Reviewed Sep 9, 2026I liked the great location, the affordable price, and the clean room. I also felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and I had a wonderful time with new friends.
I didn’t like that the rooftop terrace closed at 1 a.m., especially because the rooms were hot and the terrace was where guests could enjoy the atmosphere. After it closed, it was difficult to continue enjoying the evening or have a cigarette for those who wanted to. Some guests also found it difficult to sleep because of the heat. I think extending the terrace’s closing time would make the stay more comfortable for guests.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026I will never forget the disgraceful way the receptionist treated my parents. He was unbelievably rude, and it boggles my mind that someone like that works at a hotel front desk. Why speak bad words to my parents? What did they do wrong? I booked via Booking.com expecting the room displayed online, but we were handed a complete dump. After a basic question about the bathroom, he blurted out, "Don't ask me anything, everything is on the website, can't you read?" Imagine showing up and being insulted right to your face. When I told him to watch his language, he just kept talking nonsense and being hostile. I get that people have bad days, but treating paying clients like garbage is unacceptable. Shame on this hotel and this staff member. Instead, I recommend staying in an apartment slightly outside the city center. While I'm typing this review, the elderly woman who owns the apartment just came by with fruits to welcome us. She was so warm and welcoming. Compared to that hotel, this apartment gives you two bedrooms, a living space, a TV, a fridge, and a fully furnished kitchen for the exact same price. Be careful where you choose to spend your money and your holiday.

Estoy aqui hace varios dias y he venido por una Noche! Mustafa es El encargado y siempre está muy pendiente. Es amable y le gusta Todo ordenado y muy limpio! Hay bebidas frias, nevera, Cocina, mucho espacio y está dentro de la medina, en un sitio privilegiado! Recomiendo.

Es gab nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Der Raum hatte mehrere Öffnungen zum Atrium hin, das hat aber nicht so gestört.

Nous avons profité de la terrasse de l'hôtel, avec sa jolie vue sur la ville et les montagnes. L'hôtel est propre, nettoyé tous les jours. Il est aussi bien situé dans la médina !

Mini Küche für so viele Gäste. Dachterrasse schön, aber nicht so gut für Nichtraucher geeignet. Bäder könnten etwas frischer duften, aber in alten Gebäuden ist das halt normal..

有点小的建议，瓷砖装饰太漂亮了，看不清楼梯起步台，容易绊倒，最好用不同颜色标识一下，楼梯、厨房、卫生间最好有明显标识，不然会误入其他客房。

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Medina. I stayed in a more private room with just one other guest, and since it was only girls, it felt very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff were very kind. There was also a lovely rooftop with a beautiful view. Additionally, I was able to leave my luggage after checkout, which was very convenient.
The bathroom was a bit small, and with the shower and toilet in the same space, it wasn’t very comfortable.

От кухни одно название, это крошечная коморка, где стоит газовая плита и есть немного посуды в общем ящике на полу. В общем, вскипятить воду получится, хотя я видела, как гости утром готовили там завтрак. Но поесть можно только на открытой террасе. Это единственный минус, в остальном все шикарно.

I met some great travellers here which is always a bonus and the rooftop offers amazing views of Chefchaouen. The thick blanket and hot shower water was greatly appreciated in the colder months!
