Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Le personnel est très accueillant et soucieux de la satisfaction des clients. Le choix au petit déjeuner est impressionnant. La piscine est très grande et bien entretenue. La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique: on voit toute la ville de Gênes qui s’étend sur de nombreux kilomètres le long de la côte ligure. Le parking - payant - est fort pratique et votre véhicule est pris en charge par un voiturier. Les plages sont toutes proches de l’hôtel, qui est par ailleurs un magnifique bâtiment Art nouveau.
La chambre côté mer est bruyante jusque tard le soir. Lorsqu’on est pas habitué, il faut fermer la fenêtre et mettre la climatisation pour dormir.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Les locaux et notamment l’aspect extérieur et les parties communes sont somptueux. La chambre présente un bon rapport qualité prix . Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et il y en pour tous les goûts . La réceptionniste à laquelle nous avons eu à faire parle et comprend très bien le français . Le personnel est sympathique . Le restaurant était parfait avec une recherche de saveurs agréables et non banales .
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est débarrassé à 10 h sonnantes , sans préavis alors que dans les nombreux hôtels que nous avons fréquentés , les serveurs nous invitent courtoisement à nous servir une dernière fois si nous souhaitons avant la fermeture du buffet, ce qui est beaucoup plus élégant. L’accès de l’hôtel en voiture n’est pas facile et la signalétique gagnerait à être plus visible. Cependant il est possible de stationner derrière l’hôtel où se trouve un grand parking.

Il materasso del letto esageratamente duro, assolutamente NON confortevole, come i due cuscini a disposizione (separatamente troppo bassi, insieme troppo alti); la presenza di piccioni nel giardino dell'hotel affatto igienici durante la prima colazione; ombrelloni e lettini della spiaggia rotti e mal funzionanti.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Superb 4-star hotel in my opinion, but I probably say that partly because this is where my parents used to take us on vacation when we were kids. Located near the center of Arenzano, it has a certain charm, and the building is simply majestic. The front desk staff is very professional and attentive, as is the valet, who was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fine too.
The room (and bathroom) was certainly a bit dated (even though the bed was really comfortable).

Le système de parking a besoin d’être repensé. Au départ les forures sortantes font la queue en même temps que les voitures entrantes. Nous avons attendu 15 mn avant de pouvoir sortir.

Parkplatz direkt am Haus und durch Parkservice gut organisiert. Zimmer und Bad ok. Etwas laut durch Klimaanlage. Aber bei der Hitze kein Wunder. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Alles! da. Und .....für Italien nicht üblich.....man konnte draußen frühstücken. Schöner Pool mit Service.

L hôtel mentionne qu il dispose d une plage…oui mais à 1 km…et quelle plage! Défaut total d entretien,des algues plein les pieds,du mobilier totalement défectueux et un accueil des moins agréables. L hôtel dispose d une grande piscine en bord de route donc très bruyante.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage war Spitze! Das Meer war gleich über der Straße und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Promenade war auch sehr nahe und die Aussicht aufs Meer war grandios. Probleme werden sehr schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich
Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig. Wir hatten gleich einen technischen Ausfall der Klimaanlage (durften dann aber kostenlos in ein größeres Zimmer) leider hatten wir dann etwas Schimmel an dem Austritt der Klimaanlage

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026nice spacious room, good A/C, and fast check-in. perfect location, right in front of the beach and a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. good variety at the cold breakfast buffet including a bread selection, fruits, yogurts, cereals, cheese, salumi, salmon, focaccia, pastries, and even champagne. the refreshing lemon-cucumber water at reception was excellent.
the basic eggs and bacon failed in my opinion. the eggs did not have a good taste or texture, and grilled ham was served instead of bacon.

Ovviamente la vista della camera era un cortile con delle casette dove penso ripongono materiale da magazzino o altro, e macchine.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Hotel liegt unmittelbar in Strandnähe und sind es nur ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum. Sehr großer Pool. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr sauber. Im 3. Stock ist der Meerblick schön. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Auto wird von sehr netten Mitarbeitern geparkt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig und das Brot sehr gut. Gesamtes Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich!
Die Zimmer sind leider steril, ohne jegliche Dekoration und wirken daher kühl. Zudem gibt es keine Balkone. Der Pool ist alt und die Liegen zwar ausreichend, aber durchschnittlich. Die Bar am Pool ist ein Zelt. Cocktails sind nicht zu empfehlen. Bei 2 Pina Colada wird die Menge für einen Cocktail gemischt und waren die beiden Gläser von der Menge dann halbvoll und geschmacklich ebenso schwach. Dafür Acer voller Eiswürfel.

Test superato in tutto e per tutto dal personale molto accogliente ai servizi ,tipo la Spiaggia di Marina Piccola, un angolo selvaggio e fuori dal caos dei classici stabilimenti balneari . Il Ristorante sul porticciolo Q.Be bistrot ha fatto da contorno alle nostre cene, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, considerando la vista . Grazie a tutti per questi 4 giorni di fine estate @ Grand Hotel Arenzano ci tornerò con mio marito. Dimenticato a colazione presenti an he Bollicine, per ricordare Barbieri Monica

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut, der Auto-Service (inkl E-Ladung) war super! 🤩 Das Hotel ist mondän und sieht sehr luxuriös aus. Den Pool haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich, sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, einfach ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen. Dem Lift habe ich nicht vertraut, ich bin lieber zu Fuss in den dritten Stock… 😉 und die Türen liessen sich nicht gut schliessen. Das sind aber alles Details…

Zu wenig Liegeplätze am Pool und dazu sehr eng . Sehr kleines Deluxe Zimmer mit Bad ohne Fenster nicht wie auf den Werbefotos (auch so im kleinen gedrückten ermahnt da historisches Gebäude) Parkplatz an der prallen Sonne ohne Schutzdach zum Teil noch schräg längs mit 2 Räder auf dem Trottoir. Schwierig dem Personal Trinkgeld zu geben : Beim Karten Terminal nicht möglich Geldwechsel 50 Euro : weder an der Bar noch an der Rezeption möglich ….!!!??? Schade !

1. Camera allagata due volte per malfunzionamento del climatizzatore e quando dico allagata intendo allagata. Ho dovuto dormire una notte in un' altra camera; sinceramente è ingenuamente, mi aspettavo delle scuse per il disagio o un minimo rimborso 2. Pagare 15€ al giorno per il parcheggio dell' auto è un ladrocinio; 3. Fare colazione con il secchiello dei rifiuti sul tavolo è non solo un crollo di classe ma anche piuttosto disgustoso; 4. Una sera una comitiva di ospiti ha fatto un caos totale nella lobby. Non riuscivo a sentire che cosa mi veniva detto al telefono. Nessuno del personale dell' albergo ha pensato di fare abbassare la voce; 5. Ascensori da cambiare

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Booked directly with the hotel and received confirmation with a photo of the room. Price 346 Euros for the night. Description was ‘superior room sea view - spacious and bright facing the sea. Elegant and comfortable environment.’ The room we were given was nothing like the description or the photo that they had sent. It did have two windows but one was overlooking the local petrol station. Talked to reception - lots of apologies but no alternative. Management invisible. Be wary when booking this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders das Frühstück war super – lecker, frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund dort. Leider darf der Hund am Pool nicht auf der Sonnenliege liegen, auch wenn er natürlich nicht ins Wasser geht. Für Gäste, die mit ihrem Hund reisen, ist das etwas schwierig und schade. Ansonsten haben wir uns im Hotel wohlgefühlt.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Traumatic experience in poor 4 stars hotel The hotel's interior and exterior are old and completely neglected - not a 4-star standard at all. On the exterior facade, on the 1st floor, a chunk of the wall is missing. The main hall the floor is practically destroyed, with no sign of any restoration work. The elevators are extremely run-down and neglected. Breakfast is very poor, a total disaster! Beach service is not included in the package, regardless of room type you must pay extra at least from min 45 EUR 2 persons. Reception staff is unfriendly, they just do the bare minimum.

Das Personal beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen wirkt recht unerfahren. Hoffe, sie lernen rasch dazu.

Je n’ai pas trouvé la plage privée. Trop d’attente pour manger au restau de la piscine. Un couple est même parti, excédé par l’attente interminable et le fait que des personnes arrivées avant eux soient servies. On a attendu 30 min pour des salades et on n’a pas eu d’eau tout de suite!

Hotel ormai obsoleto , moquette sulle scale che emana un odore di marcio . In ascensore non ci sta più di una persona . Personale sopratutto nella Hall troppo approssimativo e poco professionale . Al contrario lo staff del ristorante che è preparato e gentile .

Alles total abgelebt, Türen der Zimmer schließen nicht richtig, Fahrstühle total alt und das sieht man auch, die Straße zwischen Hotel und Promenade ist wirklich extrem laut, so kommt man auch am Pool nicht zu Ruhe. Wir sind nicht erholt.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Wir hatte eine schöne, grosszügige Suite - mit super Aussicht aufs Meer! Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Jederzeit einen freien Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.
Zum Thema Hund: ich habe vorgängig angefragt, ob Hunde erlaubt sind, was mit ja bestätigt wurde. Fact ist, dass Hunde nicht allein im Zimmer sein durften - nicht in den Frühstücksraum (auch nicht draussen) auch nicht an den Pool! Somit mussten wir in Etappen essen! Deshalb haben wir das Nachtessen ausserhalb des Hotels vorgezogen. Ich würde ein Hundeverbot begrüssen - dann weiss man was Sache ist.

Ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, fornendoci ottimi consigli per visitare Firenze e facendoci sentire come a casa. Il B&B è impeccabile: pulitissimo, curato, confortevole e in una posizione unica e ideale per esplorare la città. Tutto era esattamente come descritto, anzi, ancora meglio. La colazione eccellente! Consiglio questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza piacevole e senza pensieri a Firenze. Grazie di cuore, Mattia, torneremo sicuramente!

La doccia! Quando ci si fa la doccia inevitabilmente si allaga tutto il bagno. Le vasca con doccia rende pericolosa l‘entrata e l‘uscita, poi con il fatto che si allaga tutto il pavimento si rischia anche di scivolare e farsi male. Forse sarebbero da considerare degli interventi di miglioria

Weinig sfeer, saaie inrichting, onpersoonlijk personeel, erg slechte (iets te harde) muziek bij het zwembad die totaal niet paste bij de accommodatie en de gasten (ordinaire dansmuziek, is alleen leuk voor in de disco als je ietwat beschonken bent)

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Toller Parkservice und Empfang. Der Aussenbereich am Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen und Handtüchern ist sehr toll und das kleine Restaurant / Bar hat alles was es benötigt. Das Hotel selber verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant, welches sehr toll und lecker kocht. Das Frühstückbuffet hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl und die Produkte sind frisch. Das Hotelzimmer ist toll und die Matratzen ein Traum
Die beiden Lifte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und rütteln im Innern - wenn man etwas Platzangst hat - enorm. Ist aber ein kleines Detail, da direkt daneben das Treppenhaus sich befindet. Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat, ist die kleine Dusche resp. der minimale Wasserdruck aus dem Duschkopf
