Mycket fint skick även om hotellet är gammalt. Smakfullt inrett. Toppenläge vid strandpromenaden.

Pool was a nice bonus and the free rowing boats. Nice access onto fjordside walk.

No dinner service and limited choices in town on a Sunday.

Meget hyggelig, bra frukost, men jeg savnet å kunne spise middag på hotellet. Løsningen over gaten var for så vidt ok.

Een mooi, pittoresk hotel direct aan het Sognefjord. Door de foto’s en beschrijvingen in de gangen voelt het hotel ook een beetje als een museum. De kamers zijn leuk ingericht, met een duidelijke knipoog naar het verleden. De bedden en de douche zijn ruim voldoende. Leuk is de tuin, waar je ’s middags na een activiteit nog heerlijk kunt genieten van de omgeving, bijvoorbeeld onder het genot van een drankje. Of neem een duik in het kleine zwembad. Leuk is ook dat je bij het hotel gratis roeibootjes voor een uur of twee kunt gebruiken om het fjord op een andere manier te ontdekken.

Sogndal is overigens een studentenstadje. Mede daardoor is het aanbod van goede restaurants beperkt en zijn er vooral wat fastfoodrestaurants en koffiebarretjes. In het grote winkelcentrum zit ook horeca, maar die zou ik sowieso niet aanraden.

מיקום טוב צופה על הפיורד, אבל גם סמוך מאד לכביש הכניסה לעיירה. מאחר ונדרשנו לצאת מוקדם בבוקר, דאגו לנו לכריכים לקחת וכוס קפה. יש במלון אפשרות לסירות משוטים בחינם, או סירת מנוע בתשלום וכן אפשרות להשכרת אופניים חשמליים.

במלון אין מעלית. הקרבה לכביש.

Nice location on fiord, clean room with balcony large sliding door. Comfortable bed and ease to walking path.

Location was perfect. Excellent breakfast. Loved the opportunity to borrow a boat to go out in the water.

Small room but we did have 3 guests in our room.

Старинный деревянный отель на берегу фьорда, большая терраса с видом на озеро (или балкон), свежий воздух, прекрасный вид. Приличный завтрак, внимательный персонал. Есть бассейн на улице и даже говорят, что в нем вода 24 градуса, но а улице типа 12-15 градусов и мы не полезли, хотя я видел людей которые там плескались после сауны

Нам не повезло с соседом сверху, когда мы приехали он пел на балконе арию Эвиты, потом они всю ночь ходили по комнате (зарядка?) Дом деревянный и ощущение что ходят у тебя по голове. Сосед забыл выключить вентилятор в туалете и тот всю ночь гудел, мысль о том, что надо звукоизолировать вентилятор от деревянной балки, в которую он установлен, никому в голову не приходит. Живешь как внутри корпуса гитары.

Romantisches Hotel mit Stil

Not sure why this is averaging at 3.5 it’s a very good hotel, rooms very good but they are a little small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff are helpful and polite Location is perfect and the view is incredible Breakfast was also good if not amazing.

Beliggenheten var helt topp (forutsigbart ut fra bilder). Frokosten var helt ok. Fin utsikt også fra lokalene. Vi hadde rom i tilbygget med direkte utgang til hagen. Super utsikt, litt lite rom, altfor mye lydgjennomgang fra etasjen over. Tilbygget bar preg av mangelfull soppvask/maling, nummeret før forsoffent.

Great place to stay! It was exceptionally clean (hardly even any dust in the room!)

avoid the restaurant across the street that serves steaks along with Asian food; we ordered ribs, chicken, sushi and only Sushi was good.

酒店地理位置很好，周边超市小商场很方便。房间阳台就可以看见峡湾，附近溜达也很舒服。酒店步行3分钟有个小码头，可以坐船游峡湾。

我们在这个酒店的钓鱼区域钓到了一条大鳕鱼！！！以及房间的阳台景观很不错，还有免费的小船可以自己划出海，虽然我们没去～

没有电梯，不过酒店的工作人员有帮忙提行李上楼。不提供晚餐，我们自己在阳台看着风景吃的东西。早餐也比较简单，但是可以自己做华夫饼🧇。

Beautiful property right on the water. View from the lounge area can’t be beat. Location on the water is spectacular.

A little understaffed at times but nothing to really complain about.

Etwas kleineres aber renoviertes und stillvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse. Neues Bad. Pool aussen und Ruderboote vorhanden. Leckeres Frühstück. Parkplätze kostenfrei

Très bel hôtel au charme ancien avec une très belle vue sur le fjord. Un bon point d’étape la route.

Le bon petit déjeuner traditionnel qui mériterait néanmoins d’être remis au goût du jour avec une offre plus diversifiée.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und einem schönen Blick aufs Fjord. Es gibt schöne Aufenthaltsbereiche mit tollen Blicken. Frühstück war so wie in jedem anderen Hotel nur dass es hier keinen Lachs gab.

Das Zimmer war unmodern und hat etwas nach Altersheim gerochen. Der Ort Sogndal ist unattraktiv und man kann nur Pizza essen gehen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.

Nice old style hotel, good rooms, renewed bathroom, good breakfast. Good starting point for activities in sogneford.

Beds were a bit soft, view from the room on the parking lot instead of the fjord. Would be nice if yiu could gave dinner in the hotel.

Sjarmerende hotell, med fin beliggenhet. Fint å ha egen balkong mot hagen. Bassenget var et stort pluss i finvær.

Kunne gjerne vært minikjøleskap på rommet og litt mer utvalg på frokost.

De greide å gi oss et fint rom etter at vi klaget på et dårlig, dyrt rom. Vi betalte mer enn rommet sto i, men jeg tror det var fordi vi var så tidlig ute med å bestille! Så da de ga oss et flott, nyoppusset rom var alt greit😊

At det opprinnelige rommet var dyrere enn det fine vi fikk. Ubehagelig å måtte gå igjennom en slik sak. Glad de greide å hjelpe oss👍

It’s located right in front of the Sognefjord. Very beautiful location. I loved the hotel’s history as well.

Beliggenheten var ganske sentral til sentrum og vei videre. Fine rom Deilig med basseng langs fjorden

Parkering var noe begrenset og utfordrende. Kom man etter kl 19/20 sto man litt i fare for å parkere utenfor oppmarkerte plasser eller evt utenfor området.

Die Lage des Hotels ist phänomenal. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen, Alles zu erklären. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war hochwertig und ausreichend.

The most expensive hotel on our 17 night trip around Norway. Room with balcony overlooked a traffic roundabout and the bin store not the fjord. Bathroom and bedroom windows on full view to the street. Had to close blind or curtains to use bathroom and for privacy in the room. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast consisted of lower budget offerings than other hotels at this price. No lift to first floor room. Have to be able to carry own bags.

Excellent établissement ! Nous avions la suite avec vue sur le fjord , tout simplement extraordinaire !

Joli hôtel de style à l'ambiance familiale. Les aménagements extérieurs (jardin, terrasse, piscine) au bord du fjord sont très agréables. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Certains équipements devraient être présents pour un hôtel de cette catégorie : un ascenseur, une bouilloire avec du café à disposition dans les chambres et, soyons fous, éventuellement un petit frigo.
