الشقة ضيقة رغم حجزنا اكثر من غرفه - ازعاج الجيران - رائحه الطبخ من الشقق المجاوره - النظافة وخاصه في الزوايا وتحت السرير وتم ابلاغ العاملين اكثر من مره بالتنظيف ولكن لم يتغير شئ التنظيف يكون سطحيا فقط- الشقة تحتاج صيانه بعض الأبواب مكسوره والستاير قديمه - اواني المطبخ لا تصلح للاستخدام وتم شراء اواني جديده - لا توجد ادوات تنظيف او صابون في الشقة - ريموت التلفاز كان مكسور - الافطار محدود - وجود مصعد واحد فقط وعند الزحمه تنتظر الدور للصعود والبناية مكونه من 5 ادوار

Übernachte seit einigen Jahren dort. Einfache Unterkunft, aber Preis -Leistung ist super. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme immer gerne wieder. Lage ist hervorragend nahe Mall und Flughafen.

Die Bäder würden bald mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Sonst nichts zu meckern.

Останавливаюсь уже третий раз здесь. Большие апартаменты. Отдельно спальня, отдельно холл, отдельно кухня. Ну вобщем хоть пляши. Рядом магистраль, но в номере тихо. Рядом два самых больших торговых центра метров 400. На близости пляжа внимание не заостряю, потому как был на авто и ездил куда хотел. Место для стоянки есть всегда.

Видно, что отельчик стал уставать. Давно уже не было ремонта, Двери кое-где перекошены, не закрываются. В холле раньше кипела жизнь, а сейчас как-то пусто. Вобщем нужен ремонт.

Very friendly staff, all rooms were clean and spacious they had all the things prepared before we arrive, very attentive and helpful. Windows with nice city view.

I had a very pleasant stay at Star Emirates Hotel in Salalah. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and very good value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Salalah.

The place is close to all attractions and has an easy access.. The rooms were comfortable and clean..

It was not a fare value for money.. at least the kitchen could have been better equipped..

The furniture is very old which used for company workers ! Limited parking space because its shared with adjacent clothes shop. They gave me a back side room as i requested front view of the road

Cleanness is bad … furniture is old … lightening is not sufficient .. parking is not enough .. I had to ask for tissue and towels .. AC was leaking .. entrance door not closing .. beds sheets are badly smelled .. WiFi is very poor .. not worth for the money at all ..

The location is great, everything is near by the hotel

1-Their breakfast is not buffet type, so they have to wake you up daily at 8:00AM to take your break fist 2- very old furniture and the apartment was not cleaned properly, so many dirty dust and stuff were underneath the beds. 3- we had an issue where two ACs were producing sound, they took 2 to 3 hours to rectify them. 3- entire apartment, only one tissue box was available. 4- they didn’t provide is towels.

Breakfast was given only for 4 persons but at the time of booking we clearly mentioned 4 adults and one child 9 years old

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices for the stay are convenient, especially at peak season of Dhofar. The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport.

The rooms cleanliness needs improvement. The water leaks in the toilets. The hotel's policy is to clean one day and not the next. The hotel doesn't have a dining experience, as breakfast is parcelled to the rooms and the food is cold.

Not clean at all … we have asked the staff to clean the bedsheets they said its just water mark . We found the hairs as well on the new bedsheets.

I paid more than 80 OMR for single night and I stayed only half day Bcs of mosquito and old toilet 🤮

The actual property does not reflect the photos shown on web. It is very wrong to keep the Inaugural photos. The property is very unclean. It is pretty old. Not worth the amount paid.
