There aren't enough laundry machines for all the guests at peak times. A little more day-to-day variety and/or vegetarian options for breakfast would be great.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The hotel is next to Tsuruga station, so it is very convenient for us to travel to Fukui city. The room size is bigger than many hotel rooms in Japan. The breakfast is a set meal so we chose the delicious seafood don. Drinks is free flow.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026敦賀駅に近く雨降っていても傘入りません。 まだ新しいため、非常に綺麗で清潔です。フロントはビジネスホテル風ですが、スタッフさん丁寧な口調で良かったと思います。部屋は良いベッドを使用しており快適です。テーブルも大きくビジネスにも食事にも使い易いと思います。

We tried to borrow a plate but none were available. The hotel also has only a limited number of car parking spaces. The Japanese breakfast was disappointing, as the fish had a strong smell. Staff speak very little English, which made communication difficult. There is an iron in the room, but no ironing board provided.

1週間滞在しましたが、1回だけ一部の浴室清掃が途中…？と思しき状態があったくらい。浴室ゴミ箱の捨て忘れ、コップ位置が明らかに清掃途中でここに置いたんたろうな…という感じでした。浴槽はピカピカでした。

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026A hotel with a modern look. The room is relatively spacious, with plenty of table space to put things and plenty of AC power points. The bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, making for easy sleeping at night. It has parking lots and is near a bus terminal and train station, so commute by any method is convenient.
No real complaints that I can think of.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026So close to the station - walk out of west exit, turn left and it's right there. Convenience stores and the ubiquitous Starbucks just steps away. Good first impression from friendly and helpful staff. Room feels very modern and has everything you might need (and good mix of lighting). The hotel has a good eco policy. Very comfortable bed and could hardly hear any noise from other rooms etc. Would definitely stay here again.

1 浴槽のシャワー：上部フックにシャワーヘッドをかけると、放水したときに170センチの顔面にまともにかかって息ができなかった。 2 シャワートイレのスイッチとトイレットロールの位置が自分の位置に対して後方過ぎて、無理せずには使えなかった。あの位置なら、いっそ正面に合った方が使いやすいと思う。 3 ロールカーテン（夜用）のひもが空回りする。 4 朝食の来場時間を聴取するなら、時間スタッフを充実させないと入口で待たせてしまう。

前日に朝食を3種から選択し、時間予約したのにレストラン入り口で席につくまで待たされました。朝 ホールスタッフが1人で回されていたので、仕方ない事かも知れません。
