Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Le personnel a été très agréable. Ils nous ont appris sur place qu'il fallait payer un supplément (non indiqué en amont) pour notre chien (Teckel). Ils ne nous ont pas fait payer le supplément au vu de la situation.
Nous n'avons pas aimé apprendre à notre arrivée qu'il y avait un supplément pour notre chien. De plus la chambre d'hôtel n'était pas forcément très propre dans son ensemble. La chambre mériterait une rénovation.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026I nostri genitori ci hanno raccontato di aver trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel! 😊 Ci hanno detto che tutto il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. L’hotel era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Hanno apprezzato molto anche la colazione, che era ottima e offriva tantissime scelte per tutti i gusti. Un altro grande vantaggio è la posizione: la spiaggia si trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall’hotel.Siamo felici che abbiano avuto una così bella esperienza e consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel

Wunderschön eingerichtet und sauber, wenn auch schon etwas veraltet. Klimaanlage war super! Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Die Lage perfekt: Über die Straße und man war am Meer oder wenige Minuten in der Altstadt. Nettes Personal
Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da… Das Bad war etwas eng, aber nicht schlimm.

La salle de bain devrait être reagencee , il faudrait enlever le bidet et refaire une douche plus large à l italienne. Changer également le mobilier selon mon goût .

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene gebucht, es war nur ein Handtuch vorhanden; das Zimmermädchen meinte, es wurde nur für eine Person reserviert, was bicht der Fall war. Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als die angegebenen 17m² und wirkte viel bescheidener als das angezeigte Foto auf booking.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Wir hatten Glück, dass wir einen Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus erhalten haben, das war erfreulich. Das Entree wirkte mit einem Kristallluster beeindruckend und die alte Villa auf den ersten Blick charmant. Wir hatten uns viel mehr erwartet.
Das Zimmer war winzig und einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für eine Nacht ist es gegangen, das Bett war in Ordnung und alles war Gott sei Dank sehr sauber. Leider war auch das Frühstück enttäuschend auch qualitativ. Sehr schade.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e carino con me, dandomi anche una delle stanze all'ultimo piano con vista mare che mi ha fatto innamorare e mi ha fatto vivere un'esperienza bellissima ad Arenzano. La stanza e il bagno erano davvero pulitissimi e stamattina ho chiesto anche la colazione in camera per cui ho potuto godermi una bellissima e sostanziosa colazione sul balcone guardando la chioma dei pini marittimi e il mare blu stupendo, godendomi un'ora solo per me e ringraziando dell'opportunità e dell'esperienza che ho vissuto. Peccato che ho potuto starci solo una notte, perché avrei voluto starci una settimana assolutamente poiché merita tantissimo! Spero di ritornarci in futuro! Splendido hotel, splendida location!

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und alles bekommen, was wir brauchten 🫂 wofür wir unendlich dankbar sind: Wärme, Sauberkeit, schneeweiße Handtücher und ebenso frische Bettwäsche. Die Decke war perfekt – nicht zu warm und nicht zu dünn. Das Wasser war richtig heiß, genau wie ich es liebe, und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders hat uns das Interieur gefreut; es fühlte sich an, als würde man ein Stück Geschichte berühren. Auch wenn die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und „viele Geschichten zu erzählen haben“, ist alles wunderbar, wenn man es als Teil des historischen Charmes betrachtet. Natürlich würden kleine Schönheitsreparaturen das Erlebnis noch unvergesslicher machen, aber technisch hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert: Fernseher, Wasserhahn, Dusche, Abfluss – kurzum, alles super! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Um es perfekt zu machen, würde ich lediglich empfehlen, etwas frisches Gemüse hinzuzufügen. Das ist keineswegs Kritik, sondern nur eine kleine Anmerkung meinerseits ❤️ Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns wie Ehrengäste empfangen haben! Genau diese Herzlichkeit lässt einen die Vorzüge betonen und über kleine Mängel hinwegsehen. Übrigens gab es direkt am Hotel keinen Parkplatz, aber nur 50 Meter weiter wartete ein kostenloser freier Parkplatz wohl genau auf uns 🤗 Alles in allem beeinflusst die eigene Einstellung das Gesamterlebnis: Wenn man Schlechtes erwartet, wird man es finden. Aber wenn man bereit ist zu genießen, dann genießt man in vollen Zügen 🥰
