Great little hotel in a fantastic central location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Lovely big clean room.

停车位有限，跟酒店人员沟通有点困难。

租给朋友住的，两夫妻讲床很大很舒服，妻子觉得房间不够大，丈夫觉得刚好，只是是临时订的没有更多选择，房间比较靠前所以会有点杂音

可能是零时决定选的没有其他房间了住在比较靠近大路房，街上车行声音会有点打扰

3rd stayed, I keep returning because of the unbeatable location near Lee Garden (6 mins walk), Kim Yong Market, 7-11, Qiu Ge Pork Leg Rice 秋哥. Beautiful building. Well maintained as previously visit, Clean. well trained & courteous staff. Worth the money.

What a lovely hotel. Quiet room, comfy bed, everything appearing to be quite new. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Close to train station which was great for us.

The Lantern Hotel is small but the room is very well appointed. There's even a dehumidifier in the room. The hotel reception remembers its guests. They provide a car park space as promised. The hotel is only 7 minutes away from the night bazaar and the centre of the city.

There's nothing I don't like about the hotel.

della struttura non posso dire nulla ma la città risente ancora dei danni dell’alluvione di novembre ‘25 . comunque come sosta di una notte per o da la Malesia si può fare ….

Proximity to train station.

It was definitely not clean. The hotel personal could have tried to help but did not.

Väldigt sköna sängen och väldigt bra kvalitet på sängkläder. Dekoration av rummet är jätte trevligt och genomtänkt. Vattnet i duschen är jätte bra, dofta ljuvligt av shampoo och tvål. Personal är så hjälpsamt att kalla Grabs åt oss.

We were guests 3 weeks after the major floods in HatYai. Understandably they were still painting, varnishing and cleaning up downstairs. We were at the 3rd floor without difficulty. The elevator was working 🙏

The noises from the corridors can be heard in the room

The hotel locates in a great location, close to every must-visit attractions and famous street food stalls.

Not enough parking space.

The decor of the hotel is very cute and very on theme. The rooms were clean and modern with a modern bathroom as well. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the location was also great. It's only a 10 minute walk from Lee Garden and restaurants. They also have a power board in the room that lets you use any type of plug. This was highly convenient for me as I forgot to take my international adapter. The power board also had USB charging points.

Having had the room at the front of the building, I could hear a bit of the noise from the road, particularly from loud motorbikes and loud vehicles. The first night I was awoken by the sound of vehicles at around 11.45pm. However it quiets down after that and can't hear much for the rest of the night. My relatives in the rooms in the middle and back of the building couldn't hear anything. So it's only the rooms at the front.

The property has nice design rooms at a reasonable price. Breakfast is not included and there is only some items available at the coffeeshop below. We even has a carpark so we were lucky

Not much actually..the room is a bit small and the lamps near the beds a bit too much but overall we had a very good stay (second time)

Probably one of the best properties to stay in Hat Yai.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned to the customer service team that I had an issue with the shower, and they resolved it very quickly. The café downstairs was also excellent! The hotel is close to the lively area, just about an 8-minute walk.

In the quieter part of the city centre just 10 mins walk to Lee Garden area. Newly renovated and the staff are friendly.

The shower cubicle is a bit small but sufficient. The hotel charged me 200Baht for replacing my key card which I have lost which was unusual since it is only on one occasion.

Everything was perfect, from check in process, amenities and very comfortable room. It is also conveniently located to many stalls and massage places.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Lantern Hatyai Hotel. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Hat Yai. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Having parking available was a definite plus since we drove.

However, the room size was quite small for our family, and parking spaces were limited. Despite these minor points, we'd still recommend the hotel, especially for short stays.

The hotel location is very near the busy food and shopping area. The hotel is small but with a good design and layout. The hotel front desk (Miss Lin) is excellent. She is very helpful and accomodating. The room is not big but spacious enough. The bed sheet is of a high quality cotton which makes it very smooth and silky.

The shower room could be slightly bigger.
