Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La atención fue increíble. Nos atendieron de maravilla. Nos pusieron música en la piscina mientras tomábamos un té, nos dejó entrar a la cocina y nos mostró como preparaba un Tajin de Kefta con huevos y una ensalada marroquí.
La habitación era bastante normalita, aunque no esperaba más y el baño estaba un poco trillado.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The accommodation is very clean, spacious and quiet. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast. I know this may not be a top priority (unless you have teenagers traveling with you) but the WiFi was excellent, for sure the best we've had traveling in Morocco. What really set the place apart was the customer service provided by Hamza who really went above and beyond to make us feel guests rather than customers. We had problems with our rental car which the company didn't want to address but thanks to Hamza's many, many phone calls we got a car replacement. I couldn't recommend this accommodation more.

Les lits sont tres dur tout comme les oreillers. Les couloirs tres bruyants et rapport qualite prix n'est pas bon. Pour.moitie moins cher nous avons mieux dormis.

We booked this accommodation solely for the pool. But is was unusable. There was suntan lotion residue and what I can only assume is skin flakes on the surface and throughout the water. This is a result of if the filter not being used. It was really gross. And so disappointing after a long car journey where we were so looking forward to a cool fresh swim. The hot water was only switched on by request in the evening. The reception staff seemed to lounge about on the sofas watching TV most of the day.

La camera era sporca, ciuffi di capelli e batuffoli di sporco scorrazzavano per la camera portati dal vento, le federe erano palesemente usate e nel letto abbiamo trovato capelli e peli che non ci appartenevano. Le suppellettili e in generale tutta la stanza mancavano di manutenzione, lo scarico della doccia era intasato e le asciugamani sporche. In generale tutta la struttura, all’apparenza moderna e nuova (impressione rafforzata anche dalle foto su Booking), emanava un’aurea fatiscente. Visto il costo della camera un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto era educatissimo e molto disponibile, sinceramente e come la tradizione marocchina vuole. Anche sua madre una bravissima donna, ci ha preparato un'ottima colazione. La casa enorme e bellissima, stanza grandissima e letto comodo. Tutto pulitissimo. Eravamo di passaggio ma è stata un'eccellente scoperta. La piscina d'estate è un tocco in più. A Midelt potete comunque mangiare ottimo cibo e comprare qualche souvenir.

The shower looked great from a distance. Unfortunately, it missed parts to operate the rain shower correctly. The hand shower only gave mist. After a hot day, I would like a good shower to feel fresh. This was not a 'villa' experience.

De eigenaar was een spelletje aan het spelen toen we aankwamen. Hij kon zich daar maar moeilijk van losmaken. Hij heeft ons snel ingecheckt, en ging snel terug naar zijn spelletje. Hij hielp niet met de bagage naar de kamer brengen, de trap op, hij noemde het kamernummer, liet de kamer niet zien en hielp nergens mee. De kamer was op zich goed, de bedden ewrg hard. Er was een centrale hal waar de deuren op uit kwamen. De deuren knalden met veel lawaai in de sponning bij het dichtdoen. Dus dat gaf veel geluidsoverlast, zeker als je wilt slapen. We hadden zin om te zwemmen, maar het zwembad was nog maar net gevuld, dus heel koud, helaas.. Wat we altijd missen in Marokko is een waterkoker op de kamer.

Der Wasserablauf bei der Dusche war komplett verstopft. Das ist nicht nur eklig, es wirft auch Fragen zur Gründlichkeit der Reinigung auf. Die Leintücher waren ausgesprochen dünn.

Reviewed May 12, 2025Moonrise was well signposted and easily followed. Quiet location on the outskirts of town but within walking distance. There was secure gated parking for our 2 motorcycles. We were warmly greeted by Hicham, whom helped us with our bags. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated as was our large room, with modern shower room. The bed was firm like most we have encountered in Morocco, but comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was good as was evening meal, cooked especially for us. There is a pool in the garden that was clean and inviting, although we didn't have time to use it. Hicham was friendly and helpful in every way, as we're ladies working there. We booked for 1 night but stayed for 2.
