, I assumed “single room” simply meant a room for one person. I did not expect this. Afterward, I went back and looked everywhere: Booking.com, the hotel website, and online photos. There are zero photos showing what this single room actually looks like. I understand that online photos never perfectly match reality, but there should be some accurate representation of what guests are booking. To be fair, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and tried to help. He offered to move me to another room for two nights and then move me back. Since I was only staying four nights total, that would have meant moving rooms twice after already checking in. That simply wasn't realistic. I ultimately moved to another hotel approximately two minutes from the main square. The difference was unbelievable: a massive room, renovated and spacious bathroom, a large comfortable balcony with an excellent view — and it was actually €100 less expensive than Hotel Parsifal. The hotel asked me to give the manager an opportunity to respond, which I did. Unfortunately, I found the response dismissive and somewhat defensive. I was told that photos online are different than seeing things in person, that I was the one who requested a sea-view room, and that I hadn’t given them an opportunity to move me — which was not accurate based on my discussion with the front desk staff. For a prepaid four-night stay, I was offered a refund of only one night. Completely unacceptable considering I had to pay for entirely new accommodations because I could not stay there. Very disappointing experience.
GM Antonio was a pro and very friendly
breakfasts were a little perfunctory
View from the terrace restaurant was unbelievably beautiful. Food was also excellent
Location e vista mozzafiato!
Sala colazione un po’ “polverosa”!
Hotel Parsifal was highly recommended to us, and it did not disappoint! It was the perfect landing spot for our visit to the Amalfi Coast area. We loved that it was family-run! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the food was great, coffee and drinks were tasty, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. I hope I get to visit again someday!
charme della atruttura storica e posizione, servizio
This is better late than never. We were in Ravello last November and it was quite difficult to find somewhere for lunch. We asked one of the locals and they suggested the restaurant at Hotel Parsifal. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and the staff could have not have been more accommodating. All our dishes were delicious, there was a varied selection of wine and they bought out a beautiful cake at the end which was complimentary. We were a goup of 8 and we didn't have a booking so were very grateful to be so warmly welcomed. The views from the restaurant and the courtyard outside were incredible also.
Beautiful property, position, views. Wonderful staff.
L emplacement
caring staff and a comfortable bed.
an unkempt terrace, a modest breakfast, and unappetizing food in the restaurant.
What's not to like here? From the moment we arrived, we were treated as family. The view from our room is hard to explain it was so beautiful. Grounds were impeccably clean and our room was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful every morning with many choices styled as expected for the location. Management and Wait staff was attentive (overly in a very good way) and ensured that we were so very well taken care of. This was our first trip to the Amalfi coast and it was one we will never forget.
The staff and the location were excellent. The manager Anthony was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is right at the beginning of the auto controlled zone so getting bags from the car to the hotel was easy. Also, the hotel maintains lovely flowers and when we arrived a gardener was on hands and knees looking for weeds. The hotel has a lovely view looking far out to sea.
I think the food at breakfast could be improved.
Amazinh location, atmosphere and view of the Amalfi Coast 🙌🏻❤️
Sehr idyllisch und romantisch mit einzigartigen Blick. Sehr freundliches Personal
Antonio and the staff were superb, he and his family and team went out of their way to make us feel at home and our room had an amazing view over the bay. Great location in the gorgeous and peaceful town of Ravello. We will return and recommend it!
Well, like almost every place we've stayed in Italy, the pillows in the bed could have been better!
The location is very nice, we can see the coast and beautiful sea from the garden, the room and the restaurant. Amazing views! Also the heating works very well, feels like spring in the room in this cold and damp winter weather. Had a really nice nap when it pours heavily outside. The food should be mentioned highlight. We love the Ravioli di baccalà con pomodorini gialli. Ordered it twice. Couldn't love more. And the lemon cake also tastes balanced with distinct gradation. The sourness and sweetness combined such well, also highly recommended. Last we want to thank the kind staff again for all the helpful information, care giving and running to our car and bringing my iPad at the last minute when we're leaving( We check out hurriedly).
Nothing.
Staff were amazing. Food in restaurant was fantastic!
The location, the staff were excellent. Could not have been more accommodating.
Überzogen teuer kalte Räume in die Jahre gekommen
Tolle Lage, besonderer Ort
Speisesaal bräuchte mal ein make over
Rien
The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It felt like a very well run family establishment of people who care a lot about hospitality.
Nothing
A late 3 day break to Ravello, we had a enjoyable and relaxing time, this was a return visit to Hotel Parisfal, honestly I couldn't image going anywhere else. its a great location and atmosphere and Antonio and the team provide a relaxed warm welcoming experience. First class - Thanks and you can rest assured we'll return
Perfect stay at Hotel Parsifal - the view was amazing! Breakfast was nothing special, but typical italian style - but the service was perfect, especially the owner Antonio, what a lifepiece, always happy and smiling, and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable - if i go to Amalficoast again, i would chose Ravello, and i would choose Hotel Parsifal The best recommendation from us Lisbeth & Rasmus from Denmark
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Suggesting the best ways to catch public transport etc.
We had room 24. Great history with this hotel. Antonio passionate about the property. Good size room. Breakfast good selection of food.

Team members are really kind and location.
Amazing hospitality and very very comfortable Toni is the best
Everything is awesome
Antonio the concierge was super helpful
Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, Personal sehr nett & hilfsbereit, Lage in Ravello perfekt, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Amalfi Küste. Alles perfekt 👌
Staff are amazing; so genuine and helpful. Garden is gorgeous; views spectacular; very clean; great value for money; easy walk to town but not so close it is too noisy
Nothing
We stayed here for 5 days with 2 toddlers during a wedding in the area. The owners/staff were really accommodating, helpful and warm. We traveled with a pack & play and booked one with Parsifal, which was fully set up on arrival (a longer one, perfect for the 3 year old). Views are incredible and having a restaurant on location with great food, high chairs and good value was super convenient. Highly recommend!
We recently had an opportunity to visit Ravello for my son's wedding and had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Parsifal. The family managed hotel exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located, warm, clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming to name but a few superlatives and the views from cloister were spectacular and have to be experienced in person to fully appreciate. Antonio and the rest of the staff were exceptional in every facet. Special shout out to Giulia who was so helpful with not only drinks and snacks but with recommendations regarding Ravello and things to do. One of the best parts of our stay was to meet and talk with people who come back and stay at the hotel regularly. Says a lot about the facility as well as Antonio and his staff. Would not hesitate to recommend and very much hope to visit again.
Amazing hotel service fantastic and welcome second to none. My ideal place very hard to beat. Antonio and family the best
Well positioned with incredible views.
No coffee making facilities in room
The view is breathtaking and the staff were extremely helpful with a delicious breakfast included!
The on site restaurant was just ok
Me & my partner stayed here whilst we eloped in Ravello. The Hotel Staff were amazing from start to finish. They offered to dry clean my wedding dress & also gave my partner a spare room to get changed in on the wedding morning. We were not expecting this level of help & I was so very grateful for this, as it made my wedding day so much more stress free. We were given a lovely gift from the Staff of a Poster for our Home with scenery of the Hotel as our wedding gift. This was very sentimental & It now looks lovely on the wall of our home! The continental breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room is also nice. The restaurant we ate at twice as it was the best restaurant which we had found in Ravello! Gorgeous views and the food and service was great. The views are amazing here & the Hotel is so peaceful. I can't wait to come back here one day. The most unique & beautiful spot on the Amalfi Coast. The rooms are well kept and the grounds are also clean and tidy. A magical place. Thankyou to Tony and his staff for their amazing customer service! I couldn't recommend this Hotel enough.
