Front desk personnel didn't seem friendly. Was as if I was a bother when I had a need.

대체 부킹닷컴은 호텔등급을 매기는 기준이 뭔질 모르겠다. 이런 호텔이 별4개였다니... 이것을 참고하지 않았다면 내가 결코 이런 호텔을 선택했겠는가? 바로 옆에서 건설공사 현장이 있어서 낮시간에는 잠시도 호텔에 머물 수 가 없었으며, 쏘세지,밥 계란으로 나오는 조식을 이 가격으로 포함해서 받다니 직원들의 서비스 수준으로 밥을 먹는건 아니잖아요? 여튼 이가격에 이런 수준의 호텔에 묵었다는게 참으로 아쉬울따름입니다. 지금 성수기인지는 모르겠지만, 현재 가격에 딱 반만받으면 적당할 듯한 호텔입니다. 치즈칩 작은 봉투하나에 250페소 완전 바가지를 쒸울려고 작정한 듯...

There is major construction behind the place and when bringing this concern up to staff, their only solution was sorry. This is all within 15 feet of your room and it is daily, even weekends. The rooms above are also noisy as those are long term residences. The staff is completely inept and useless. The facility is noisy from the ground floor to the 3rd floor with hotel stays on the 2nd floor. We had people knocking or ringing the doorbell at 1 or 2 in the morning on multiple nights. Parking in front is limited and shallow. There is off site parking but it is away from the hotel. Upon checkout they did not offer any compensation or moving during our 3 day stay, only to offer a voucher to stay again to their place that is already terrible and the staff does nothing to assist. There are so many better options in the area that we have stayed before so do not waste your money here.

Gave the restaurant two chances for breakfast. and one for dinner (a surf and turf) Pretty crappy food. I recommend going to ABC hotel that has excellent food and is 24 hours. or t backs Water pressure was crappy in the shower showerhead was kind of funky.. First four days, there was some major construction of some extremely loud pounding happening about six hours in the daytime, so we could not stay in our room, had to move rooms. Luckily, they accommodated us. It would have been nice to know if there was construction happening on that side of the building. it would be cool if they had a machine that had lattes or coffee that was available 24 hours. The place opens up at 8am for lattes or coffee.

The construction directly behind my room was unnerving as they are building the new train from manila to clark and the construction was literally less than 100 ft from my window nothing to be done about it just bad timing for me.

Unfortunately in heavy rain ( no fault of the hotel ) the street outside is prone to flooding making it impossible to either leave or enter.

The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Nothing really. You must spend about 300-500 to get an actual meal. Also only cleaned the room one time in three days.

There were cockroaches in the room. There was no glass door in the shower area and because of that water was spreading all over the bathroom

upon check out there were 2 white people that looked to be management, one went up to the room and said 1 chocolate bar. While we didn't get charged for it, these 2 had nothing to say to us at all. Usually in my experience everyone has a positive attitude, asks how was your stay or something positive. Our flight got cancelled and I could've booked there, but I didn't only because it didn't seem like they appreciated our business. Besides that, everything was fantastic. The steps into the pool are very hard on the feet.

they’ve got big beds and location is exceptional, not too far from sm city and the airport. And you have everything that you need in your room at the reasonable price.

It has some cockroaches crawling every night, especially in the toilet and kitchen sink.

The room was fantastic what a change to go into a hotel room and find it full of character it felt like somebody had made the effort so many hotel rooms are bland not this one it made me smile. The English breakfast purchased was brilliant good quality and good value. The lady behind reception was very helpful getting us a taxi to the airport and answering or questions.

Zeer luidruchtig accommodatie, zeer gedateerd, smal balkon uitzicht op braakliggend terrein locatie grenzend aan zeer luidruchtige weg. Boekingen via booking.com allen op tweede verdieping van de toren. Men huurt geen toren om op de tweede verdieping te verblijven. De accommodatie is gedateerd en het ontbijt is zeer beperkt en vind plaats tussen 8 en 10 uur wat zeer kort is. Tevens werkt men met vouchers op datum die men moet meenemen naar het ontbijt.

The room is spacious, clean. Comfortable bed. It has a rooftop pool. They have a variety of foods to order. Location near red street but aside, so you won't be bothered by noise.

Have stayed here previously and it's a great location within east walking distance. Roof bar and restaurant are great and the staff are very friendly.

The AC switches off when you leave and on return rooms are super hot, AC needs to work overtime to even cool the room .a few cockroaches running around the kitchen area when we first walked in the door.

Eigentlich ist es für Langzeitgäste ausgerichtet. Von 13 Stockwerken wird nur der zweite Stock wie ein Hotel betrieben. Ab einer Woche ist es fast egal ob Hotel oder Dauermieter. Zimmerservice muss bei Bedarf erfragt werden. Toller Pool auf dem Dach, nur die Chemie brennt sehr in den Augen. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (Taxi zu Flughafen preiswert bestellt. Sehr frühes Anreisen war möglich) Eine vollständige Küchenzeile, wenn auch mit wenig Geschirr und Töpfen, ist vorhanden.

Das Frühstück ist ein Teller. Es sind drei Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl gestellt, alles sehr ähnlich (Zwei sind Reis mit 2 Eiern und 2 Würstchen); und ein Pot Kaffee. Die dritte Wahl ist Müsli.

Location was fine for what I needed to do. Visiting SM was easy. The food at Kandi is very good and great proportions. Children loved the chicken fingers and pizza. Dinner also very good
