Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The staff are genuinely kind and approacheable, breakfast is superb. I had a good night sleep.
I like the overall "look" and style of the hotel and the central air system in each room. The restaurant has good food and the servers are nice.
The beds are rock hard. The wifi is hard to connect to and randomly disconnects while using. The water pressure is very low in the shower. The biggest complaint is that I requested a couple of things ahead of time by messaging, received an email confirming that they received my requests and would be able to accommodate them, only to discover when I arrived that those things were not in place. If there is any suggestion I have for any hotel, restaurant, or service business is to actually listen to what the customer is saying and then actually fulfill that request.

Nothing
The service quality was poor
Location is great.
Room quite small for 2 adults.
No hot water at all, no hair dryer. No iron…
No hot water!
Lovely hotel and stay are exceptional , very helpful and go above and beyond . You should pay them more for all the hard work they do.
Nothing
單人房型空間不大,但也不會感覺狹小,舒適乾淨,性價比高。
Convenient for visiting the family .
Booked two rooms and another extra 1 room .The listing is misleading. It states that children can stay for free from 3-8 years old, but when requesting a bed for my 3-year-old, the hotel charged 1,800 pesos for a simple foam mattress. On top of that, the room had insects, and instead of offering an upgrade or a proper solution, the hotel actually downsized the room in the evening. Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised.
Tout! Super hôtel à 10 mins de l’aéroport et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien sentir!
Rien
near coffee shop and clean
near busy highway
Nice hotel and good service.
I really like Andrea hotel to stay every time I'm in vacation, the receptionist was very accommodating and they very polite, the ambiance is very nice restaurant is good and have a coffee shop, swimming pool was nice too, overy all I like to stay in this hotel, thank you
Modern hotel with clean and spacious enough rooms. The location is excellent, with a spa center nearby. Overall, it serves as a great resting spor for those on a road trip.
For breakfast, there's a limit on the number of cups of coffee available - only one per person
Fast desk service check in & out Expressed
Dine in service Ordered foods drinks takes ages
Was very neat and tidy, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly
No fridge, water pressure in the shower was very poor. Plus it was impossible to reach the shower head for my partner.
Loved everything about the room, the facilities but the staff were the real gems. Wonderful people and treated me very well.
The room I was in needed to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom. The staff offered to relocate me but I told them I was okay but wanted to let them know about the need for hooks in the bedroom. Other than that, truly, my stay was wonderful
I booked a Deluxe Queen Room and the picture shows exactly what it looks like from the inside but there are a “few” problems. Some staff (housekeeping, some night staff, and security) were very friendly and understanding which made my stay bearable. It’s in the city centre. However my city view wasn’t a view but a WALL.
I found that the descriptions on Booking.com doesn’t entirely reflect the rooms of this hotel (the one I stayed in). It promised a “bath” but the staff didn’t seem to know what it was and was told at check in that it was only offered for the suite. It also promised a “City View” yet I was given a room where the windows overlooked a WALL! There’s no IRON in the room and they charge for it as well! There’s no hair dryer in the room so you’ll have to ask the reception downstairs. The WIFI in the room is VERY WEAK! I had to call the reception to ask them to sort it out as I couldn’t get any wifi in my room. The breakfast is very small and the coffee is not even up to standard. With this I mean it doesn’t taste like coffee at all. Plus if you have visitors in the morning and ask them to join for breakfast, the charge is almost 300 pesos per person which I think is a bit too steep considering the portion sizes. The pool, during my first breakfast, we discovered there was a dead cockroach and other dead insects just floating around the pool. The water isn’t very clean. So my guest and I ended up having insect bites and left the pool early. Whilst one of the rules of the pool is to not make unnecessary noise, the staff setting up a party at the conference room next to the pool were blasting EXTREMELY LOUD and repetitive music to which annoyed me as well. The room is decent but I’d wake up in sweat because I’d wake up to a dark room and turned off air conditioning although there was no timer whatsoever which really made my stay even worse. They promised sound proofed walls but you could literally hear people walking up and down the corridor. Also the bell, is unnecessary loud! Unfortunately I have more negative reviews than a positive one due to my experience in this hotel and my expectations. For the price you pay, you’re supposed to be treated fairly well yet this hotel is not worth the money at all. There are better hotels in Cauayan City.
Overpriced. Hotel had facilities like gym and bar but it was not operational during the period of stay.
Materials used in the rooms does not provide enough soundproofing.
location is accessible
staff is a bit lack of communication and wifi seems like it has a problem every day
Accommodation in the swimming pool was great
No airport shuttle
Hotel Andrea looks and feels like a western country facility. Being new helps of course, but the price soon starts to look like 'a good deal'. The linen was crisp and the towels white & soft. We were very pleased overall.
The menu in the dining was limited and the sirloin stake was returned because the beef was tough! There were no facial tissues in the room.
The entire experience was excellent. A world class hotel. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.
Everything was excellent.
perfect for a short stay, it is close the the airport. very good facilites and great Wifi connection. staff is very nice
food is more expensive than the usually but there are loads of restaurants nearby. there is a very local restaurant on the left of the hotel (green painting inside) all traditional cheap food, they never saw tourists so the ambiance was really good we shared food with them and their family, great experience. you should try it :)
My wife and I visit Philippines regularly and travel around the world in between. Hotel Andrea, recently renovated, is the best hotel in Luzon. Our Exec Suite would be a great room, anywhere in the world,
Everything is excellent in every respect.
Nice people and helpful staff. fair price.
Had some issue with the shower hot water but they fixed it.
I liked that they have hot and cold shower. Bed and pillows are comfy.
I didnt like that the room has no fridge, room slippers, and robe(but maybe we should have booked the pricier room type, err my bad). And worst, toilet flush is defective! Some of the staff are a bit rude. Tends to look down on you if you're not posh looking. But most of them makes up for the rude ones. Housekeeping, waiters and concierge assistants are very accommodating. Oh, breakfast option is very much limited. You will end up eating the same meal every morning!. Complimentary coffee mix of Andrea is too sweet, borders on sugar syrup :/
well located … clean and friendly staff
nothing
It is a very modern hotel, very comfortable
I didn't like that the front desk people are seated when attending to guests who are checking in. Please don't put chairs on the front desk as their tendency is to seat. which is really really bad. the five star hotels don't do that, and so if you have less stars, you can't even think about sitting while attending to a checking in guest.
