The Maximilian Hotel

This was our 2nd visit and we decided to come for our 4th of July 🇺🇸 Independence Day weekend. 1. The customer service is absolutely amazing from the front desk, restaurant staff, house keeping and etc. 2. Lightning fast check in/check out. 3. The shower in the room is fantastic and providing towels while swimming is great as well. 4. Free breakfast is good for the family.

1. We requested a pool view room but the room that we got is blocked by bushes. 🤦‍♂️ 2. I mentioned this the first time I stayed but these Cauayan flies in the restaurant and snack bar lounge are irritating when you are trying to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. 3. For the price you pay 💰 for lodging, food and etc, we would expect to be able to watch Netflix, Disney or etc. We are told that the hotel doesn’t provide T.V. services. 4. Please update the menus in the rooms and restaurants. A lot of items aren’t available.

The breakfast was amazing. I loved the many options including soup, fried rice, eggs, meat (longonisa, tapas, etc) juices, puto, biko, coffee depending on the day.

I wish they included face towels as standard.

- As soon as you entered the hotel, wifi automatically worked! - The staff was absolutely top notch with their customer service! - The steak in the restaurant, tacos and pulled pork sandwiches in the bar area were phenomenal. Best food I’ve had at any hotel in the provinces. - We were able to move to a king size room for an upgrade of 1000 pesos for the 2nd night. - Was able to check in alittle early as well which was great!

- At the restaurant and bar we had a few flies that were pretty annoying. - We stayed in the Queen room the first night. Definitely way smaller than I thought and real noisy at night. - I found out during check out that they have laundry services. Recommend put prices in the room or letting customers know during check in.

Das Frühstück in Buffet Form war reichhaltig und sehr gut . Bei Nachfragen wie z.B. Messer oder Getränke wurde alles schnellstmöglich an den Tisch gebracht . Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr sauber . Der Pool war ausreichend für Kinder und Erwachsen. Und Liegen gab es auch genug . Extra Handtücher wurden an den Pool gebracht auf Nachfrage . Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel mehr als sehr gut und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Noch ein Satz zum Personal : Dieses ist ausgesprochen gut geschult und geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein sowie auch die Freundlichkeit außergewöhnlich super ist

Alles war Perfekt und freue mich wieder dort einbuchen zu können

The staff is asking for 25k just to take pictures of ourselves, we did not ask for a service we just wanted to make sure it was ok to take pictures and they proceeded to sale me a package starting at 25k only to take pictures ourself, can't share photos as I don't want to be billed for it

Breakfast is good and location too. hotel is clean and orderly maintained.

breakfast for kids should be free up to 7 years old. just a suggestion.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit einem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und überaus hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Wir werden das Hotel beim nächsten Zwischenstopp wieder buchen!

I honestly don't think you can improve

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

There was not hand or face towels.The supply only 1 toilet paper and it wasn't enough. The balcony was dirty. You expect from a hotel near the airport to give a complimentary transfer but instead they ask for a ride of 4 minutes 150 php per pax. The breakfast was poor

Very noisy as had a big group of young people there who were running and yelling and knocking on everyone’s doors. The breakfast was very limited and overcooked. It took three days for them to fix the television.

The hotel and staff are very accommodation, the restaurant at the lobby have delicious food to choose from.

Our room were reserved via booking.com but when we were there the reception said that its not that big so we were asked to upgrade it and so we did but we added a fee again..so its like a cost of 2rooms...we were askinf if an additional bed would be added but instead an upgrade plus a cost of an another bed 3200 was added ro the initial 3k plua reservartion.

My room was very spacious. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The ambiance of the pool was very relaxing and soothing. I loved that there was a mini gym w/ a treadmill, so I was able to at least shed some calories during my short stay. The best in Isabela this far!

A resort feeling at an inner city hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff gave exemplary service. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was cozy and relaxing. We had been staying at a different hotel here in the past, but from now on we will stay here. Ours was a short stay, and we didn't have time to jump into the pool. Next time.

It's our go to hotel whever we go home to Isabela, it's near the airport and the mall. I liked how the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Food was great and the rooms were clean.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the hotel is very nice and the staff is generous. They have a restaurant and a coffee bar, which is comfortable. They offer shuttles to the airport, which is convenient and not expensive. The airport is very close by. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Shower was excellent.

A lot of the stuff in our room didn’t work (bedside lamp, apps on the tv, safety box). We didn’t have a lot of variety at breakfast. Some of the dishes on the menu were non-available and not enough options for vegetarians.

No wifi, smart tv did not work, cracy loud people until midnight, loud music at 7 in the morning, loud street, very poor choice at brakefast, butter smelt old, .....

Nice place. We had an issue with people being very loud up and down the corridors at night but that’s not really the staff’s fault.

Location of the hotel is on a one mile away from the airport. The location is clean and safe the rooms or spacious. The swimming pool is nice and clean frint desk staff is very professional room service is also good good selections

Breakfast is ok, could hv been better

Guards and other staff members were cordial and nice, except for that one lady who apparently needs more training to do her job right.

The lady at the front desk who accommodated us during our check-in process talks like she's memorized all her lines. No eye contact, no emotions. Took her a good amount of scolding before she uttered the words "I apologize". The room we were transfered to was planned poorly, with the sink outside in front of a bed. And with the bed, we were given 2 separate beds when our initial request was one. The place is poorly air-conditioned and ac doesn't even do it's function to go lower than 17 which is apparently still considered as "summer" heat.

The location was excellent- it was near the airport. The staff were accommodating & friendly.
