Great location; helpful staffs; honestly more amenities in the room than I expected.

Slight musty smell in the room; hair and strange particles on the tables; the shower room is semi-open, which means no wet/dry separation.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good location, very good breakfast.

1. 룸인테리어는 괜찮았어요. 2. 드라이어, 고데기까지 있는 호텔은 처음이에요. 3. 체크인때 직원이 친절했어요. 4. Tv가 컸고 넷플렉스 볼 수 있어요. 5. 옷장이 넉넉했어요. 일회용 아닌 슬리퍼 좋아요.

1. 에어컨기계 달때 사이즈가 맞지 않은지 천정에 긴구멍의 틈이 보였어요. 2. 침대가 너무 딱딱하고 침구도 그냥 불편했어요. 3. 새벽에 자다가 모기 두마리 잡았고 아침에도 일어나서 모기 한마리 잡았어요. 그 구멍 때문인지 어디서 오는지 호텔에서 모기는 살면서 처음 봤어요. 4. 자는데 숙소에서 먼데도, 승강기 소리가 크게 들렸어요. 5. 체크아웃때 다른 직원은 불친절했어요. 처음으로 가보았는데 다시 가고 싶지는 않아요. 모기와 침구로 불편했어요.

Breakfast great but a lot Korean food but saying that cereal fruit toast etc was available a the cook/chef was excellent at her job and very obliging and courteous

가성비, 위치, 조식 굳! 드라이기와 고데기가 같이 있어서 참 좋아요

베개가 너무 단단해서 놀랐어요 숙박안내문이 따로 없더라고요 와이파이&비번, 조식시간 등 써있는 안내문 한장 만들면 좋겠어요 드라이기 좀 약해요

위치도 좋고 특히 조식이 최고입니다. 직접 손수 만들어주신 한식반찬 10종에 웬만한 식당보다 맛있는 아침 조식 최고입니다!!!

깔끔한 인테리어와 넓은 욕실이 좋았습니다. 조식은 가정식으로 한식 위주로 준비되었으며 맛이 좋았습니다.

예약 시 미리 얘기하지 않아서인지 닞은 층의 객실을 배정받았으며 시티뷰는 다소 아쉬움이 남습니다. 조식도 과일이나 다른 먹거리는 제공되지 않았으며 주차장을 가로 질러 식당으로 이동해야했어요! (음식은 맛있습니다. 단 메뉴는 고정인 듯 해요!)

The staff were very unfriendly, they didn’t greet us when we arrived nor did they inform us of the breakfast times (that were included in our staying fee) and were rude to us on the morning we left.

위치와 시설은 좋았으나 손잡이나 리모컨을 잡았을 때 미끌미끌해서 청결하지못하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 전반적으로는 만족했습니다.

Bel hôtel cependant toujours en construction.

Attention, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est essentiellement à 95% Coréen, et ne comporte que très peu de produits de petit-déjeuner continentaux. Des petites gaufres et croissants pas assez cuits et salade de fruit. L'annonce d'un buffet international est fausse.

The front desk worker was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, too!

The 4pm check-in was a little late for me, but since it’s located downtown I was able to find things to do~

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. Great value for money.

On arrival, we did not encounter a very nice staff. And I am not talking about the English skills which I am not expecting much in Korea. But there was no effort attending our questions at all.

Car was ready when checking out. Rooms look good on first sight.

Room was not clean. Found several long hairs, a plastic part (cap) from a used shaver. The bed was very hard and the pillows were not good either

THERE IS NO DOOR FOR THE SHOWER ROOM! All the facilities are complete but I am really surprise there is no door. I am not sure if this hotel is cater for lover only, but i book room for 3 means it is a room for group of people.

All room equipment, facilities were in a really good condition.

I really do not understand how a bathroom without a door is acceptable in a room designed for 2 people sleeping in separate beds. No privacy in bathroom/toilet.

The rooms are bright and spacious, and so it is the bathroom. The hotel is quite new, so the facilities are good. location is perfect to enjoy the bustling city center

When I arrived I found a bit of hair around the bathroom, but overall it was clean. Breakfast choices were limited, both in terms of Korean food and Continental options. What I found most disturbing was that there was no proper ventilation in the restaurant, so the smell of food was quite intense.

The receptionists were nice and helpful, they upgraded my room for free. The location of the hotel is also great; it is near Chungjangro Street (a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants) and 5-10 min. walk to the public transportation. The room is quite clean, and the room facilities were complete and fully functioning.

The breakfast could have been better. But overall, it was nice.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The city view was good and not the wall of another building. The location is very close to the shopping area and many restaurants. The breakfast was rice, some side dishes, cereal, toast and jam. The first day was a freshly fried egg and the next day was a hardboiled egg. Also a bit of variation each day for the side dishes. It was a good start to the day. The room had really good lighting and it was easy to read our maps. The extra lamp in the corner made a big difference. The photos were an accurate representation of the room.

We were close to the drinking area so there was a bit of noise late at night when we had the window open. But not a big problem.

The room is really big (compared to rooms in Seoul) and it was well furnished and decorated in clean and modern manner.
