Charisma Beach Resort is the perfect place to relax, offering direct access to the beach and a peaceful atmosphere. Staying here makes you imagine owning a beachfront property of your own. What made our experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome and at home throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and ideal for two guests. It was equipped with a cozy bed, air conditioning, hot shower, electric kettle, and all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant and convenient stay. The resort is also in an excellent location, with many of the area’s best restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. Overall, Charisma Beach Resort offers excellent value for money. With its relaxing ambiance, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, it is definitely a place we would recommend and happily return to.

The comfort room in Room 1 could use some upgrades. Adding a bidet and replacing the shower head would greatly improve the guest experience.

Mega Lage am so gut wie privaten Strand ‚ nichts los! Einfach ein Traum! Tolles Personal! Helfen bei allem weiter , organisieren sogar Roller und sogar ein Zimmerwechsel war kein Problem (hatte Angst vor einem Gecko 🤭)

shower is a bit difficult to navigate but otherwise worked well specially water heater. rooms are a bit small but we worked our way around it. no tv.

Estuvimos en la cabaña frente al mar. La habitación, es grande, estaba limpia, el personal muy amable.

Nuestra habitación no teníe agua caliente ni aire acondicionado pero no necesitamos ninguna de las dos cosas, preferimos tener vista al mar.

Incredible location, great staff, good AC, peaceful and comfortable. Literally right on the beach with the most beautiful sunsets, we would definitely stay again! Also next to the best massage place in Siquijor and near some awesome cafes. Loved it!

Parts of the room were a bit unfinished/damaged or dated. Also fairly small, had to push table and chairs into a corner to open the suitcase, but we didn’t really care about this.

La localización estaba muy bien, y la playa del resort era muy agradable. También bar/restaurante es un área que da gusto estar. La habitación estaba correcta.

Nos cortaron el agua 2 de 4 días sin previo aviso. Por las noches debe haber una granja de gallos al lado y desde las 3am no paraban de hacer bastante ruido. El baño es todo en uno, sin separación de la ducha con el resto del baño, lo cual creo que es común en el país, pero no deja de ser poco práctico/incómodo si no estás acostumbrado a ello.

This place was perfect for our stay. It is right on the beach. The staff was amazing and the location was close to everything but not too loud.

To be honest, when our driver first pulled up to a dark parking lot, we were a little concerned, however a security guard greeted us and took us to the bar/reception area for us to check in. I think this is common in the PI.

Lovely to be right on the beach, there was a private area with sun loungers where you could relax. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was comfortable with good air con, although there was limited floor space. In walking distance from restaurants and bars. Easily able to get a tuktuk to visit other areas of the island too. The breakfast has a few options which were pretty standard for the Philippines.

You need to ask if you want your room cleaned but we found this was quite standard on the islands and not a problem for us.

Near the sea was nice, food was great and at a good price, wasn’t crowded, nice little pool.

Bathroom needs a little work on it, shower sliding door was stuck, broken toilet roll holder, broken foot release on bin didn’t work. A tv and a small fridge in all rooms would be nice.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Charisma Beach und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft und wunderbar ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Natur zu genießen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die lockere und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Auch das Essen vor Ort war sehr lecker. Alles in allem eine einfache und sehr schöne Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe suchen.

Wenn dann nur Kleinigkeiten wie zb fehlende Kleiderbügel im Schrank und ein wackelnder Wasserhahn. Nichts besonderes. Alles in allem war es traumhaft.

L’emplacement était super, proche des restaurants et bars mais assez isolé pour être dans le calme. La piscine, les arbres, la plage et les transats étaient vraiment parfait, nous avons apprécié le cadre. La literie était confortable, clim et salle de bain super. Personnel très sympathique.

Le prix est un peu élevé. Le client est traité comme un roi alors que parfois il ne le mérite pas. Malheureusement, nous avions un couple âgés à côté de nous qui nous ont empêché de bien dormir car ils faisaient du bruit sur leur terrasse (discussion accompagnée de rot, râlement, bâillement bien bruyant) jusqu’à parfois 2h-3h du matin et parfois ça reprenait à 6h du matin… Nos nuits constamment écourtées est la seule chose qui m’a dérangé. On aurait aimé que la règle du silence s’applique à tous.. Néanmoins le séjour est vraiment agréable à côté de ça et on recommande.

Staff we super friendly and helpful. Having the beach right in front of our room was lovely in the mornings and also for sunsets (yoou can't swim in this beach though because it's always at low tide). There are also plenty of places nearby to rent a motorbike and restaurants to eat. It was also nice to cool down in the pool in the mornings before we start our day or after a long day in the afternoon.

One very minor thing is the wifi can be a weak sometimes but that's to be expected in the island.

Es ist ein Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Strand von San Juan und das Konzept. Der Hotel ist ideal für Leute, die absolute Ruhe und Erholung benötigen, wer dennoch auf den Trubel nicht verzichten möchte, Kann gerne ein bisschen weiterlaufen und hat dann auch Action wenn er es dann braucht, absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.!!🌹👍🏽🥰

This is a beautiful authentic Filipino beachside villas, the best spot on the beach. Walk into the ocean and cool off in the pool. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the luxury without the big price tag. If you want a Shangri-La this isn’t for you but if you want natural beauty and a laid back vibe with cocktails at sunset and no crowds then this is the best. The staff and owner can’t do enough for you.

La vue au coucher de soleil

Le petit dej trop cher, les fruits payants, le manque de choix au restaurant. Le moteur de la clim sur la terrasse dégageant de la chaleur et faisant du bruit. La SdB qui est inondée dès qu'on prend une douche. Les bâtiments qui ont besoin d'une sérieuse renovation. On ne demande pas de pourboire quand on paie la note finale ! etc ...

Vi elskede det her sted! Det ligger lige på stranden med en dejlig pool. Personer er super søde! Der ligger et skønt massagestef oppe ved vejen og på den anden side en lille kaffebar der både laver god kaffe og gode burgere!

Vores værelse trængte til en kærlig hånd. Men det var stort, så vi levede med, at det ikke var så hjemligt.

La piscine bien placée souvent au soleil, le bar, les transats sur la très belle plage (même si pour la baignade ce n'est pas adapté à cause de la vase et des herbiers, mais il n'y a pas mieux autour me semble-t-il). Le personnel est très accueillant, arrangeant et sympathique. La restauration est abordable et plutôt bonne même s'il y a peu de choix. Les paddles sont en libre service. Notre meilleur hôtel aux Philippines, et l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix également.

Petit problème de clim : elle fonctionnait correctement pour souffler de l'air frais, mais quelques gouttes (problème de condensation a priori) fuyaient, ce qui a mouillé une partie de mes affaires.

L'hôtel Charisma Beach Resort est un joli petit hôtel avec un standard d'hôtellerie tout à fait correct pour les Philippines. Le personnel est adorable et se pliera en 4 pour que votre séjour se passe bien. La plage devant l'hôtel est magnifique surtout à marée haute et offre un couché de soleil magnifique. Notre chambre était petite, difficile d'ouvrir deux valises dans la chambre. Elle était équipée de la climatisation. La salle de bain est correct et aux standards philippins, c'est à dire tout dans le même espace, WC, lavabo et douche (lavez-vous les dents, faites le petit pipi, rangez les affaires et douchez-vous après ;-)). L'hôtel est également équipé d'un générateur de secours pour l'électricité et c'est un bon point, les pannes sont courantes. Et encore un coup de coeur pour le personnel.

This seemed to be a nice little resort at the beach. The palm trees and restaurant were cute and the overall look very appealing. The location is great!

I think we had the worst room (#1), all the others seem to have been renovated and had real windows not only blinds. That was a huge problem cause on both sides of the resort are roosters starting to make noise at 4 am in the morning. Due to the AC cable not even the blinds were closing proberly and I could not sleep. We had to check out early and to pay another room. The bathroom was also a bit stinky and had very old amenities. The sea is not for swimming, tide is always low!

I loved everything about it, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the location was great and the views beautiful. Lovely place to just relax and unwind, so peaceful

Vi boede på Charisam Resort i to nætter og syntes, det var okay. Værelset og badeværelset var fine, rene og relativt nyrenoverede, og der var aircondition. Vi fik både almindelige håndklæder og strandhåndklæder. Poolen er også fin med masser af solstole, og personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt. Der er et hyggeligt poolbord i restaurantområdet og mulighed for at se solnedgangen – dog bag et stort bjerg i horisonten.

Stemningen på resortet er meget stille og rolig – måske lidt for rolig og en smule underlig. Man kan ikke bade fra stranden på grund af søpindsvin og lavvande. Resortet ligger desuden i ret lang gåafstand fra San Juan, så man skal leje en scooter for at komme rundt. Vi ville nok ikke bo her igen, men det er måske også, fordi vi er et par unge backpackere. Der findes andre, lidt finere steder tættere på San Juan, som vi personligt ville anbefale højere – for eksempel hytterne bag “Baha Ba’r”. Hvor stemingen er mere livlig.

Property was right on the beach and occupied a lovely space of which there was rarely more than one or two other people there. Rooms were simple and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We tried to extend our stay here another night but the property was fully booked. We had a good night’s sleep, the pillows were comfy.

Had a couple of occasions where water barely came out of the tap. Amenities weren’t above and beyond but you had the basics of what you needed.

Le dernier soir nous n’avons pas eu d’eau et cela aurait pu être mieux géré (nous n’avions pas été informés en amont et ensuite on nous indiquait que l’eau arriverait dans 5 min toutes les heures alors qu’elle n’est finalement jamais revenue)

L'emplacement, sur la plage, de notre logement, était très joli. S'endormir avec le bruit de la mer aurait pu être très agréable, hélas, le bruit du ventilateur couvrait celui des vagues. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais le choix très limité. La piscine était très agréable.

Qu'il n'y ait pas d'eau chaude n'était pas un vrai problème. Ce qui était embêtant c'est quand il n'y avait pas d'eau. Les 2 ventilateurs très bruyants n'étaient pas très efficaces pour rafraichir la chambre. Une climatisation serait la bienvenue. La chambre était grande mais rien pour poser les valises, ni pour accrocher les affaires. Et dans un pays avec d'autant d'humidité, il est bon de pouvoir accrocher les maillots mouillés. Les repas étaient très moyens. Le prix bien trop élevé pour les prestations.

Restaurant correct, agréable les pieds dans le sable. Hotel calme, au bord de l'eau.

Ambiance un peu froide, manque de vie.

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr einfach gehalten aber überzeugt mit sieben charm. Der Blick auf das Meer ist der absolute Wahnsinn und das Personal sehr nett. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir hatten ein großes, bequemes Bett.

Der Strand ist komplett vermüllt.. hier kann man leider nicht Baden gehen. Wir musste immer zu einem anderen Strand fahren. Wir hatten täglich Tiere in unserem Zimmer - wem das nichts ausmacht ist hier richtig.

Hotel juste en face de la plage, où l'on peut admirer de magnifiques couché de soleil. On était dans la chambre avec vue piscine, à pars l'isolation phonique tout était très bien. Pour une fois nous sommes tombé sur une climatisation qui ne faisais presque aucun bruit ! Nous avons pu louer un scooter directement à l'hôtel. Proche de tout en scooter et même de plusieurs restau/café à pied

Si je devais mettre juste un point négatif c'est peut être le fait que la chambre était légèrement étroite et qu'elles sont un peu sombre. Mais sinon tout était bien !

Absolument tout Le bungalow, la literie, la salle de bain mieux que la moyenne, le restaurant, leur gentillesse, la mer devant, la plage tranquille, les pieds dans l’eau…

Impossible de ne pas aimer quelque chose, sinon il faut changer d’esprit ou de lieu de vacances :)

Location and staff. Accommodation was good for the price and staff are attentive.

The mirror in the washroom is so small I would consider it as an accent than a mirror.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans une chambre au bord de mer. La chambre était très propre et nous avons passé deux superbes nuits au calme. Le personnel est très gentil et les prix très abordables pour manger sur place si vous le souhaitez. Je conseille fortement cet endroit car le coucher du soleil est splendide et le petit complexe très propre.

en premier le contact humain exceptionnel avec daisy,rose,jackie,jelyn,dinna, jang jang,vangie. toutes aussi, charmantes, arrangeantes, souriantes, arrivée sur place, nous découvrons notre bungalow en bois, face a la mer avec eau froide et son crime, mais c’est tout ce qu on aime. À notre demande elle faisait notre chambre en grand tous les jours. Elles nous ont même préparé le petit déjeuner car on part très tôt le lendemain et mis au frigidaire un petit paradis l’endroit de nos rêves. Merci. À toutes

Coupure d’électricité récurrente. Nous avions choisi la chambre sur plage sans Clim et sans eau chaude mais du coup sans électricité pas de ventilateur non plus. Tellement étouffant qu’il faut dormir tout ouvert et se faire dévorer par les moustiques car pas de moustiquaire

The location is great, you are right on the beach and it’s veeeery quiet. The pool is nice and you get to enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening! It’s very close to beautiful Tubod beach for snorkeling and swimming. Hiring a scooter from the hotel is very easy and convenient.

Charisma is located on a beach that is ALWAYS at low tide, so you’ll want to hire a scooter and explore if you want to snorkel and swim (which is absolutely fine).

Las imágenes que tienes en la web de booking deben de actualizarse ya que no se ajusta a la realidad... precio muy elevado para habitaciones que están muy desfasadas y necesitan con urgencia mantenimiento!!!

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel !! De mensen aan de receptie doen alles om het naar je zin te hebben !! Vroeg ontbijt, snelle service enz....

De kamer moet Dringend een vernieuwing ondergaan ! De gordijnen vallen van de muur, geen airco, geen kapstok of kast, de wc en douche ruimte moet opgeknapt worden, ... Het was een stap terug in de tijd van oude kamers in de hippie tijd ! Het personeel mag nog zo goed zijn best doen. Als de eigenaar geen vernieuwingen doet....
