Reviewed Aug 21, 2026スタッフのホスピタリティが高く、ビジネスホテルとは思えませんでした。朝食は受付で和洋を選択し、選択した方の一式をトレーに乗せていただく形式で、和食を選びましたが、様々な食材を堪能できて満足でした。全体的に清潔で、また訪れた際には利用したいと思いました。
女性の大浴場はコンパクトなので時間帯に気をつけたほうがいいと思います。洗い場が少ない、湯船が小さいのはそうですが、脱衣場も省スペースなのでパパっと済ませれるように準備してからのほうがいいです。

ホテルでもらった地図で近くの飲食店のおすすめをたずねて行った所が全く 無愛想で席が空いてるのに、何の声掛けもなくなかなか接客してもらえず20～30分待ったが結局そこを出て紹介されてないところで食事を済ませた

Reviewed May 29, 2026The rooms were standard Japanese business hotel size but were clean and comfortable. The pleasant surprize came next morning for breakfast. They had 2 set menus for Japanese Style or Western Style and an area for salads and drinks. My wife and I had one of each kind and they were outstanding. Great value.
I wish we could have stayed longer but but not enough to see in Tsuruga.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Die Lage ist überaus vorteilhaft, direkt am Ausgang des JR-Bahnhofs. Es ist ein Standard-Business-Hotel mit allem, was man erwarten kann. Das Onsen ist ganz nett. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Kissen waren, wie immer, zu dick. Ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen.
