The stuff was super friendly kind and helpful Location is amazing And I love to chill in the common areas. All the garden is very high maintenance and look very good and welcoming. I stayed for two weeks

There was one big issue a privacy issue They the resort guard he was invading my privacy How I park who I stay with every time I go back to the resort he would jump to see if I’m alone. If I wasn’t alone, and I invited a guest, he would read me a policy about him staying for 30 minutes or less and making my guest uncomfortable. I talked to the reception about it, and they didn’t do anything about it It’s just happened day after the day and I really felt uncomfortable there. If I bring a guest charge me a fine. Don’t scare my guest. Every time I would go out, he would question if I’m coming back and when

Such a lovely peaceful spot right in the middle of town. The pool is great and the room is very clean!

A few more sun beds round the pool would be great.

De unterkunft war einfach klasse nicht mit der ein oder anderen sache die besser hätte sein können aber niemand ist perfekt. aber das Staff hat alles sofort adressiert und war die ganze zeit extrem freundlich. und für den preis unschlagbar. würde ich immer weiter empfehlen. da ist man für den preis schon ganz anderes gewohnt in Südost Asien. und wir waren eine 13 gruppe und sie waren für uns alle immer zurstelle

Etwas ist im bad kaputt gegangen aber die mitarbeiter haben sich gleich darum gekümmert und eine lösung gefunden. es kann immer mal was kaputt gehen also hat es uns nicht gestört

The room is awesome for its price. The bathroom was spacious and the design is very calming! The staff was super kind too. I got super drunk and woke up in the cottage next to mine but all I got was a friendly warning that guests had checked in that room the next day so I should be careful! No extra costs for my mistake! When I was to go home, the staff arranged my pickup to the airport! Very caring staff. They also offer scuba diving packages!

I suppose I expected some items like toothbrushes and toothpastes as I always had them in hotels but I suppose it's alright. There are also mosquitoes around the garden but it's to be expected. Perhaps I should bring in some mosquito repellants when I get back.

Great accommodation and comfortable bed. Large bathroom and unique shower. The garden around the resort was beautiful and tranquil. The pool was great for a swim or a dip in the evenings. All the staff were friendly and pleasant as well as the guard at night.

The hotel staff Ghrace and Ernie were amazing, they helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of everything.

schöne anlage, grosses zimmer, personal ist sehr freundlich. war einfach nicht so überzeugt von siargao selbst. die strände sind alle felsig und sehr flach und man muss für die meisten einritt zahlen. aber dafür kann das hotel nichts

hatte einmal eine fette kakarlake im bad. aber das ist normal in tropischen ländern

Das Resort war einfach super das Personal sehr net und hilfsbereit egal was man brauchte die waren für einen da. Haben uns bei den Tagesausflügen gute Tips gegeb und alles für uns gemanagt. Zimmer wurde Täglich gereinigt und Frische Handtücher gebracht. Der Pool war in einem Super zustand und auch Täglich gepflegt.Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder dort hin.gehen.

It was absolutely amazing to stay at Palaka, staff was so friendly and always keen to help us, lovely kitchen space and the room was gorgeous. We were remote working and internet always worked great for us! Location is great as there are plenty of restaurants around!

Wir haben uns sehr auf einen schönen Urlaub und eine schöne Unterkunft auf Siargao gefreut. Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage mit schwarzem Schimmel befallen. Man roch es auch stark und mein Freund und ich haben schon nach kurzer Zeit Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Wir wollten auf keinen Fall eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft bleiben, leider konnte man uns kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Daraufhin sind wir abgereist und die Unterkunft weigert sich uns das Geld zurück zu erstatten obwohl wir nicht einmal eine halbe Stunde in Zimmer waren. Absolute Frechheit!!!! Buche Sie auf keinen Fall hier, wenn Ihnen ihre Gesundheit am Herzen liegt.

מלון מצוין למי שמחפש איזון בין פינוק לשפיות כלכלית. הוא לא הכי זול באזור, אבל מבחינתנו התמורה למחיר מעולה, והתחושה היא של ריזורט קטן ואינטימי. המיקום מרכזי מאוד, ממש על גנרל לונה, אך בלי הרעש וההמולה של הרחוב עצמו. החדרים מרווחים, נעימים ונוחים, והצוות אדיב וזמין תמיד לכל בקשה או עזרה. הבריכה כיפית ונעימה ומוסיפה לאווירה הכללית של המקום. חשוב לציין שדלת החדר היא חלון הזזה, כך שאין סגירה הרמטית ובידוד מלא מרעשים. בנוסף, הצוות עזר לנו לסגור ואן לשדה התעופה, ויש גם אפשרות להשכיר אופנועים ישירות מהמלון. בסך הכל, התמורה שמקבלים בהחלט שווה את המחיר והשהות הייתה מוצלחת מאוד.

בבקרים יש שם צלילות היכרות מה שיכול קצת להשפיע אם רוצים להכנס לבריכה (כדי לא להפריע- אבל אפשר להכנס)

Horrible infrastructure, disrespectful attitude, black water coming out of the sink every morning, and sometimes the water doesn’t work at all. On the last night, we asked to be compensated for at least one night due to the terrible experience we went through, and we were spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way, as if we were lying. Stay away.

Pool area was very comfortable. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Grace was really helpful and willing to provide information on surrounding sites. The beach across the way was nice.

The size of the room is quite small. The door to our room was tricky, hard to open and lock. The curtains needs an upgrade.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Resort liegt mitten im Geschehen, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem und der Wasserdruck ist top. Das Personal ist total lieb und kümmert sich um den Transport zum Resort. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :-)

The staff were friendly and helpful. We rented a motorbike from them with ease and they sorted out transport from and to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and aircon worked well. The location was great in the middle of it all but didn’t keep us an awake at night security was good.

The room was a little tired, the laminate flooring was lifting where I assume they’ve had a few leaks from the bathroom as we had a leak but they sorted quickly. Also the bathroom ceiling was leaking on our last morning but again they looked concerned and we felt they would sort. Towels were a little old and not so white but I guess that’s just being on an island without modern facilities

We had a beautiful stay at Palaka. The grounds are gorgeous and it is in a fabulous location close to restaurants and shops. The staff are absolutely amazing. Our son got sick while we were staying and they were extremely kind and caring, offering advice and assistance. The kitchen facilities are also great and we met some other lovely people while there. I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Jeff & team!

The property is incredible, so spacious, in the best location but tucked away enough that you don’t hear any of the noise at night. We never wanted to leave! Pool was a huge added bonus, but what really topped it off for us were the staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible stay. Jeff made our whole experience here, sharing all his recommendations and also just a really cool dude to hang out with. 100% will be back

Such a relaxing stay. Spacious rooms, location super great and I loved the pool to cool down. Surrounded by large beautiful plants which gave a feeling of tropical privacy. Staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.

NOTHING - When we arrived the pool was under reconstruction, and this was not mentioned to us prior to our arrival. The rooms were small and uninviting. Bathroom below substandard

Where do I start - Rooms were small - bathroom standard was very low - towels were small and grey - Location across the road from the beach - Pool was CLOSED as it was being renovated and we were not informed prior to arriving. Felt more like a Hostel as the Common Room - Lounge/kitchen and reception was shared and open to elements and heat. We lasted 2 nights and walked away finding something amazing on the beach that included breakfast for less than we were paying here. We didn't complain, just went to reception gave our keys in and walked away loosing our money we had already paid - Best decision as our replacement accomodation was amazing. I regret it now as I disliked the place so much I didn't take any pictures

Leider war der Pool aufgrund von Reparaturarbeiten nicht verfügbar, wurde aber auch immer gut kommuniziert. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, fällt das Resort jedoch in Sachen Personal (Proaktiv, neue Handtücher rauslegen, etc) und Zimmer (Kissen etwas muffig, keine Seife am Waschbecken, etc) ab.

Great location. Staff and communication on WhatsApp was very helpful and the shuttles etc. rooms were clean and a nice size. Fridge in the Room was handy also.

The pool was getting refurbished and they didn’t notify us. Although they did give us some money back. Standard in the room could be a little bit higher.

La piscina no estaba abierta por tareas de mantenimiento, y no nos avisaron hasta el día de antes de la llegada.

Location was very good. It’s central and on the main road. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was particularly nice and spacious.

When it rained a lot the ceiling in our bedroom leaked. The pool had been closed for repairs but we weren’t made aware of this at the time of booking.

不確定是否因為游泳池正在整修中，進入酒店大門後，兩旁的植物長得很高，很像走進森林中，有種壓迫的感覺，不如照片廣角的寬敞。 進入房間時，地板有顆粒感，且異常的潮濕，即使開了整晚的冷氣、除濕，也都沒有改變潮濕的狀況，以至於我們開啟了噪音很大的電風扇吹了整晚的地板。 枕套也有異味，靠近床頭的地方霉味很重，希望清潔的部分可以加強。 第二天請房務人員整理後，房間的狀況好了些，所以我們懷疑第一晚是不是忘記清潔？但潮濕的狀況並沒改善。 此外，房間門是大落地窗，隔音效果不好，在房間內都可以清楚聽到外部人員在小石子路上走路的聲音。 廁所的部分可能因為島上是使用淡化海水，所以鐵鏽味很重，建議刷牙洗臉使用飲水機的飲用水。 最後一點，住宿三晚的期間跳電跳了2-3次...當時颱風根本還沒靠近，我不確定颱風過境的狀態如何。 綜合上述，覺得性價比不符，可以理解為何有些評價不懂高得分的緣由，此價位應該可以有更好的選擇。

Really lovely room, with modern split AC which isn't always common in the Philippines. Very comfy bed in a well decorated room. Off the tourism road surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in process with no hassle. Would stay again.

The pool is under construction, once it's done this place will be great.

The property was in good area with lots to do around. They had everything you needed in one place we could order a shared van with them to airport , rent motorbikes and they even have a padi center that offered diving etc .

The pool was under construction which we were not told about till we already book which led to plastic being hung up on half the property . Luckily most of the construction noise wasn’t too bad as they started pretty early . Also the water pressure was terrible and you only had pressure if you the water was very hot

La ubicación es muy buena, se llega al "centro" caminando pocos minutos. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor. La habitación es muy buena, la cama un sueño, super cómoda, con 2 almohadas para cada uno. Todo muy limpio, te llenam las botellas de agua del frigobar cada día. El baño grande, con espacio para poner tus cosas, espejos en el baño y en la habitación. El personal muy amable y siempre listo para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Habíamos elegido Palanka y no otro con puntuación semejante, por la piscina. Después de reservarlo, nos enviaron un mensaje que la piscina estaba en mantenimiento, pero nos han dejado usar la piscina del Hotel Bravos, que está delante, con un credito diario para consumir algo en la piscina nel valor de 400PHP. También nos han dejado translado al aeropuerto. El espacion exterior super chulo, con muchas plantas y flores, muy agradable, y un espacio con cocina si te apetece cocinar algo.
