Reviewed May 7, 2026The room was spacious, which was a positive point. However, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The carpet was extremely dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot, especially since disposable slippers were not provided. Hygiene was a major concern during my stay. In several corners of the room, there were signs of poor cleaning, including lizard droppings and even what appeared to be hatched lizard eggs. This made the overall environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Because of these issues, my stay was not pleasant, and I did not feel at ease throughout. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026The beds were very comfortable with exeptional linen. The electric sockets were the best we have found in Thailand, with plenty of them and they were the correct way up too. They could take a mosquito liquid plug in. We had USB plugs for phones too. The shower was second to none. It was absolutely 10 out of 10. Plenty of space and very well designed and tiled. There was free soap and shampoo and hot water plumbed to the wash basin. Not often found in Thailand.
No provision for breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The room was spacious and perfect for my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids, and a toddler). Water pressure was strong and the heater worked well. Parking was available and access was easy. I appreciated the iron, washer, and dryer provided at the lobby. Housekeeping was responsive—when I requested an extra pillow, it was delivered quickly. The room also had an air purifier, so no musty smell, plus a smart TV for entertainment.
Only minor downside was that the lift was a bit slow.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025The staff so friendly... Registration very simple.. Staff will give and take key.. No deposit needed or hold our passport.. Not too near Lee Garden.. Need to walk a little bit but if you buy many foods probably tired to carry. Better walk to go and use tuktuk to come back.. Hotel so quiet and piece.. especially at night.. u can just walk to Lee Garden to enjoy the environment...

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Nothing, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, to the extent I would not take a shower, rooms where very dated and not clean. The communal areas where worn and tired. The photos on the website are not the same as the actual rooms. On the plus side the hotel did allow us to leave our luggage for a couple of days which was kind.
