Courtyard Maldives

We stayed at Courtyard Maldives as a short stopover before continuing our trip to the Four Seasons, and it worked perfectly for what we needed. What really made the difference was the service. The team was incredibly helpful and flexible with us, especially when we had to change our speedboat pick-up time several times. Everything was handled with kindness and without making us feel like we were causing any inconvenience. A special thank you to Mimi, who was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help us with all the arrangements. Her friendliness, patience and willingness to help made our short stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself is simple, but if you need a convenient stopover in the Maldives with genuinely caring and accommodating staff, this is a very good option. Thank you again, Mimi, for taking such good care of us! 😊

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, el desayuno, se puede comer y cenar en el restaurante del hotel, la comida está muy rica. Destacamos el buen trabajo del equipo del hotel, en todo momento están dispuestos a facilitar cualquier situación o duda que nos pueda surgir. Muy amables. Nos vinieron a buscar al puerto cuando llegamos y nos llevaron al finalizar la estancia, todo a coste cero. Tienen bicicletas para poder andar por la isla también a coste cero.

Que la habitación tiene una ventana pequeña.

Lovely property, clean, very welcoming

Bathroom was dated and the shower wasn’t flowing so good, occasional smell just had to run the sink to get rid of it. No bedroom window or anywhere to dry clothes. Bathroom rail wasn’t attached to the wall properly

Soggiornare al Courtyard é stata una esperienza indimenticabile. La pace che ci ha portato Huraa e questa accoglientissima guesthouse é stata impagabile. Siamo stati accolti con sorrisi e trattati ogni giorno con un sacco di cura e attenzioni da parte di Ali, Oppo, Mimi, Hanna, e tutte le altre persone che lavorano o collaborano con la guesthouse per farti vivere davvero la vacanza dei sogni. L'isola é raggiungibile facilmente con le speedboat e si sono occupati di tutto loro, del trasporto e fin dal venirci a prendere all'aeroporto e organizzare il nostro ritorno. Il calore che emana questo posto e le persone che ci lavorano sono state il più bel regalo. Il cibo é delizioso, le stanze sono pulite, il ristorante esterno pieno di lucine e dettagli é perfetto per passare delle serate e cenare in una atmosfera di tranquillità e pace. La bikini beach è qualcosa di davvero speciale; il colore dell'acqua è indescrivibile. Vieni accompagnato alla spiaggia con il servizio di navetta sempre sempre attivo ogni volta che vuoi. Non potevamo aspettarci nulla di meglio. Portiamo nel cuore questo viaggio e le persone che abbiamo conosciuto e non vediamo l'ora di poter fare ritorno qui ❤️ Grazie a tutti. Bea e Filo

Первоначально заселили в одноместный номер, но после обращения переселили в номер напротив (чуть больше по размерам). номера очень маленькие с маленькими боковыми окнами, отсутствовал минибар (холодильник), хозяин любезно предоставил возможность пользоваться кухонной морозильной камерой и по запросу две бутылки воды давали из холодильника. Однообразные, но очень сытные завтраки. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу и хозяину гестхауса за помощь моей жене, когда она получила сильнейшую аллергическую реакцию на солнечный ожог. До пляжа бикини далеко, по просьбе без проблем отвозят на электрокарах или бесплатно дают велосипед.

После отъезда на день раньше из-за изменения времени вылета получили через Букинг.ком на мою электронную почту странный счет на 491 американский доллар от гестхауса, хотя при заселении полностью оплатили проживание со всеми налогами наличными американскими долларами (требуйте чек или подтверждение оплаты). На телевизоре не работала приставка, но нам он не был нужен, вечером на третьем этаже постоянно выбивало пробки из-за перегрузки электросети. Далее информация, не относящаяся к отелю: снорклинг вблизи пляжа что бикини, что местного неудобен, сильное течение и малые глубины, риск получить травмы об кораллы очень велик. Территории пляжей очень небольшие, без коралловых тапок вход в воду проблематичен. На пляже бикини шесть деревянных грибков с парными лежаками (это очень мало, туристов намного больше). Несколько отдельных лежаков, половина из них сломаны. Душевые и туалет отсутствуют, хотя до Мале менее 20 километров и оборудовать вышеуказанное было бы очень недорого.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Plenty of breakfast available. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very small, it was hard to move round the room when two people were in there. The rooms are dated. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and there was an unpleasant smell. No room for an extra bed, my husband had to find another hotel to sleep in.

Если Вы не турист, а путешественник, то это место идеально. Удобная кровать, горячая вода, отличное расположение относительно пристани и инфраструктуры. Но фишка совсем в другом, здесь вы встретите настолько теплое отношение, которое компенсирует всё. Остров Хураа очень симпатичный сам по себе, зеленый с пальмовым лесом, мангровыми зарослями и озером, здесь есть туристический пляж (на который и с которого вас отвезут на багги сотрудники гестхауса), если пешком то минут 15 прогуляться вдоль океана, есть местные пляжи поближе. Вокруг плавают симпатичные акулята и скаты, которых подкармливают. Совершенно замечательный управляющий гестхауса Али, благодаря которому мы ныряли с акулами - черноперыми, няньками и лимонной, гладили морских черепах, плавали со скатами, ездили на ночную рыбалку. Али помог нам решить вопросы с местной симкой, старыми долларами, про которые писали, что они не ликвидны на Мальдивах, когда заболел ребенок, Али сопровождал нас в местный мед.пункт к непальскому доктору и оказывал всяческую поддержку. По ощущению о времени проведенном в Courtyard: нас приняли, не казенно, а как родных. Очень благодарны за всё Али и сотрудникам Courtyard guesthouse❣️

Das Personal war sehr nett, ich konnte, da meine Fähre schon morgens ankam, früher einchecken. Die Lage, mit mehreren Restaurants in der Nähe, ist auch sehr gut. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl gut, nur die Abwechslung hat gefehlt.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß und es war etwas dunkel.

Our first visit in Maldives, our first island out of 4 we visited and we love it! Super friendly staff, simple but comfortable room with air con and celling fan, loungers on shared balcony to enjoy, tasty breakfast and great restaurant opposite guesthouse. If you need anything else just ask and Ali will do his best to make your stay unforgettable. Everything is a walking distance but guest house have golf cart if you need to be drop off. Very peaceful, relaxing place Highly recommend and I will definitely back there!!!

Wir haben Ali den Manager schon in Male getroffen und sind gemeinsam mit ihm auf dem Speedboot für 10 USD pro Person nach Huraa gefahren. Wir konnten schon vorzeitig einchecken und haben dann schon einen Ausflug zum schnorcheln mit den Stachelrochen gemacht. Es war großartig! Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett total gemütlich, Klimaanlage kühlt perfekt. Das Bad war auch groß und sauber . Das komplette Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und fleißig. Besonders Aruna [ aus Sri Lanka ♡ ] und die Mädels aus Nepal sind uns ans Herz gewachsen. Ali der Manager natürlich auch. Das Essen hat immer gut geschmeckt, manchmal etwas zu scharf aber immer lecker und ausreichend. Das Restaurant das direkt gegenüber des Hauses liegt ist wunderschön gestaltet und liegt gut beschattet. Es gibt sitzschaukeln, mehrere schöne Sitzgruppen und einen Teich mit schönen Fischen . Das Frühstück ist ok aber eintönig Unser Fehler man muss die Preise für Ausflüge vorher besprechen und ausmachen. Wir haben auch einen Ausflug zum schnorcheln mit Haien [ Ammenhaie ] gemacht. Es war unglaublich Toll. Als mein Mann 2 Tage vor der Abreise krank wurde gab es zahlreiche Hilfe von Ali und Natalie . Ali ist am Abreisetag mit uns zum Flughafen gekommen und hat mit den Koffern geholfen . Man wurde auf Wunsch kostenlos mit dem Elektromobil zum Bikini beach [ für Touristen] gefahren und auch abgeholt. Wir können es gut weiterempfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen !!! Vielen Dank für alles

Frühstück könnte mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Es gab immer das gleiche Obst [Wassermelone, Apfel und Orange ] Man hat sich von den meisten Einheimischen nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt [ das ist uns extrem aufgefallen weil wir vorher 2 Wochen auf Sri Lanka waren und wirklich ALLE Menschen dort freundlich waren und gelächelt haben bzw einem zugewunken haben. Aber dafür kann Coutyard Malediven nix . Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

I loved my stay in this place. Staff were great and were very friendly and helpful.

I was expected to stay in a room with a balcony but the room has a small window.

I don't know where to start from ! Absolutely loved our stay at Courtyard !! Starting from the communication prior to arrival, the hotel arranged someone to meet us at the airport and arranged a taxi to Male then someone else was waiting for us in Male and guided us to the speedboat that will take us to Huraa. Once arrived at Huraa a buggy belonging to the hotel was waiting for us at the port and drove us to the hotel. Check-in process was flawless and very smooth. Hotel is located at the beach front with the bikini beach 10 mins walk away or a short buggy ride which is provided for free from the hotel. Hotel offers free dropoffs AND pickups from the bikini beach ! (Free beach towels were provided daily) Staff were amazingly attentive and made us feel at home. Breakfast served daily and you can enjoy it outside with a sea view. The hotel has a restaurant which you can enjoy tasty dinner. Excursions were offered at the hotel for a very reasonable price. The hotel even made sure the Excursions we went on were tailored to our own personal preference. The room was clean and had all the amenities required. If you really want to enjoy your stay stress free in Huraa I would really recommend staying at Courtyard

Отели Жили 4 дня в новогодние праздники 2025-26. Приехали с другого острова самостоятельно, хозяин Али встретил на пирсе на багги. Заселили раньше положенного, и накормили завтраком, мы очень были этому рады. Комнаты небольшие, ремонт был давненько. Но нам это нисколько не мешало, мы приходили только спать. Постельное белье хорошее, горячая вода, чайник, чай, кофе, вайфай, вода пополнялась. При отеле есть симпатичное кафе, можно заказать по меню. Пляж длинный, шикарный. Есть и глубокие места, и кораллы, и островок, стоят шезлонги и немного зонтиков. Народу мало. До пляжа минут 10, в отеле можно взять велосипеды, маски, ласты, полотенца! Персонал супер! Абсолютно любой вопрос, просьба были решены! Али организовал экскурсию, все трансферы, все время был на связи по WhatsApp.

Прекрасный сервис, отличное обслуживание. Очень довольны персоналом, особую благодарность выражаем Али. Он выполнял все наши капризы и даже больше

The staff was super welcoming and nice and even prepared us dinner on our last night which was delicious! They have bicycles to explore the island and hand out beach towels and free water refills.

The room itself wasn’t to our liking. It was super dusty and there were dead bugs on the bed. The faucet of the sink and the showerhead were in very bad condition. The room is small and if you have big suitcases this might be a problem. Our room seemed to be run down and not properly cleaned which is a shame for the price you pay. After traveling to a couple of local islands that seems to be a thing: the price you pay doesn’t match the quality.

В номере 105 очень воняло туалетом, один раз не закрыли плотно дверь в туалет и когда зашли в комнату, ужасно воняло мочой . Пляж бикини, есть бесплатные лежаки, их немного, но всем хватало. Нет моря, всё море - это вырытая яма, размером примерно в длину 100 м, в ширину метров 10-15, далее всё уже идёт по щиколотку. А когда после обеда начинался отлив, было очень плачевное зрелище. В этой яме тоже остановилось мелко, а где было по щиколотку там просто была земля, то есть представляете небольшая лужица ,а дальше земля. Плавать негде, меня этот остров очень-очень-очень разочаровал из-за отсутствия моря. С третьего этажа гестхауса вид на море. После обеда моря нет И такой страшный вид.

Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt. Obsługa była cudowna i bardzo życzliwa. Właściciel hotelu bardzo pomocny, zorganizował transfer z lotniska do hotelu, pokazał całą wyspę. Codziennie byłyśmy wożone melexem na pobliską plażę bikini. Do publicznej plaży 20min pieszo. Bardzo fajna restauracja na zewnątrz hotelu, z oczkiem wodnym i widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie smaczne, śniadania lokalne lub kontynentalne, do wyboru. Właściciel Ali zorganizował również dla nas pyszną kolację ze świeżo złowioną rybą. Ali pomagał w organizacji wycieczek, na których czułyśmy się z koleżanką jak VIP (cała łódka dla nas). Czułyśmy sie świetnie zaopiekowane również podczas wycieczki do Male, gdzie mogłyśmy skosztować jedzenia w lokalnej restauracji. Podczas pobytu czułyśmy sie bezpiecznie. Polecam to miejsce.

Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt w Waszym guesthouse na wyspie Huraa. Ja i koleżanka, czułyśmy się zaopiekowane jak księżniczki. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i troskliwa – aż czułyśmy się czasem skrępowane taką opieką. Na plażę zawożono nas melexem. Otrzymałyśmy ręczniki plażowe. Proponowano nam również pomoc w drodze powrotnej z plaży, jednak wracałyśmy pieszo. Śniadania kontynentalne lub lokalne. Pancakes - cudowne, przepyszne. Otrzymałyśmy również kolację od właściciela - piękny gest. Jeżeli potrzebowałyśmy łodzi - obsługa guesthouse pomagała przy rezerwacji. Zdecydowałyśmy się też na dwie wycieczki morskie. Pierwszy raz snurkowałam, a czułam się bezpiecznie i było to niezapomniane przeżycie. Kolejna wyprawa - snurkowanie z rekinami - niesamowite doświadczenie, polecam. Właściciel pomógł nam także podczas wizyty w Male, co bardzo doceniamy. Przyjechałyśmy z obawami, ale po kilku dniach czułyśmy się tak swobodnie, że same chodziłyśmy po wyspie, poznając lokalne życie. Oczywiście szanując miejscowe zwyczaje. To był wyjątkowy czas, który na długo pozostanie w naszej pamięci. Ali, Oppo, Courtyard team - dziękuję. 🌴☀️🐠 🥥❤️

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The hotel was spotless and wonderfully cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made sure our stay was unforgettable. ❤️ They went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways: taking us around the island in a golf cart, arranging everything we needed, offering mosquito spray when we were outside, always checking if we had enough water, and greeting us with the warmest smiles. I’ve visited the Maldives more than ten times, and this guesthouse — along with the beautiful island of Huraa — has definitely become one of my absolute favorites. I couldn’t recommend it more highly! Breakfast was delicious, and we also had dinner at their restaurant — the food was excellent. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

The service here is amazing! We could ask the staff to take us anywhere on the island, and they were happy to help. On our last night, they gave us a special treat and gifts—they even took us crab catching and cooked the crabs for us, and the taste was incredible! The snorkeling spot has tons of corals too. This place is perfect for family trips. Also, Ali helped us so much—we got great service with every activity on the island. We’ll definitely come back next time!

Structure un peu vieillissante

The location of the Hotel is perfect. It is centrally located near the beach and all other attractions. The staff were amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and has everything you need. Nothing is an effort for them to do. I especially want to thank Ali, Ebrahim and the 3 reception ladies (Mimi, Tudor and Karu) as well as the kitchen team who made our stay comfortable and extra special.

The rooms are not as spacious but the team managed to assist us getting comfortable even if it meant changing a chair in the room!!

All staff were very kind and helpful. Hospitality is in the highest level. They will do whatever that will make you happy. Special thanks to Maria from reception and Ali. Other staff were also so helpful. Thank you All🤗

The location is great and staff is helpful. Common areas are good and beautifully decorated. You can find some books and magazines to read from previous guests. It was nice to a have a small buffet for breakfast. And the idea of having free bikes to get around is good.

I didn’t like the room at all. It was small- no place to put and open 2 small suitcases. The free bikes are in terrible condition - no maintenance whatsoever. I was sending messages before arrival and didn’t get any response for 3 days.

Buffet breakfast, delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly, as are the people on the island. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are very clean and modern.

Good location

There is no working Internet there. The photos are misleading. It could an impression that rooms are equipped with balcony. It's not true. There is a single small balcony/terrace per floor but converted into a dirty smoking room. Also a strange process how the staff manages the outflow of the rain from the terrace. They blocked the natural water outflow by using towels as a result all rooms on the floor were flooded.

I loved the food at their restaurant. One of the best food I have had in a local island. The ambiance was so nice, service was exceptional.

Rooms are a bit small but not a major issue. Everything else made up for it.

Nothing to complain

Small but neat room with a very comfortable bed and fine bathroom. pleasant lobby and a very nice garden restaurant which can be used for just a relaxation. Food is find. Breakfast ok. A very friendly and kind stuff attentive to guest's needs. There was no problem with any request. Even when we asked for help with cutting and serving fruits which we bought elsewhere. We were assisted from Male to the hotel's door. In Male, while waiting 2 hours for the ferry, the the Courtyard Guesthouse host gave us a nice tour to the fruit market and to the local fish market. Close distance to bikini bich. The guesthouse offers bikes free of charge which is a nice way to go to the beach and ride around the island however bikes requires some technical review. Nearby there is a scuba diving center when one can book not only diving but also rent kayaks.

The hotel is at a very quiet island, Huraa. It is close to Male, but only reachable by ferry. We arrived a bit too late at the airport to be able to use the normal ferry. But all the while the hotel kept in touch with us and upon arrival a very friendly man (Ali) was waiting for us. He was very patient for us to decide whether we wanted to take a private ferry which would have cost USD250 or opt for a night in the city of Male and take a regular ferry the next day. Since this was a quicker and cheaper option we stayed the first night in Male and the next morning to Huraa. This meant that we could not use the first night for which we paid, but they handled this very kind and lenient. We never asked for a refund for that night as it was kind of our fault, but to make up they prepared a delicious dinner with a big fresh lobster for free. This was just one example of the whole staff being very friendly and helpful. The island itself is quiet, not a wide choice of restaurants. But that must not be a problem as the food here was good too. The beaches and water are still beautiful. The Four Seasons resort is located a few hundred meters further with the same water and waterlife, but at a different cost...

I like the service where the guesthouse ensured we reach them safe from the moment we touched down from airport. They have also either accommodated or provided info to all our request. The staff, February, Dayu and Dewi are very polite and attentive. Facilities are adequate, afterall we just need a place that is clean and with comfortable bed and aircond to rest. Food is good. Amaze that the chef seems to be able to prepare the variety and every dish/order without any sloppiness (we didn't get any soggy food nor cold meal). The Aglio Olio is really al dente, that speaks volume. We also had a chance to taste the local curry that is not on the menu. For outdoor activities, there's the Divers, nearby ClubMed, Bikini Beach etc. There's also bicycle to borrow to ride around the island. Even when we are not up for outdoor, it's courtyard is beautiful to just chill for reading or chitchat over a drink, overseeing the coast or Four Season hotel, with the pond of KOIs leisuring swimming around. Still feeling amazed that we can experience Maldives at such affordable price with everything we need being well accommodated.

Some items look worn like the towels and bathroom water tap, apart from that, all seems well since they are still clean and functioning well. More importantly, the water heater is working fine every day haha.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous! Very friendly staff who help you with everything and there’s a lot they provide such as bikes and snorkeling. Good location and good rooms.

The outdoor area is lovely with a relaxing decor and nice atmosphere.

- greeted with warm welcome - professional staff who are genuinely greeting and wishing us a good trip wherever we went. Febri, Dau, and the other girl was extremely helpful and made sure they were always there. - Fantastic location right by the beach and Kuda Hurra. - Cool owner. - Faced no harassment, no judgement, nothing such but pure bliss and joy. - we could go anywhere inside the house like rooftop.

Honestly there is nothing to complain about and I would add that it would be great if they extend the range and bandwidth of the WiFi and this guesthouse is gold! 🌟

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting K. Huraa. The staff at the guesthouse were fantastic. Great attitude. Huge applause to staff members Febri, Dewi & Dayu :) and of course the owner as well :) Oh & bike rental was free of charge!!

The teamwork only is so good and friendly and the manager of hotel also wonderful 👍 and they present welcome drink and dinner for free when we come, clean is not bad

Nice hotel in the quite and beautiful island. Really nice place to stay. Great staff, nice and clean rooms. Had complimentary dinner at the last night. Everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful, and the hotel management is highly professional. Special requests are provided, I wanted to get fish grills, my wish was indeed fulfilled. They have a very good cook. I will be back again and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Courtyard is simply the best. The staff is delicious, happy to help anytime and they offer a five star service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and I do recommend eating or dining in. The chef is wonderful, the girls at the reception and the whole staff made the holidays above all expectations. A special thanks to Ali, the best host, who made our holidays SPECTACULAR. The hotel offers pick-ups from airport, harbours and the best prices in trips and excursions. Simply AMAZINg!

A delightful and satisfying stay, owner even prepared a local bbq session for us and personally brought me (with a few other guest) to the best snorkelling spot. Overall thumbs up to all the pleasant and well trained staffs for my entire stay, rooms are clean and well equipped. I especially love the wonderful outdoor setting, will definitely be visiting again!

Courtyard is located at comfortable distance from Male and airport. It has frequent connection by speed boats both ways. Transportation to the nearby resorts can be arranged at reasonable price. I liked hospitality, flexibility and readiness to assist and adopt breakfast to my wishes concerning contents and size. Courtyard provided transportatin to and from the harbor and the boats. Great local restaurant Harbor. And the best, the owner, Iku, always ready to help and assist with arrangements. It felt like I met a friend.

The place fitted all my needs, a quiet, basic, off beat base with easy possibility to visit mondain "all inclusive" resorts with bars and international cuisine.

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, & the food was way beyond our expectations (it was so good) 😋 The management went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable & allowed us to do fun fishing activities. I highly recommend this guesthouse. 👏

people here arr very kind and helpful after we arrive,the transport from airport is also very quick,room is very clean and food is various,just walk some minutes to reach beach,price is very competitive in this standard,if i come male again will still choose here.
