La ubicación excelente, al lado de todos los restaurantes, sitios para salir, playas para hacer surf. Overall si eres joven y grupo de amigos, ok.

las condiciones del baño bastante mal, 3 de los 5 dias no tuvimos agua durante bastante rato, y cuando teniamos agua, olia a cloaca. Baño pequeño. La cama muy inocomoda, las almohadas tampoco eran geniales.

Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede locatie, leuk zwembad en redelijk geprijsd. Aanrader als je naar Siargao gaat.

The room has no TV or refrigerator, and the electricity cuts out occasionally. I rented for three days, and on the last day, reception turned off the electricity to the room at 10:00 AM, which is unacceptable for guests.

Staff are beyond friendly, rooms is so clean, the cleaner folded all my clothes in my room perfectly without being asked and again the staff are so kind.

Great location in General Luna, close to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful during our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low at times, but overall it didn’t affect our stay too much.

El complexe esta força ben cuidat a nivell de vegetacio. Esta ben situat, a 10min caminant al carrer principal. L’habitacio be, correcta. Sembla a les fotos mes del que es, aixo si.

L’atencio del personal, com que anaven massa per feina. Aparentment, amabilitat. No estava fet el llit individual del tot. Vaig demanar que el fessin i em van donar llençols perque el fes jo. Vaig haver de dir que no era la meva feina. Rectificaven, aixo si. El matalas del llit individual feia panxa. Canvi de tovalloles cada 3 dies.

Location was really good, walking distance to main restaurants and bars in General Luna. They tidy up the bedroom so well , the bed is nicely done and they even folded some Of our clothes. The staff is super nice and friendly. Pool was clean and water temperature perfect.

The bathroom had a terrible smell that would make the whole bedroom stinky. If you leave the bathroom door closed is not too bad, you get used to the foul smell. Please install some hooks to hang towels and a drying hack for clothes.

Locatie is top, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden op loopafstand. Kamer is heel ruim en schoon. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam; regelen transport voor je overal naar toe, je kan ook een scooter huren bij het verblijf.

Er hangt een beetje een rioollucht in de badkamer. Wij hadden hier in de “slaapkamer” verder geen last van, dus vonden het verder niet heel storend

Locatie is op loop afstand naar de drukke straat. Je hebt een watertap wat chill is zodat je altijd water kan drinken. De kamer was mooi en netjes! Personeel vriendelijk! Ook kan je scooters huren bij de accommodatie.

Douche was erg wispelturig, niet echt warm. Vaak ijskoud gedoucht wat niet echt lekker was.

Anyone who is wondering where to stay in Shirgao, this is the best place there is! Excellent service, warm attitude, funny people. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back there again.

Clean, cozy, near the main town, all tuk tuk drivers knew where it was. Beds were very comfortable, shower big and staff amazing. Specially Junbert, very attentive with us!

Perfect location, lovely large rooms, cared for gardens, quiet surroundings, only 5 minute walk to all the bars and nightlife. 6 minutes to the beach. Lovely staff very freindly. Comfy beds and cool quiet rooms

They said we couldn’t have guests round, but luckily we’d booked each room for 2 people anyway.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Really nice and helpful staff! Water refill available, fan, AC and warm water. Quiet location but not very close to beach and restaurants - walkable but more convenient with scooter (rental available).

the pool was nice to jump into after surf session and spend in the afternoon to cool down. AC'ed room is fantastic and the room is spacious with 2 bunkbed for extra people. everyday housekeeping make the room fresh. no complaints. landscaping is nicely done with many plants. the staff is very kind and WhatsApp you the information for Siargao wheres good to go and party, etc.

my room was one of the furthest back unit in the property so i had to walk a bit to get to my room, - however, which meant less people passing by front of your room and people in the pool.

Staff were absolutely amazing, they were trying to manage issues, building works, room moves and did it all with such professionalism and kindness.

Construction work / maintenance meant we had to move room. Some rooms are more updated than others. Cost could have been a bit better.

J’ai aimé la situation géographique et la piscine

J’ai vraiment été très déçue par cet hôtel. La chambre n’est absolument pas aux normes : quand j’ai branché ma prise, tout le boîtier électrique est tombé du mur et seule une prise sur deux fonctionnait. La douche ne correspond pas du tout aux photos, les toilettes non plus. La chambre est extrêmement humide, mal entretenue et très bruyante, surtout parce qu’elle est située juste derrière l’accueil. Rien n’est représentatif par rapport aux photos ou à la description.

Конечно оценивать это можно только в критерия острова Сиаргао) Жилье на острове - самый проблемный момент. По меркам Сиаргао - отличный отель. Адекватный персонал и около вменяемые цены. Бассейн регулярно чистили. Персонал отзывчивый. Много дополнительных услуг - вроде продажи мелочей на ресепшн и аренды транспорта.

А вот по меркам любого другого мира - отель, конечно, ну такое) Вся мебель и ремонт очень самопальный. Эта концепция по кроватям 2+1 или 2+2 - эта какое-то или свингер лобби на острове либо очень много путешествуют с детьми. Но детей я там не видел))) Уборка постоянно все путает и забывает, постоянно нужно напоминать. Очень мало места для вещей в номере.

Personnell on site was absolutely amazing and the location is quite idylic.

In the nights we stayed we were moved several times due to leaking roofs. This put a dent in some of our plans on the island, but is also not warranting the relative high rates for this accommodation. When asked for a (partial) refund, there has to this date been no response from their HQ, even with the local staff agreeing on our complaints.

The staff the 2 receptionist I forgot their names one of them wearing glass very helpful and accommodated us nicely and the guard was very helpful as well. We enjoyed will definitely come back. All the staff they are welcoming. ❤️ My favorite is the kitchen quiet and peaceful.

Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en kan van alles voor je regelen. De kamers zijn ook enorm fijn en ruim!

Jammer dat er geen ontbijt mogelijk was en dat het zwembad nog niet in orde was. Ook de riool lucht in de badkamer bij vlagen is minder prettig.

Increíble experiencia. Repetimos dos veces en nuestras semanas en la isla. El personal es encantador, la ubicación perfecta para ir caminando, puedes alquilar moto en el mismo hotel y la cocina es fantástica para hacer el desayuno. Un acierto!

Nuestra estancia en Blauset Two ha sido excelente. El hotel ofrece una relación calidad-precio muy buena, está muy bien cuidado, con labores de mantenimiento constantes y una limpieza impecable. Además, cada dos habitaciones comparten una cocina totalmente equipada con utensilios, lo cual es perfecto si quieres cocinar algo por tu cuenta. La ubicación también es ideal: en una zona tranquila, pero a solo 10 minutos caminando del ambiente más animado de Siargao. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de las chicas de recepción, Shai y Jecel. Son encantadoras, siempre amables y atentas. Cada día se interesaban por nuestros planes para ofrecernos recomendaciones y ayudarnos en todo lo posible. Nos facilitaron una lista con los mejores restaurantes de la zona, excursiones recomendadas y también ofrecen servicio de alquiler de motos, lo cual fue muy práctico. Sin duda, repetiríamos nuestra estancia en este hotel para disfrutar de unos días en Siargao. ¡Recomendado!

The staff was excellent!!! Speedy service and extremely kind

No real blankets, only sheets, and when I requested a blanket they just gave more sheets. For the price point you would expect real bedding. Tiny mirror, no hot water in the shower, AC only had one setting and it was extremely cold. I feel like for the price we paid it was really not a good deal at all. The hotel also helped to book us on one of the worst tours I’ve ever been on, and there wasn’t a proper notice of the travel time involved in that tour. Also, 10am checkout is really early for the price point. If it was high season and the room cost any more than I paid, I would feel really ripped off.

Todos los gatos que hay en el hotel y por las habitaciones. Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la zona ajardinada, el paseo hasta la habitación, la amplitud de la misma y la celeridad de las respuestas del personal (aunque no siempre pudieran satisfacer nuestras necesidades). Las dos chicas de recepción son muy eficientes: Shy y Jiselle.

Las direcciones que reciben en recepción llaman mucho la atención. Por ejemplo, entre otras, te cobran por todo, hasta por los libros de tercera y cuarta mano que tienen en recepción. No hay una buena comunicación y te dan mensajes contradictorios entre whatsapp, Booking y el personal de recepción. Quien contestara por Booking no pudo solucionarnos las 2 horas de espera que pasamos al sol, mientras llegaba (y a donde llegaba, nadie lo sabía) la furgoneta del hotel que nos recogía del aeropuerto a nuestra llegada (¡menudo recibimiento!). Uno de los días que nos llovió, no nos dejaron ninguno de los paragüas de los 10 que tenían en el paraguero de recepción. El parking es inseguro, nuestra moto, uno de los días, apareció con el freno roto y totalmente arañada de un lado.

L’allotjament era comfortable, ben localitzat, el personal era molt agradable i t’ajuden a contractar excursions organitzades

Les fotos són una mica enganyoses, el lloc està bé però per les fotografies t’esperaries molt més, sobretot per la piscina que és molt petita i les tumbones no estan en bon estat

La limpieza era excepcional. Te hacían la cama y ordenaban la habitación a diario.

Todo fue genial y no hay nada que no nos gustase
