Great facilities and location; buffet was nice; spa and pool area were good

Overall expensive. Nitpicking, but the saunas for main public access are in each changing room and only fit 2/3 people. Sauna and pool should open earlier

The mattress was too soft.

Kamers zeer proper. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Buffet van het avondeten ook zeer lekker en uitgebreid. Life pianomuziek gaf er nog wat extra. Qua ligging is het prima voor een bezoek aan de Skylift. Het zwembad was heerlijk, en er is een kleine sauna, waar je even tot rust kan komen.

Nice property in a good location

Buen hotel en un pueblo ciertamente hermoso. Existe un mercadito a pocos pasos, con cargadores rápidos para EV. La tarifa plana que cobran por la carga en el hotel es demasiado alta y no conviene. Aceptable desayuno, en un área pequeña para la cantidad de clientes. Está bien para pasar una noche, al regreso a Bergen, luego de recorrer los fiordos.

La decoración en las áreas de lobby, restaurantes y lounges es algo anticuada. La decoración de la habitaciones demasiado austera.

Ощущение классического Викторианского отеля, всё довольно luxery, прекрасный ужин и завтрак, просто исключительного качества. В двух шагах Loen lift и Zip-Line, бесплатный паркинг. Прекрасная природа. Если охота можно поужинать в ресторане на горе, но мне кажется в отеле ужин лучше

Absolutely nothing

We stayed at 6 hotels while in Norway, this was probably our favorite. The staff was very kind, to the point of coming to our room to help us with one of our tech issues. The location on the fjord was beautiful. The dinner buffet was extensive, lots and lots of options. Breakfast buffet was also full of choices and you could order a packed lunch to go. The hotel is very clean. The spa was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub (both inside and out) but it wasn't particularly hot by our standards (34C). The hotel strives to be high tech and succeeds in some areas but misses in others. We had a landline in our room that kept blinking that I had a message(?) but no one could retrieve it; the lights were high tech and adjusted to the time of day. A cheat sheet for these would be nice. The location is extraordinary, the lake and the sky lift and the marina. All beautiful.

The first night we arrived the hotel was in absolute chaos. Dinner was a whirlwind of people (very dressed up--we did not pack such clothes) and kids running everywhere. Our room, that was supposed to overlook the fjord, had a beautiful view of the parking garage. If I opened my curtains we looked right into the pool/game room where 100 people were looking back at me. Cruddy view. Pool and all the games charge by the time used instead of being included. Alcoholic drinks were very expensive even by Norwegian standards. None of these things would keep me from staying here again. I highly recommend this place and location.

Disadvantages: * There is no iron in the room. When we requested one, we were told to go upstairs and use an iron in a very small room without air conditioning, which was very inconvenient. * There is no drinking water provided in the room. * There is no tea, coffee, or any related supplies provided in the room. The restaurant staff were not friendly.

Stanza spaziosa e molto moderna. Letti molto comodi,bagni funzionali. Eravamo in 4 ed abbiamo apprezzato molto i 2 bagni in camera. Location da sogno, facilities ed area piscina veramente eccezionali. Bambini entusiasti. Area bar con ottimi cocktail ed atmosfera rilassante. Sala giochi ottimamente tenuta ed ottimo spazio per i bimbi. Personale gentile, ottima colazione. Ottimo ristorante per la cena.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto; - arredi un pò troppo classici, soprattutto in area ristorante (non nelle camere che erano moderne) - box doccia difettoso

Imponerande att poolerna var uppvärmda, spa området enormt. Nytt och fräscht är känslan. Vi fick en rums uppgradering! Fantastisk utsikt. Middagsbuffen helt okej. Enorm vinlista. Det enda problemet var att sängarna var alldeles för mjuka. Vi hade rum 653. Personalen var ändå bäst, så trevliga och alltid glada. Vi kommer tillbaka.

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights in our Norway road trip to explore the glaciers and lakes in the area. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the gondola ans well. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. First off, we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was very spacious. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the staff were very polite and friendly, offering great service. What really stood out was the incredible breakfast and dinner buffets, which were both included in the price. That was a huge draw for booking the hotel and it did not disappoint at all. There were many food options and everything was delicious. While the hotel definitely isn’t cheap, I’d say it provides great value given the luxury atmosphere, the food, there service, and the comfort. We also loved the pool area, with multiple pools and hot tubs. Overall exceptional stay in Loen.

Great Hotel and well furnished. Provides lots of facilities for the guests. My both sons enjoyed their stay using the gym and the Billiards Club at the hotel. The view was also amazing from the room. The breakfast was so much of variety and satisfying all the needs.

Room are not equiped with coffee maker, boiler is on request. There is iron in the room, what I see is only one iron room for all hotel in 6th floor

No airconditioning.. this is a big no-no for me.... I find the room hot. I need to open the balcony window, but when I open, there are some flies randomly flying in

Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine wunderschöne Suite erhalten, herzlich Dank. Das ganz Hotel strahlt mit Luxus und Qualität, Zimmer, Essen, Personal, Infrastruktur, auch wenn einige Teile bereits ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sind.

Batterie war sehr gut Koordiniert aber mit Abstand die Teuerste auf unserer längeren Norwegen Reise (Flatrate)

The location of the hotel is excellent and near by all the attraction area. and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. I also appreciated the availability of free parking, which was very convenient. I only have a few observations that I believe the hotel management should consider improving: 1. There was no coffee machine or electric kettle in the room, and no complimentary tea or coffee was provided. 2. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. 3. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water in the room, which is something many guests expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and excellent staff, but addressing these small issues would make the guest experience even better.

Loen er et fantastisk sted, og Alexandra er et fantastisk hotell! Deilig mat i buffeten, og god personlig service da vi valgte a la carte. Spa-avdelingen er flott med alle bassenger og tilbud, og massasjen var helt herlig.

Came there for one night. When we went into the room, it smelled like feces, and it appears as if they drainage system backed up. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available They came in and sprayed the room and it smells good for a short period of time. But when we wake up in the morning and went to the bathroom, it smelled again as if the septic system backed up into the bathroom I would never stay there again

Flere kelnere kunne godt å ha vært mer imøtekommende. Dette merket vi spesielt under middagen torsdag kveld - ikke bra å skrive det men det er alltid det dårligste leddet som ødelegger. Dere legger opp til super service og blide folk og da må vi være ærlige.
