Good location with convenient access to the mall. The housekeeping team did a very good job. Special thanks to Irfan from the pool and Shahadat who assisted with the luggage — both were helpful, respectful and professional.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. Reception did not answer my call on one occasion, and communication by phone and Booking.com chat could have been more professional and welcoming. When I initially asked reception to arrange transportation to the airport for the following morning, I was simply told to come back in the evening rather than being assisted at that time. The transportation was eventually arranged, but the driver arrived slightly late. After dropping me at the airport, I also found his manner unnecessarily rude when he told me to close the car door myself rather than handling the situation in a more courteous and professional way. I was also disappointed with the hospitality of one of the tall restaurant staff members. I found a nail on the floor and handed it to him for safety, but he took it without acknowledging me or even saying thank you. I later encountered the same staff member at Annabi Restaurant standing at the entrance without greeting or welcoming guests. My room on the 3rd floor was also noisier than expected, with noise coming from the nearby mall as well as the hallway. Management should pay more attention to staff training, communication, courtesy and basic hospitality. This is a 4-star hotel, and the overall service should reflect that standard.

Wifi keeps disconnecting. Shower water temperature not stable.

Insects are all around the executive suite And the mold is covering the ceiling and some other surfaces

1)Hotel's location was near Gardens Mall, Sun Mart and the Chinese Village. 2) Variety of breakfast items were excellent.

1)The room rate was little high. 2) The breakfast lounge was not convenient. We had to walk in the open area (hot &humid weather) in order to go to the breakfast location.

I loved everything about the property. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to mention. Everything was excellent.

the location is so perfect i don't have to go out coz we have restaurants, cafes, connected to the mall, and just a street crossing to the China market the staff were so helpful and always smiling like Marie and the two guys who works in level 3 i forgot their names the breakfast was delicious and the area was big enough thank you and i promise that this hotel will be my only staying place when i visit Salalah every time

the room was comfortable and i recommend that the management thinks about putting carpet instead of the wood floor will be comfier and Safier for the kids the tv channels should be more variety

What we loved most about Salalah Gardens Hotel was the exceptional staff and genuine hospitality. Having stayed at another big-name hotel in Salalah during the previous two years, the warmth and friendliness here completely changed my perspective on hospitality in Salalah. The breakfast was very good, and Maryam, Shamim, Samuel ( Excellent Omelets and amazing positive energy), Sourabh, and Eiei made every morning special with their friendliness and attentiveness. We also greatly appreciated Tariq from Concierge, Suheyla, Fatima, and Ahmed Gandour. Suheyla even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, which was a wonderful and memorable gesture. When we had an issue with our room, the team responded immediately and changed it for us. We also loved the hotel’s location inside Salalah Gardens Mall, with easy access to restaurants, Sun Mart, Chinese Village, and many other facilities. The rooms and amenities could benefit from some renovation, but overall, the wonderful staff, hospitality, and convenient location made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return.

everything was fine. maybe having the music band play music until 11 pm was not ok in my opinion since we sleep early.

The location is perfect attached with the mall.

Staff members took at least 3 call until provide water and 4 times for the kits.

I really like how the staff was very polite and helpful, especially Fatima, Ameera, Tareq, and Irfan, they were very helpful and even offered us all the facilities to provide us a very comfortable experience, and a very big thank you to the rest of the staff! The breakfast was great, so was the balcony view where you could see what kind of activities were being held in the center of the property. The room was also very comfortable and neat

The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping, restaurant, and pool staff. Irfan from the pool staff was exceptional and very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only issue was that when we requested drinking water at night, the receptionist informed us that complimentary water is provided only once in the morning.

The only disappointing experience was that we couldn’t get drinking water at night. It would be much better if the hotel could provide complimentary water upon request or make it available 24/7 for guests.

breakfast menu need to be enhanced. size of bed and quality of rooms need to be enhanced reception team knowledge and maintenance team nee to have more customer orientations. reception should better information about the hotel and mall facility also the city as their is no concierge for such information.

I would like to thank Mariam for her warm welcome and caring attitude at the breakfast restaurant each morning. Her kindness and hospitality made every breakfast a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

During the sleeping time, workers are working for heavy civil work in front of my room, and the full area was dusty and mud reached to my room. Also, in one of the day my Noor room was full of bachelor having party, which could not sleep.

Siempre que visitó Salalh me alojo en este hotel, me encanta la hospitalidad de los trabajadores/as, la limpieza de sus instalaciones y su bufet. Nada mas llegar a la recepción te ofrecen un zumo muy rico. La habitacion muy grande, la cama muy comoda y el baño muy grande y limpio. Quiero destacar lo amable y servicial que fue Berto, siempre atento de todos los clientes que estábamos en la zona de la piscina, limpiando y recogiendo basuras.

Todo genial no puedo decir nada negativo del hotel.
