Uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona sin duda alguna , de primeras el recepcionista muy detallista y amable, la gente de la cocina super profesional , la comida es increíble. Las habitaciones amplias , cómodas y en nuestro caso con una pequeña terraza con unas vistas al patio increíbles. Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido de 10 , nada malo que decir , hay un ambiente cómodo y genial para descansar.

Klar, es ist in die Jahre gekommen… ABER hat immer noch Flair…! Ich bin sehr penibel und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und habe sooo gut schlafen. Der Rezeptionist war sehr nett, wir sind einen Tag früher gekommen und es war kein Problem.

A l'habitació no arribava el wifi.

Le personnel était exceptionnel, gentil souriant. Ils nous ont même surclasser en nous donnant 1 suite à la place de la chambre avec 2 lits simple que nous avions booké de base . La chambre était confortable digne d’un hôtel 3* ainsi que Le petit déjeuner qui était complet œufs, fruits, cakes, biscuits marocains, pains beurre fromage chocolat confiture café jus d’orange. Top je vous conseille cet hôtel si vous passer par midelt pour aller vers le désert pour une nuit.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse des employés , avec une mention pour Mohamed, qui s'est démené pour le portage de ma mère en fauteuil roulant, puisque l'hotel ne dispose pas d'équipement pour faciliter le déplacement dans l'hotel.

L'accueil fait par un employé du matin, investi, souriant, professionnel, dont j'ai oublié le prénom. Un grand merci Monsieur.

J'ai séjourné avec ma mère en fauteuil roulant, et il n'y aucun équipements adaptés. J'ai dû demandé l'aide auprès des employés pour le portage. Monsieur le proprietaire les personnes a mobilité réduite ont aussi le droit de circuler librement.

Het lag handig op de route tussen Fes en Merzouga. Aardig personeel. Handig om een nacht te overnachten.

Behoorlijk vergane glorie. Wat het ook wel weer leuk maakt eigenlijk.

Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Zwembad was aan de koude kant. Veel last van vliegen. Alles gedateerd.

Struttura perfetta come tappa verso il deserto. Personale molto accogliente, camere spaziose. Bella piscina in un bel giardino. Colazione abbondante, noi abbiamo anche cenato e mangiato benissimo.

El personal fue muy atento y amable, siempre disponible para ayudarnos y resolver rápidamente los pequeños incidentes que tuvimos, como un problema con el agua caliente o con el wifi. La ubicación también es buena como parada de camino hacia el desierto.

Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas y necesitan más mantenimiento y renovación, especialmente los baños . Tuvimos algunos problemas, como que el agua caliente no funcionaba correctamente y que el wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones.

L’établissement était très propre, confortable et bien situé. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant, souriant et disponible pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. Je remercie toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Petite pause sur la route en allant à Merzouga perdu au milieu de nulle part.

Le personnel n'est pas très agréable ni souriant mise à part l'un d'entre eux qui faisait clairement la différence.

Vriendelijker personeel voornamelijk de mannen. Betere schoonmaak en buiten zorgen dat het er netter is zoals rondslingerende winkelwagentjes slecht onderhouden tuin en kapotte bedjes of parasol. Veel potentie maar nu vergane glorie.

L'hôtel est bien situé à l'entrée de midelt. Il est cependant propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Les repas sont corrects et le petit déjeuner avec du choix.

La piscine et le jardin sont un peu abandonnés L'hotel est assez vieillot et manque d'entretien. Dommage car l'architecte est top.

Great location, beautiful Kasbah

This is a stunning old hotel on the edge of Midelt, the perfect place to stop for a night or two coming through from Fes to Merzouga. The property is huge, with a big pool and gorgeous communal areas. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable, with a beautiful view out the windows to the mountain range. The staff are super lovely. They also have a great breakfast with a wide variety of items.

The shower head really needs to be replaced - it is a thin mist but also somehow harsh enough to sting? Very strange.

Scarsa pulizia, scarico WC guasto, necessario due/tre interventi per soggiorno di una notte. Bastava cambiare stanza visto che l’albergo era vuoto!

Tout le cadre, l’accueil d’Abdou alors que nous avons tarder à arriver nous avons été accueilli comme des rois!!! Je recommande mille fois! D’ailleurs je compte bien revenir!

L’hotel est spacieux, la chambre aussi. Grande piscine rafraichissante. Espace de garage motos non couvert mais dans l’enceinte de l’hotel. Accès facile à l’extérieur de Midelt

La climatisation est bruyante et inefficace. A 23h30, il continue une opération de pulvérisation des végétaux du jardin commencé dans l’après midi quand j’étais à la piscine, avec un pulvérisateur à moteur thermique. J’étais couché, je me suis levé et suis descendu leur dire d’arrêter. Le petit dejeuner est moyen quant à la tagine poulet citron, elle était sèche sans jus.

Hotel měl krásnou zahradu s pěkným velkým bazénem a příjemným posezením, velmi přátelským personálem a dobrou nabídkou občerstvení - například si zde můžete dát i pivo. Snídaně byla chutná a bohatá. Na pokoji jsme měli ledničku!

Pokoj měl dost zastaralé vybavení, postel měla milion vrstev nějakých dek a podložek na matraci a bylo to velmi měkké a nekomfortní.

Never in my life zulke slechte bedden gehad. De matras was doorgezakt en door er dekens op te leggen probeerde ze te voorkomen dat dit gevoeld werd De tegelvloer zag er door t stof uit alsof t antiek was.

Location, a great half way stop between Fes and Merzouga. Large and comfortable, good meal and very welcoming staff.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Il est également possible de dîner sur place et de profiter d'un très bel extérieur. Des places de parking sont disponibles devant l'hôtel, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour les voyageurs en voiture.

La propreté de la piscine pourrait être améliorée.

Het personeel is geen moeite teveel en doen er alles aan om het jou naar de zin te maken. Het eten is traditioneel Marokkaans en lekker. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn schoon en goed. Ook de bedden zijn prima. Goed hotel voor een tussenstop tussen Fez en Erfoud/Merzouga. Zelfs met zwembad.

Het hotel heeft een eigenlijk een goede opknapbeurt nodig. Er zijn nogal wat zaken stuk en het is ook niet overal schoon. Vergane glorie.

Le premier établissement au Maroc qui ne vous offre pas le thé de bienvenue… Le repas basique et fade… Se veut palace mais tout est désuet et poussiéreux. Le fait qu’on vous réclame de régler le repas du soir avec insistance avant de regagner votre chambre (là aussi du jamais vue au Maroc)

Le personnel de la réception était accueillant, professionnel et serviable. Un grand merci aussi à l’équipe du petit-déjeuner pour leur gentillesse et leur bon service le matin. Le dîner était également très agréable, avec un service attentionné de la part du serveur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance familiale et le respect envers les clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien reçus lors de notre arrivée à 22h à Kasbah Asmaa. Nous avons passé une nuit là bas sur notre trajet pour Merzouga. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. L’adorable monsieur qui nous a accueilli nous a donné la meilleure suite. La chambre était parfaitement propre. La literie très confortable. La kasbah est très belle, typique et très calme. Le personnel est gentil. Nous recommandons vivement !! Merci mille fois encore pour l’accueil merveilleux !

Location in Midelt was easy to find. Parked the bike within the walls of the hotel which was fine. Hotel was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Not many vegetarian options to be honest. They serve alcohol which was great. Hotel is well worth the stop on the way south.

Vegetarian options limited. Vegetarian tagine was particularly bland.

Struttura fatiscente e sporca. Ci hanno dato una prima camera in cui si congelava e non funzionava la pompa di calore. Poi l'hanno cambiata, ma le condizioni generali non sono migliorate. Materassi sfondati. Colazione terribile: diciamo prodotti non freschi. La sala colazione, tavolo compreso, sporca. Briciole ovunque. Abbiamo cenato la sera ed è stata la peggiore cena del viaggio in Marocco. L'hotel è in posizione strategica, ma consiglio di cercarne un altro in paese.

Lugar tranquilo, en medio de la nada, tienes Midelt a unos pocos km. La cena está muy bien, tipo bufet. El personal muy agradable. La moto la metí dentro del recinto.

Camera spaziosa con letto comodissimo. Parcheggio per la moto custodito con guardiano notturno. Cena e colazione nella norma. Servizio professionale.

Nulla. Forse leggermente troppo costoso rispetto alla qualità complessiva percepita.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die Zimmer: Sie waren groß, sauber und dank der Heizung angenehm warm – das hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise von Fès nach Merzouga gewählt. Wahrscheinlich ist es trotz der genannten Mängel eine der besseren Optionen entlang der Strecke, vor allem wegen der praktischen Lage etwa auf halber Höhe. Dennoch würden wir uns wünschen, dass an Freundlichkeit, Qualität und Organisation gearbeitet wird, damit das Gesamtbild stimmiger wird.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Das Personal wirkte oftmals unfreundlich, was die Atmosphäre deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Das Brot beim Frühstück war extrem trocken und wirkte alt, zudem war der Frühstücksraum sehr kalt. Die Auswahl am Buffet war eher schwach – letztlich haben wir uns mit abgepackten Muffins satt essen müssen. Auch beim Abendessen gab es mehrere Probleme: Einige Gerichte waren nicht mehr verfügbar, und die servierten Spieße inklusive Beilage waren eiskalt. Für das, was geboten wurde, fanden wir die Preise eindeutig zu hoch.

Pasamos una noche , íbamos de ruta en moto un grupo de siete, las motos las puedes dejar dentro y las vigila el personal del hotel, la chica de recepción encantadora , disfrutamos mucho de la cena Faysal said rachd nos atendió de forma excepcional, el sitio en general vale mucho a pena lo recomiendo cien por cien.

Het hotel is wat verouderd.

The property is massive, and well decorated, it felt like we were staying in a castle. Our room was very large with two beds, a couch and table setting, and a balcony with a decent view. Much more than the two of us needed, but we welcomed it! The dinner was buffet style and was delicious, all the staff were very friendly. We needed to leave early in the morning (6:00) and had no issues with checkout.
